The flat location is suitable both for those who like to have a panoramic walk or for those who rather prefer to take the car to explore the area. Principality of Monaco is 4 minutes away by car, while it takes 20 minutes to reach the border on foot. The Nice international airport is 35 mins away by car (34 km). A great transportation option to/from the airport is the Airport Express bus (# 110) which connects both Nice airport terminals to Menton and makes a stop 1 minute walking distance from my flat. The Bus #100 stops 1 minute from the flat (4 Chemins roundabout) and goes from Menton to Nice, passing through Monaco. PARKING --> The garage is a great plus of my flat as parking on the street in this area is quite difficult. It is very easily accessible from the main road and it is connected to the flat through an elevator. Garage size: 4.9m (length) X 2.8m (width) x 1.85m (height).

The SNCF train station is located 200 m away, and the bus stop is 300 m away (line 100) every 15 minutes in the direction of Nice or Monaco Warning, certain condominium rules must be respected, no parties or loud music after 10:30 p.m. The apartment door closes automatically, make sure you keep the keys in your hand when you leave. When you check out at the end of your stay, make sure all used towels are left in the bathtub. The dishwasher and refrigerator must be emptied as well as the garbage cans, which will then be taken down to the garbage room located on -1 of the building (door to the right of the elevator). Cardboard and plastics can be placed in the yellow bins. The apartment must be returned in a suitable state of cleanliness. The kitchenette must be left as it was on arrival. Towels (1 large, 1 medium and 1 guest) are provided per person per week, but additional sets can be provided for guests for an additional fee.
