Vacation rentals with beach access in Sanremo

What a fabulous accommodation . The apartment and the building is lovely and nicely cared for. The view is really spectacular and the location is great. We enjoyed being between Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin. It is so walkable and there are all the necessities, groceries, banks and great restaurants nearby. Marco was there to greet us and navigate the garage! He continued to be super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Great apartment with a wonderful view! Perfect for relaxing, listening to the waves and watching the sunrise! We really enjoyed our stay! Apartment correspondents exactly to the pictures and the host was very easy to communicate with. The surrounding area is also very nice. The apartment is just by the seaside, there are walking paths and restaurants nearby and Menton is just a short walk away.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

Very easy to find with super clear instructions on how to access. Very clean and super well located + super cosy. Victoire was super responsive when I asked questions prior check-in. Highlyg recommended!

The view from every window, including the bathroom, is incredible; almost feels like being on a boat from the bed. Christine is very helpful. Merci!

Our stay at Caroline's apartment went wonderfully. It was very good, clean and as described. Communication with Caroline is very easy. She remains available and responsive to all questions from her guests when booking. Not being on site during our stay, the check-in was provided by Louis. The latter was perfect to welcome us in the best possible conditions (punctual, smile, kindness and available at will throughout our vacation just in case). The approach has nothing to do with a key box.... I would therefore recommend the apartment without hesitation because of its quality and people like Caroline (owner) and Louis.

We travelled from California and this was our family's first trip to France. My husband, myself, and our two boys (11 & 12) were comfortable in the space. It is not fancy but clean and had everything we needed. The view can't be beat. Sleeping with the sliding doors cracked we listened to the peaceful waves all night. We walked down the many stairs to Plage Mala several times, it was an amazing spot to relax and the kids were able to build sand castles. We were visiting in October and the beach clubs were closed for the season. We are at the Brasserie in Cap d'ail and they were very friendly, spoke English, and had wonderful food! We rented a car and were easily able to travel to Monaco, Italy, and Nice during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to come back in the future.

This is our second time staying in this apartment and we had a very good time again. The location is strategic (there is a walk along the sea with a breathtaking view that allowed us to get to Monaco in 15/20 min on foot) and parking is easy to find and very close to the entrance of the house. There was a new dye on the walls that made the apartment renovated and even more cared for.

The accommodation matches the description and is very clean with all the equipment available! The apartment is ideal for a stay near Nice! The host is very responsive and gives all the necessary information! I recommend it.

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Gemma and Federico are incredible heart people and warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and partially newly renovated. The two go out of their way to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The location of the house is not far from the beach, restaurants are within walking distance. We had a great time, thanks!

My husband, our 12 year old son and I had great 12 days at this property and the surrounding area. It completely corresponds to Giulia's description. The associated parking space in an underground garage is a 5-minute walk away and was very generous to park. The location of the accommodation (very quiet yet central) was excellent for the many excursions along the coast and into the hinterland. We were able to park our bikes comfortably in the garden, which contains very nice lemon trees, a ping-pong table and chairs as well as a table to linger. The surrounding area has many caffes and restaurants. Our son has to eat gluten-free and we found right one street away an excellent pizzeria (My Dream) making an excellent gluten-free pizza. We can definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful apartment on different levels in an old Italian townhouse with small balcony to the sea! We felt very comfortable! Especially the cozy kitchen with the window to the sea was our preferred place to stay. The beds are comfortable and you can sit comfortably on the sofas in the living room. The contact with Tatjana was nice and hassle-free! We will be happy to come back!

We stayed in Vassil's apartment for a month and enjoyed every day. Could easily have stayed longer. The view is almost better than the pictures. It was spotless clean and had almost all the amenities we wanted. Vassil is an excellent host and responded very quickly to our questions. The location is perfect in a quiet, gated community with easy and safe parking on the street. 5 minutes walk to a bakery. 10-15 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. Bus to the city, Villefranche and Menton right outside the north gate. Bus 98 to Old Nice right outside the south gate. Get the Côte d’Azur ticket app on the phone. Very smart! Be aware that the bathroom is en suite with one of the bedrooms. It worked fine for us (a couple). Could also be OK for a couple with one or two smaller kids. For two couples it may be a bit awkward. We give the apartment nothing but our best recommendations.

Wow! Where do I start?!! This is one of the nicest, cleanest apartments that I’ve ever stayed in. When I walked in after an 11-hour flight from California, it smelled so clean; everything was in place, and the view to the Mediterranean was Amazing! If it weren’t for having to get groceries, I could have stayed in this apartment on the deck the entire time. Vassil was extremely helpful in every way as a host. His instructions were very clear; he suggested some great restaurants and wonderful day trips from Nice. If I had a question for Vassil, he always responded very quickly. I plan to return to Nice before end of the year, and I hope that one of Vassil’s apartments will be available. Vassil is most definitely a 5-star host!🌸

Absolutely gorgeous and tranquil place. Fully equipped very clean apartment. It’s in a convenient location, close to the train and close by for hikes and walkable to Menton, France and local authentic food and flea market. Truly breathtaking view! Plus, having a very responsive and friendly host is a great bonus! I sincerely enjoyed my stay.

Well decorated apartment, close to the sea and close to the center of Diano Marina. Well-equipped. Clear explanations and easy communication. Recommended.

If you want to stay right in the heart of Sanremo, picking your breakfast from the bakery on the corner, with restaurants and shops, culture all around you, beaches and markets within 10 minute walk, and at the same time live like film stars, this is the place❤️ Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful apartment. Nina's apartment has been a great location for our 3 days vacations in the area. The apartment is easy to locate and is fully equipped with super fast internet. when we stepped in we received a nice surprise of wine and fruits from Nina who was very responsive and very friendly! we felt at home! I highly recommend this apartment for cozy vacations in the area!

We loved our stay at this Airbnb! It was exactly as pictured and described, the unit is small but perfect for a couple. The checkin and checkout process was smooth and you can’t beat the location! Plenty of great food and drink options within a few minutes walk and about a 10 minute walk to the train station where you are well connected to other towns in the area. Ville Franche is gorgeous and a bit quieter than Nice, we loved being out of the hustle and bustle! Would recommend and stay again :)

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.
