The various beaches are within walking distance with the possibility of using the new free elevator. No pets allowed. The accommodation is not accessible by car as there is a limited traffic zone. Large parking lot within a 5-minute walk.

When you wake up, pamper yourself with a delicious breakfast and set off on foot to discover the city.

This sea front flat is located right opposite the beautiful private beach called "La Caletta del Gabbiano" and 2 minutes walk from the famous restaurant "Byblos". The compound enjoys a very convenient back entrance from where it is possible to access directly to the public transports which connect you to Sanremo, Bordighera and to all the other nearby towns as well as an easy access to the main road Aurelia. Ospedaletti is a little town where you will be able to find any service you may need...

Newly renovated studio with a private sunny terrace located in the Antiques district close to the Port of Nice. The 24 m2 studio (+ 7 m2 terrace) has a light, airy open-plan living space including a fully equipped kitchen-diner, lounge/bed room with a top quality Italian fold-down sofa bed. Separate bathroom with spacious shower, WC and washing machine. It is on the 1st floor (US: 2nd floor) with an elevator. The new tram line - just 300m away - is a real advantage (see Getting Around below).

My cottage in Pélasque ***

Air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and Saint Augustin train station (accessible by bus line 90), in the Vésubie valley, at the gates of the Mercantour National Park, the RGA, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the accommodation by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village, 5 minutes by car, I can book you a table there.

My accommodation is close to Monaco (with all its great restaurants and attractions, five minutes walk from the Stadium) and the beautiful beaches of Cap d'Ail, with a lot of family-friendly activities such as gorgeous walks by the sea, sailing, windsurfing and paddle boarding. The apartment has an exceptional view and you will appreciate it for comfort and cleanliness. It's perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children).
