Great location and hosts- very responsive and clear instructions. Bathroom/sink could use a little updating, but useable and everything was clean. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay and it was perfect for what we needed it for! Eva was helpful from the time of booking in helping us plan and navigate Boston. It’s an easy 10 walk to public transit, so you can get anywhere in the city…including the airport. The space was cute and clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Eva was responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay again when we come back for another Berklee music program. Thank you!

The apartment is charming, located in a very nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby. On the first floor without elevator access. Slightly noisy at night with the sound of the street coming up but it didn't stop us from sleeping either. Everything is true to photos and description. We couldn't really leave our son's stroller at the bottom of the stairs because the building is narrow and it would have blocked the way but it didn't bother my husband to carry it up to the apartment. The bed is quite small as is the bedroom space but we still managed to sleep 3 of us with our 3-year-old son. We had a great time in the uptown suite and would love to come back!

Location location location!! Lovely area to walk around and grab a bite to eat. The place was clean, cozy, and had the Boston charm. We would definitely stay again.

Thanks for another great stay! Perfect accommodation near downtown New Bedford, beach within a 15minute drive and a 10ish minute walk to the New Bedford ferry. Def recommend!! Be sure to stop at The Baker for breakfast and Moby Dick Brewery for dinner and a cold one ☺️

Stayed for 3 nights at Scott’s house and it was terrific. House was very clean and kitchen was very well equipped. We loved the coffee station and the outdoor space. Great location near Cape Cod. House was as described and communication was great.😎

We had a great time here! The house is exactly as described. Had all the amenities we needed. Beds are very comfortable! Very private and serene backyard. Awesome patio for drinking your morning coffee and grilling at night. My kids didn't want to leave! The hosts are very kind, friendly, and responsive. A pleasure to communicate with! They are very thoughtful and really want to make sure you enjoy your time. Great distance to town yet tucked away! 10/10. We will definitely be back :)

Do yourself a favor and book this lovely home for your next vacation. From communication to cleanliness and comfort, you won’t find a nicer place to stay. We have never stayed at an AirBnb that had everything we needed: - Extra towels - Fully and I mean fully equipped kitchen - washer/dryer w detergent & fabric sheets - forgot shampoo, toothpaste or Q-tips? No need to run out to the store, they have you covered! - multiple pillows so you can choose the one you’re most comfortable with - water views with ducks! We couldn’t take advantage of the lovely deck due to the weather but we enjoyed the views everyday! There was honestly nothing missing. Lindsey and Patrick have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. They didn’t skimp on quality. No stained, rough towels or sheets, no rusty cookware. They even had a popcorn maker, food processor, food scale, and multiple coffee makers. Thank you, Lindsay and Patrick for a stress free vacation!

Jennifer‘s place was the perfect homebase for a week of vacation, exploring Cape Cod and even venturing up to Boston and Salem. Her restaurant recommendations were helpful and spot on. Our favorite was the Black Whale in New Bedford. Comfortable beds, beautiful new appliances in the kitchen, and the soaker tub in the upstairs bath was so fantastic. It was nice to come home to such a quiet, peaceful place after a day of adventuring. Jennifer was super responsive and made our stay easy and delightful. One of our favorite excursions was to the boardwalk and beach and sandwich. We hope to come back someday to keep exploring all of the cool things in Massachusetts.

Tina's BnB is so peaceful and in a beautiful setting with a beach. The cottage is right on the bay - sunsets are stunning. The bed is very comfortable, which is unusual for most BnBs. It is in a quiet neighborhood, and I slept well each night! Everything was clean. Even though I ate out nightly, the kitchen had all that you need to prepare a dinner. There is also a shed with beach toys and chairs. Tina checked in a few times through the message app and offered assistance, but I had everything I needed. I loved my stay and will return in the future!

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Very spacious and comfortable place, and as advertised. Excellent location for AndrewT station and therefore the rest of Boston. Very nice local park and beach within 5 mins walk.

We very much liked staying there. It is a nice neighborhood and very close to South Bay shopping mall with many restaurants and easy and convenient shopping. It is also very close to all major attractions in Boston but much quieter environment. Our host, Marian was extremely helpful, proactive and super responsive, the best we have had so far in our trips. I strongly recommend this place to families.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

We had a great stay. The home is nicely remodeled, with high-end appliances and fixtures. Had everything we could want for our stay. Hosts were responsive, and checked in on us earlier in our stay to see how things were going, which is always a nice touch. Would stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Konrad ‘s place is simply unbeatable for the price location and the sheer size and comfort of this loft It’s walkable to almost everywhere. It’s extremely safe. It’s few steps down to Chinatown. And you could easily walk to Newbury Street For me the best part of Konrad ‘s loft was the space. Airy and bright. A wonderful kitchen. Konrad himself was extremely responsive to any queries I had. Don’t think twice this is where you need to stay in Boston. Was super sad to leave.

I’m gonna be kinda lazy and just say that I agree with all the stellar things everyone says in other recent reviews about the host, the apartment itself, its immediate location, and its proximity and accessibility to the best things Boston has to offer. I’ll add that it’s a short walk away from a rail-transit (MBTA) station and a Whole Foods Market, two practical things I always look for when staying in a city for a week or so. You could not find a better place to stay in Boston.
