Great communication with the host, he responds immediately. The accommodation is impeccable, the bed is very comfortable. It's in a building with a 24/7 guard, which provides a lot of security. It is very close to the train station (which comes or goes to the airport) and the subway that connects with the entire city. There is a supermarket 50 meters away. It couldn't have been better!! I definitely recommend it and will be back. Thanks Juan !

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at Gema’s place. We stayed for 10 days and right from the start Gema was helpful and communicated nicely. Miguel received us and showed us the place and explained the details. I recall we wanted to check if there was a ground coffee making machine and Gema straight away ordered a new one which was extremely nice of her as a host. The place was quite clean with all the things appropriately working. The location was good for us and there is a separate parking for the apartment as well. I would definitely come back to gema’s place. She as a host and her apartment is top rated in my opinion.

We had a great time at Anne Sophie's lovely home. The area is very nice and the metro is easily accessible . We loved everything in this house , we felt "at home" with our children Thanks for the flexibility at checkout.

Everything is excellent, the atmosphere is as in the photos, everything is very clean, everything is 100 points. Note: the noise from the street is uncomfortable (people talking until very late) but I understand that this is beyond Eliane's control.

The accommodation is beautiful and, although we only stayed 2 days, it has everything you need for longer stays. You can tell it's been decorated and furnished with a lot of care. In addition, Laura, the host, is charming and has taken care of every detail so that everything is easy to use and you only think about enjoying your trip. It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this place and I highly recommend it.

very clean and beautiful place, as a first time euro traveler had to get used to the limited hot water but the area is great, close to easy public transport.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert’s place. We are big on location and cleanliness, and this place delivered on both fronts. Very walkable to restaurants, shopping, and other attractions. Within minutes of the Royal Palace, Plaza Mayor, and Mercado San Miguel. The bedrooms and living area were all very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. Good Internet connection also. A great spot! We were very comfortable with our group of 5. Walkable to everything you need. The shower in the first bathroom does not contain water very well, so we avoided using it. Otherwise everything was perfect.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). Great location and a very quiet place, you won’t hear a single noise, it’s extremely quiet and peaceful!

Both Marta and Assaf were very attentive to us , in case we needed anything.The house is in a very quiet area and very well surrounded by services ( supermarkets,coffee shops, pharmacy,multiprice shops, etc.). The house was very clean , tidy and well equipped...we felt right at home. The first day was a little hot and we really appreciated the ceiling fans in all the bedrooms.

Super friendly host and always explained everything very well. The house is well located, and the ease of transportation in the area is noteworthy. Beautiful space and very quiet area, I recommend it!

This Airbnb I recommend experiencing it. We all loved it, from the smallest to the oldest. It's very comfortable. Modern, with lots of spaces that provide privacy and spaces to share. Very well equipped. Everything at the best level. We all really wanted to stay. It has all amenities.

The place was perfect, very good location, with all the amenities. We are traveling around 4 countries and this has been one of the few that has everything we need to feel at home. What made the stay more special was the care Marta had with us. She made sure we were comfortable and was immediate in answering a question I had. I would definitely come back to this Airbnb next time I come to Madrid.

We had a lovely stay at Fernando's. Excellent accommodation with many well-appointed bedrooms and bathrooms. 2 metro lines nearby that allow excellent travel throughout Madrid. I recommend it and won't hesitate to book Fernando's again if needed!
