Very safe and quiet neighborhood easy access to freeway and easy traffic flow. The house is as shown in the photos. Outside back area is wonderful. Easy communications, Bruce always addressed texts in a timely manner. Very easy check out - just drop keys in mailbox.

Best Airbnb my family has ever stayed at, hands down. The house is so clean, welcoming and you can feel the love the hosts have put into it. Location is 10 out of 10 and let me tell you, the garage/kids paradise was the biggest hit for our twin 3 year olds! Are you kidding me?! They never wanted to leave! Kim is an angel and I would give this rental 100 stars if I could. Thank you Kim and Jeff, we are so grateful for your hospitality 🙏🏼 ❤️

Everything we expected and more. Originally I was worried to book because all the positive reviews had been posted years prior. We stayed for a week June of 2023 and it’s wonderful. Clean, good location, everything you need. Will stay again if we’re in the area.

Just want to say wow wow and wow! Great location!! Close to the airport and less than 5 minute drive to In n Out Burger and many great restaurants and shops to walk to. The place is roomy and cozy with a great outside patio! Easy access to come and go with a code for the door. Everything was clean with a working washer and dryer that was great. It was 5 of us and everyone was comfortable you can easily fit at least 7 people. Make sure you use the orange cones for your reserved parking spot as one night we came back with someone else’s car parked there luckily there was plenty of street parking! Make sure you check out Flor & Seed coffee roasters cafe for great lattes that are not too sweet and well balanced that is just a 15 second walk and the Venezuelan restaurant Encuentro, the food and service was outstanding. Highly recommend visiting La Jolla and Coronado beach. Would definitely stay here again! Love LOVE San Diego!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb with my family, and we had a wonderful experience! The high ceilings created a spacious and airy atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was really responsive, making communication easy and ensuring we had everything we needed. Plus, having convenient stores right next door, including a fantastic Mexican restaurant, was a huge bonus. We loved being able to grab meals easily and explore the local cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend this place for families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay!

This was the perfect home base for our family’s San Diego adventures! Kevin’s place was awesome, and the location can’t be beat. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was, but an easy walk or bike ride to all the action. South Mission Beach is such a great location for families, can’t wait to come back! Loved that Kevin had a pack and play crib and a very nice high chair. Thank you Kevin for an amazing stay!

Absolutely wonderful, can't think of anything that could have added to our experience. Easy to find, good location, quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great amenities too, we didn't want for anything in the house. Sadly we didn't get to enjoy the pool due to chilly weather so we're already looking at future dates to book again! Kids had a quick dip in the hottub and loved it. Highly recommend host, house, all of it. Fabulous.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Iliana’s place. The communication with Iliana was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Surf Nest - the house was recently remodeled and had a well equipped kitchen, board games, and even beach chairs, large beach towels and an umbrellas to use. The pool was our kids' favorite part, and Melanie had floats for guests to use and plenty of outdoor seating. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants, and a short drive to many of our favorite spots in PB and downtown La Jolla. Great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Let me begin by saying this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with a host. Jennifer was super responsive and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and in such a cute neighborhood! The kitchen came with everything you would need. And the home was so cute! With a huge backyard ! The neighborhood even had a little town square a block in a half down from the house with a coffee shop, restaurants, a little grocery store &meat shop. It was great to wake up in the morning and walk over and get a coffee and croissants and we even we ate dinner at the restaurants in the neighborhood which were delicious. Its location was perfect for our needs. It was right between La Jolla and downtown and near pacific beach across from Mission Bay and sea world. Jennifer even told us about a great park in the neighborhood to take the kids to with a big playground and basketball court and so much grassy space to play! I highly recommend this home and host for anyone visiting San Diego.

Loved living like a local in Oceanside! I really enjoyed my stay at Justin's place. I walked to the beach every day, walked to restaurants and night life, and played a round of pickleball at the community center. The space is small but VERY CLEAN and comfortable. I loved the firm memory foam bed. Check in and communication was great. The garage was a great bonus since I am not a fan of street parking, for the record a 4 door Bronco just fits in the garage! I would definitely stay again!

Loved the layout felt like top stopped when ever it was built from the fireplace to the bathrooms very cool loved being on the beach there really isn’t anything to complain about the cost was very nice and welcoming if there was a problem there was a lot of ppl to come out and help us out with it when asked to they did a great job the house it’s self is very clean they keep up with it very nicely if your looking to be on the beach an your coming with a good amount of ppl definitely worth a look at made a lot of good family members thank you guys for having us in your home if ever back in San Diego hope it’s free that day loved to book again
