Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Salamanca

To clarify some questions that I had myself before arriving to the apartment: * I have been living in this flat for 3 months and I haven’t seen a cockroach. Just in case, Jonathan took the complaints serious and set up some traps in the flat. * Yes, there is no service inside of the apartment, but the wifi works perfectly! * There is not that much natural light, but that somehow also makes the flat very cozy (as the description says) * It is located very centrally, even though it might not look like that on Maps. Since the apartment is in the ground floor, the air is a bit humid inside. Opening the windows a lot helps, and there were also some dehumidifiers set up, which made it better too. As for Jonathan as a host, he does his “job” perfectly! He was always available and answered within a couple of minutes. Whenever I had a problem, he stopped by and helped me as soon as he could. All in all, I think there is no better place to stay in Madrid, especially for that price!

Pablo is a warm and kind host. We like this little apartment a lot. A small playground right outside the door. A few restaurants within walking distance, some closed on weekends though. The bedroom is a little dark but not a bad thing for summer. It’s super cool. You don’t even need AC when it’s 33c outside.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

We stayed in this apartment for 11 days and found it to be a great apartment/house. In the Tetuán neighborhood with all the amenities at hand and direct transportation to the center and points of interest in Madrid. Flora and her son are super friendly, flexible with your needs and will help you with anything you need, always with a smile and from the heart. Regarding the apartment, it is very well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen as if it were your home. A small but super functional bathroom and a pretty good shower with pressure, hot water and different water outlet modes. It has a very practical and very comfortable patio to enjoy the sun, hang clothes, eat outside ... It has a large closet and everything you need to hang clothes, iron, clean, towels and plenty of sheets... A spacious living room with different very comfortable seats. You won't be cold or hot thanks to the heating that you can manage yourself. We recommend it 100%

We were a family of 12 with children and we loved the number of rooms and bathrooms that the house has, apart from the fact that Maria was super attentive to our concerns and everything was solved very quickly.

This lovely house is very clean and gives you a comforting sense of being at home. There is plenty of space, making it ideal for a large family or group. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe, and it's conveniently located close to the city center and the airport. I highly recommend it. Nacho, the host, is incredibly helpful and accommodating.

It was a pleasure to stay at Blanca‘s place. Close to public transport to get to the city centre and airport. We also highly appreciated that Blanca made it possible to adjust the Check-in and Check-out time. If I come to Madrid, this will be my place for sure !

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. We could walk from the main train station in 10 minutes and walk up into the centre easily. The flat had pretty much everything we needed and was comfortable. It was also so quiet. This was probably because it didn't have windows/a balcony which would have been nice, but it was actually still light due to the transparent front wall (not see-through!) and it was so lovely having a quiet, calm bolthole to go back to. The price was also reasonable given everywhere in Madrid seemed quite expensive. The owners were also great communicating with us. Thanks for having us 😀

The place is very functional and beautiful, you have a very beautiful view and Pilar was very helpful with all the details. We regret that the pool was not enabled, it was very hot and it looked very attractive to cool off.

Finding Carlo and Claudia's place was a Godsend. They went beyond the call of duty to help me in every way, and their beautiful apartment is perfect. Good place. Quiet peaceful with parking. The house is well maintained with all required amenities.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

Thank you Maria Esther for the stay! The apartment is a comfortable size, its facilities are clean and new, with easy access to public transportation and good parks for children close to the place. We also found a supermarket nearby and different dining options. The condominium is pleasant, new and well-maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the condominium's pool and playground, as they were being renovated, but the experience was still very good. The condominium has a concierge with a doorman most of the time, which makes check-out very easy. Check-in was also easy, as there was a person waiting for us to show us the apartment. The apartment was organized, clean, well-equipped and with mini hygiene and kitchen kits that made the experience even more enjoyable.

This is a fabulous location, central to the Madrid art triangle of museums and with excellent transport access via Atocha train station, the express airport bus from there and multiple Metro stops. But walking is easy from here to many Madrid attractions, and more importantly you are surrounded by great restaurants and the Mercado Anton Martin market. Despite this the area is also peaceful as you are on the third floor well above the local streets, so it is a stylish refuge when relaxing after exploring Madrid

Maria's place was perfect for two and extremely convenient! Place had all the amenities required. She was also very kind in assisting with check-in along with allowing for late check-out where time permitted. Would stay again!

Antonio went above and beyond to make my short stay in Madrid exceptional. Although I was only there for one night, he took great care to ensure the apartment would be suitable for me, especially considering my fragrance allergy. It was clean and comfortable, and there is a very nice shower in the bathroom. The apartment was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. After I left, Antonio promptly reached out to let me know I had forgotten something and even arranged to have it shipped back to me. He kindly offered to cover the postage, but I covered it—he had already spent enough time to have this shipped. If I return to Madrid, this will absolutely be my first choice for a place to stay.

Great spacious apartment, amazing neighborhood/location, close to metro, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries. Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was so nice to return to after a long day, the living room/dining room were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer was also appreciated. Beds and couch were all very comfortable. The balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/espresso. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Everything was great. Although the apartment was small, it was very well laid out and the space was very well used. It was very clean and had air conditioning, which was perfect because we had a heat wave in Madrid. The area is fantastic, very central and close to everything. Everything is great!

The duplex is spectacular: modern, super nice location and with all the amenities. Check-in was very convenient and the host was excellent. 100% recommended and I will definitely return.

Vasco’s please it is a Dream place and the perfect spot for a trendy visit to Madrid. You feel like a local hipster far from the tumultuous zones but close to enjoy everything from Madrid walking ! Every single detail of the apartment is beautiful and with great and tasty choice! You can imagine a perfect day living there and enjoying the apartment same as the Chueca Neighborhood! There’s several amazing restaurants very close as well as amazing stores with great brands ! There’s Public parking spots right in front of the apartment and the chueca metro station is 5 minutes walking ! Gran Via is 10 minutes and the route is full of very trendy shops! You will feel very safe and peaceful at mornings and nights ! Where you can have dinner at home viewing a good movie on Netflix on his big TV or listening music on his amazing bang & olufsen speaker and read a good book on a perfect spot on the living room. I will definitely be back very soon ! Thank you Vasco!
