We had many problems with guests making noise and upsetting the neighbours. NO PARTIES. NO NOISE AFTER 10.30pm. NO SMOKING INSIDE. Excellent apartment. Modern feel, newly renovated, everything updated. Comfortable and spacious and best views of the City and mountains in the distance. Windows face north to north west so great for sunsets. Huge windows that allow plenty of light and fresh air. Windows open widely inside for lots of fresh air or tilt in from the top for safety (especially with kids). Blinds and curtains to block out the light and for privacy if concerned about this (even though there are no others that can see inside except maybe from very far away). Excellent well functioning appliances. Lots of storage space. This is a luxury apartment with a 24hr security / concierge. The address is on Via Princessa which is a street with lots of transit / metro stop, shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. Some attractions are a relatively short walk (eg., Palacio Real, Plaza Mayor, etc.). Other locations are a short bus ride (eg., The Prado) or a bit longer doable walk. We would definitely stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great location! Host Andrea very responsive and helpful :) The only thing to be aware of is if you’re not used to hot weather, there’s no aircon so on a 30+ degree weekend it wasn’t easy to get to sleep but I think Andrea might be working on this.

Great stay! The location was perfect walking distance to everything, with a tube station nearby if needed. The area felt very safe with cameras around. The bed and pillows were super comfy, and we loved the bright, open-plan layout. Would definitely stay again!

I had a wonderful stay at Felipe’s place. The location was perfect, close to the center yet surprisingly peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely, with a beautiful garden in the back that made it feel like a hidden retreat. Also, Felipe has filled the space with unique and inspiring pieces, it added such a special touch to the experience! I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming, creative, and relaxing stay.

We had a really great stay! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which made everything smooth from start to finish. The location is fantastic – central and within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the lock system worked perfectly. Although the street outside can get a bit lively, the bedroom in the back is quiet and made for a restful night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!
