very nice area, easy to get into the city and in a quiet part of town. Ewan made the check in process so easy and was responsive and kind to any accomodations I had :)

We loved this apartment. It was well appointed with top of the line furnishings and appliances. But what stood out was the charecter and charm of an older home that was well preserved. It was amazing experience. The kids loved the little loft upstairs. We could watch the sunset from our room every day. The little park is right infront of the apparent with the tower which made it feel more spacious. They also had stuff for coffee and a light breakfast which was a nice touch. We would highly recommend

We had a good stay overall. There was some noise from other guests on our only night, but the host responded quickly and took care of the issue right away. The space was clean, comfortable, and just as described. Appreciate the great communication.

The stay was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the thoughtful snacks provided. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. However, it did get a bit warm at times due to the lack of a ceiling fan, and the bathroom fan didn’t seem strong enough to clear out the steam—there was noticeable condensation on the walls. Still, a cozy place with nice touches!

We had a wonderful time !!! Dave and Diana are great hosts everything was better than expected. They let us know that the apartment was ready for an early check in ( we really appreciated that) Such a comfortable home with a beautiful view!!!! The home is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so easy living there we didn't want to leave. We were in the area to visit our grandchildren and having them over to the lake was perfect!!! God blessed us with beautiful weather and the house was stocked with beach towels, bug spray , sunscreen and snacks. Kudos Diana for thinking of everything👍 The grandchildren give the place a 5 star review and are calling it " our lake house" We only wish 😃 Thank you for sharing this wonderful place we hope to return again.

We loved this unique, creative space! The attention to detail was on point! The beds were comfy! The space very clean! Good location close to downtown!

Chris made us feel right at home. The place looks brand new. I’m pretty sure I was the first to use the coffee maker. All the amenities were great and made it easy to cook and clean. Parking place was great and bed was great. Pull out sofa was comfortable for sleeping too. There are so many restaurants (especially Asian) within a 10 minute walk and the Wollaston T stop is 5 minutes away making a 25 minute ride into Boston painless. Our stay was a pleasure! Compact space, comfortable, clean, and within walking distance to everywhere. Enjoyed a one night stay and will certainly stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

I booked Matt for my family and I to stay the weekend of my wedding. The place was great! It gave us the space we needed and Matt was super accommodating. They even left us a little wedding welcome gift. Highly recommend!

On The Rocks is such a beautiful place. The views were just spectacular (sunset and sunrise). Everything was extremely clean and well stocked. The location is perfect. We would definitely stay here again. 5 starts across the board 4 stars on the price because Airbnb seems to be increasing their rates every time we use their services.

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

We absolutely loved this AirBnB!! Stayed in Scituate for a college graduation in BU and was the perfect location to come home to and walk on the beach and spend time with family and host. James was super helpful and responsive, we definitely recommend!!

My family and I needed to find a place to house us all to attend a family wedding and Andrea‘s house was just the spot! Conveniently located to the venue as well as close to town, we found a little oasis tucked away in Cohasset. We will definitely be back the next time we visit the area. The property is beautiful, unique, private, and very large. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Beautiful home, spacious, bright, clean, and just as pictured. Sue was incredibly helpful, responsive, friendly, and super easy to work with. Loved being able to walk down to the beach and restaurants. Love the ocean view from the balcony (although initially thought the house was right on the water and it’s a block or so away). Kitchen was well-stocked. The master bedroom has beautiful light but bring an eye mask if you don’t like bright early sunshine. It’s really a beautiful home and we loved staying there!

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

Beautifully appointed flat near downtown Boston and Logan airport! Three comfortable bedrooms and three full bathrooms were appreciated. Great kitchen with nice appliances. Upscale feel. Third floor walk-up, so you need to be comfortable with stairs — but worth the climb! Responsive and friendly host Ana made us feel supported and welcome. Parking was a plus. Recommended!

This AirBnB was perfect for the six of us in town for a wedding. Not only was it clean, but having access to the kitchen and two full bathrooms was incredibly helpful. Interior was beautifully decorated and well maintained without feeling too stuffy or sterile. Very cozy and felt at home while traveling. Even though we had to take a few flights of stairs to access, it didn’t feel like a burden. Host was extremely communicative and helpful the whole weekend. Even though it is a condo, you feel like it is truly a private residence the whole time.

We loved staying at Jennifer’s condo. A very quiet, walkable location with great neighborhood eateries. Definitely consider a visit to Waverly Kitchen. Very friendly staff and excellent food & cocktails. Jennifer accommodated us when our flight into Boston was delayed and we appreciated her help very much! Stocked kitchen and quality furnishings made her place feel like home!

My parents had a comfortable stay at this beautiful apartment. It looked just like the photos, it had everything they needed, and it was really clean. Communication was clear and prompt. Charlestown is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, pleasant to walk and enjoy of it’s history.
