Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sanremo

Dear Laura, Thank you so much for the great vacation in Sanremo with your little house (Casetta), your warm manner and your endless helpfulness. We thoroughly enjoyed it. The house is an absolute recommendation with its loving furnishings. Ideal for those who want to spend a vacation in the middle of a great Italian city by the sea. We were there as a family (2 adults and 3 kids/teenagers) and it was just great. Everything is within walking distance - culture, shops, beaches, restaurants. Actually, you don't need a car. But if you arrive by car, there is even an extra garage for it (what a luxury in a city). That was definitely not our last vacation with you! :)

A really lovely stay. The host(s) were incredibly kind leaving a bottle of wine and delivering some fruit, as well as picking us up and dropping us off at the station. The apartment itself is clean and contains everything you will need including A/C. The terrace is beautiful and a real highlight, capturing the afternoon sun. The apartment is inland so accessing can be tough at times with steep climbs, but the host showed us the most direct routes and realistically only takes 10 minutes to get down and maybe 15 to get up - so not too bad 10/10 stay :)

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. No hustle and bustle, just nature and animal sounds, good for relaxing and lingering. Manuela put a lot of effort into it and put together a great book with local excursion and rest stops. Very nice and helpful. Thank you, it was great.

Casa Brigasco is now our favorite place in Italy! In a quiet mountain village tucked up against France, the town’s Main Street is a labyrinth of alleyways and tunnels that are fun to explore. During the pandemic, Mateo and his father Bruno converted a storage cellar into a spectacular modern apartment with a patio overlooking the mountain stream with pools where you can swim on a hot day.

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

We had an unforgettable week in Cristina’s beautiful home, which is fantastically located in the center of Sanremo. The house is very clean, comfortable, with many things you might need. The huge private garden is simply magnificent, I enjoyed watering the plants near the house early in the morning or late in the evening. From Cristina’s home it is easy to walk to the center, to the beach, and also very easy to get out of the city to visit the many interesting places around Sanremo, as well as in France, Monaco. Communication with Christina is very easy. Our highest recommendations for this property. We would be happy to return in the future.

Walter's home is a wonderful oasis for all who appreciate peace and nature! The house is furnished with a lot of love and taste, it has everything you need to feel immediately comfortable. We especially enjoyed the spacious terrace, the winter garden with the beautiful view of the countryside! Since the described access goes down the slope over hill and dale, travel bags are definitely the right choice and not for guests with limited mobility. Dear Walter, also in this way a big thank you for the hospitality, also the fast and nice communication. Glad to come back!

Fabulous stay! The walkability to literally everything is so invaluable. Groceries, restaurants, the beautiful promenade, and, of course, the beach is exceptional! Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Although the apartment is only about two blocks from the “main vehicular drag” it’s very quiet and the views are to die for. I appreciated the full bathtub too. Perfect of relaxing in after of full day of exploring!

The view from the balcony was just fantastically beautiful. After excursions to the big cities of the Côte d'Azur, we enjoyed the tranquility of Grimaldi. The apartment was very well equipped plus nice touches. The contact with Olivia was always uncomplicated and very friendly. You should know that parking could be a challenge for inexperienced drivers.

Nadia is a very welcoming host, very responsive, her instructions are very clear. The accommodation is very well located in a very quiet residence, with a magnificent view from its two terraces. It is also very clean and very bright, its equipment is as described, nothing is missing. The bike path at the bottom of the residence, the provision of bicycles and the garage for the car in the basement are great assets, (not to mention the swimming pool). In short, thanks to Nadia, we had a great two-week stay in Sanremo and its surroundings. We would recommend Nadia's accommodation without hesitation. A big thank you to Nadia.

We came as a family, and it was very convenient to have three separate sleeping areas — a great option for a small group. The place is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully arranged with everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, with everything close by. The host was very responsive and always happy to help with any questions or requests. Highly recommended!

Great place, bigger than the pictures even, close to everything (restaurants, groceries, cafes), overall an amazing experience

Beautiful place in Sanremo, the location, the welcome and the apartment, everything was perfect! We won't hesitate to come back in our future stays.

While listening to the host's friendly guidance, I saw the beautiful sea view right in front of the accommodation. I used it very usefully because you prepared all the necessary supplies for playing in the beach. The accommodation was private, so it was quiet and cozy. It was good to rent a car and park, and it was easy to get around. I was so happy to have a wonderful memory of the south of France here.

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

Location perfect, easy to find with parking. Stunning old property, high ceilings with views of the ocean, marina and beach. Amazing interior design throughout the apartment. Impeccable accommodation, very clean. The area is beautiful, about a 10 minute walk to the beach, we loved our stay. Erick responds quickly, very good host!

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

It is a very charming apartment with cute touches like a beach bag, umbrella or fancy salt in the kitchen. we had a wonderful stay!!
