Cozy 1-bedroom apartment located in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood (Madrid's Golden Mile). BEDROOM: The bed is 135x190 cm. There is electric heating and a large built-in closet where you will find two sets of bath towels (two hand towels and two shower towels) and an additional duvet. Upon request, you can get an extra set of sheets or towels. There is also an iron and ironing board. LIVING ROOM-KITCHEN: LIVING space with integrated kitchen with breakfast bar and two benches, with individual hot/cold air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, tall fridge with freezer and has kitchenware such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. It also has a handy broom with some cleaning tools. Living room with TV and own internet line. Coffee capsules, tea, sugar and oil/vinegar and salt are left as a courtesy in the kitchen. Coffee, Tea, Oil and Vinegar in monodosis courtesy mine. BATHROOM: Washing machine and a shower. It is left as a courtesy shampoo, gel and toilet paper. I will be available to answer any questions regarding the property throughout the stay.
