Eight min drive to Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo and fifteen minute drive to Coronado beach. Coffee and tea is provided, although you will probably prefer a five minute stroll to Santos Coffee house for a cold brew and breakfast bagel.

Perfect place for a couple (or possibly a family with 2 small children).
