Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! The apartment is very beautiful, located in an unbeatable area. We walked perfectly and ate at the restaurants in the area. The apartment is more beautiful in person than in photos and María Elena is a sweetheart.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was lovely—quiet and peaceful, perfectly located just far enough from central Madrid to feel relaxed, but still close enough to get into the city quickly by cab, metro or a walk if you’re up for it. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and proactive. The real highlight was the pool and garden—an absolute dream to come back to after a day exploring in the Spanish heat. Highly recommended!

The apartment was very clean, bed really comfortable and bathroom squeaky clean. Great location close to metro stations, restaurants, playgrounds for kids, clubs, etc. very walkable area and always felt very safe.

Perfect place to stay in Madrid. Central location in a vibrant part of the city yet astonishingly quiet in the apartment itself. There is an abundance of nearby bars and restaurants and Alvaro recommended a list of the best. He was prompt and helpful in responding to any questions and he and his family could not have been kinder. The apartment is wonderful, spacious, light and with a lovely terrace shared with the lovely neighbours. Highly recommend.

Mayling's apartment is exactly as listed. The neighborhood is fabulous and centrally located. Quick walk to many restaurants and shops as well as to the metro. I feel the apartment is ideally suited for a couple as it is quite small. Mayling is a super host. Always immediately responsive. We highly recommend this flat.

The flat has everything you need and we were particularly grateful for the air con, fan, TV and complimentary cornflakes! The flat is very well served by buses, metro and Cercanias. Francisco Javier was very helpful and check in and check out went smoothly.

Excellent location and very cozy place! The neighborhood is lovely if you want somewhere that’s fun to explore and a bit off the beaten path. The host was very kind and proactive as well.

Glenda's place was a hidden gem in Madrid. From well supplied kitchen condiments, tea and coffee, personal care items and good air conditioning - you can tell Glenda is an experienced host and she puts effort into making her guests feel comfortable. Her place was close to a major supermarket chain, metro station, a gym and walkable distance to the beautiful El Retiro Park. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a sweet home to come back to after exploring the city each day. Thanks for having us Glenda!

I was in the apartment during a heat wave in Madrid and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver. The place is comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. In addition, Manuel was very nice, very attentive and kind at all times. The experience was very good, I would definitely repeat it. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely amazing location. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and had an elevator for luggage and easy to walk up to first floor. Well decorated and good shower, nice linen and big towels etc. Main bed is a double so a bit squishy for 2 big people. Would definitely stay again. Loved our time there.

Apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable. We liked the location as it was centrally located and an easy walk to restaurants and El Retiro Park. The management company did a fantastic job - communication was great, accommodated our request for an early check in and check out was easiest experience we had in Spain!

The apartment was just like in the description. I was able to enter before the scheduled check-in because my flight arrived earlier. Very nice neighborhood and super quiet. The subway is very close, so getting around the city was very easy. There is a bar in front to have a few beers and eat typical tapas. Jose Miguel sent me very good directions to get there and sent me places to visit. He was always attentive and very kind I would choose it again if I go back to Madrid. Thanks again 🩷

Great apt and centrally located near Malasaña. Despite being on a big street it was very quiet at night. We had a great stay.

Even better than I expected! Has everything you need to feel right at home. Greatly appreciated the closet space for a longer trip as well.

We are very pleased with our stay! The location is excellent and yet quiet.

This is a great place to stay - it has everything you need, the location is really good (you can walk almost everywhere, and there is a lot of public transport links around). Alvaro was incredibly communicative and accommodating to our late arrival. I recommend.

The space was as described and worked well for 2 people. Alvaro let us check in early which was greatly appreciate after a long overnight flight. We found some really good restaurants nearby.
