La cocina está completamente equipada con los mejores electrodomésticos, laundry independiente y todo lo necesario para que te sientas como en tu propio hogar. Su diseño de concepto abierto se fusiona con un amplio salón comedor, mediante una barra con banquetas altas y una agradable cristalera baña el espacio con la cálida luz natural. Totalmente equipado: se proporcionarán sábanas, toallas, kit de amenities en cada baño, compuesto por 2 dispensadores de gel-champú y 2 rollos de papel higiénico. En la cocina tendrás a tu disposición un kit de bienvenida compuesto por: 1 bote de lavavajillas de 30ml, 1 estropajo, 1 bayeta multiusos y 1 bolsa de basura. IMPORTANTE: POR MOTIVOS DE HIGIENE, NO DEJAMOS NINGÚN PRODUCTO DE ALIMENTACIÓN: NO HAY ACEITE, NI SAL, NI VINAGRE, NI AZUCAR. TAMPOCO CAFÉ O TÉ. También dispone de microondas, tostadora, cafetera, lavadora, secador de pelo, calefacción y aire acondicionado. Para su comodidad, hay un paraguas disponible en el piso por si llueve durante su estancia. -Durante el día, el salón es el lugar ideal para relajarte y disfrutar de la compañía, y por la noche, el sofá se convierte en una amplia y cómoda cama doble donde podrás descansar plácidamente. El baño dispone de doble acceso desde la habitación y el salón, permitiendo su uso independiente. En el dormitorio, te esperan noches de ensueño gracias a la cómoda cama y el baño en suite. Los acabados de alta gama y el cuidado diseño te transportarán a la experiencia de un lujoso hotel cinco estrellas. La iluminación, un factor clave en el diseño, ha sido meticulosamente diseñada para crear un ambiente acogedor y relajante, asegurando que puedas crear distintos ambientes de luz en cada espacio. Si viajas con un bebé y necesitas una cuna, así como una trona para tu estancia, puedes solicitarla con anticipación. Como un valor añadido para nuestros huéspedes, no se aplicará cargo adicional por check-in después de este horario, ofreciéndote mayor flexibilidad en caso de que llegues más tarde. Ofrecemos también early check-in y late check-out sin costo adicional, sujeto a disponibilidad en el apartamento. Por favor, toma en cuenta que en caso de pérdida de llaves o de dejarlas olvidadas dentro del apartamento, el costo del servicio de cerrajería (150€) será responsabilidad del huésped, a ser abonado directamente al cerrajero. Es importante recordar que están absolutamente prohibidas las fiestas y reuniones ruidosas, y su incumplimiento puede llevar a sanciones por las autoridades competentes. Las camas y toallas estarán preparadas para el número de personas indicadas en la reserva. No está permitido el alojamiento de más personas de las especificadas en la reserva. Te recordamos que apagues las luces y el aire acondicionado al salir del apartamento, y que saques la basura diariamente, especialmente en los meses de verano. Apartamento turístico registrado y en cumplimiento con la normativa vigente. Nuestro apartamento cumple con toda la normativa turística vigente en España. Dispone de número de registro oficial de alquiler como apartamento turístico y licencia.

It also has a BONUS 3rd convertible bedroom/sitting room/office (with full sized convertible sofa bed 90 x 200), a large living room and dining room area, with a brand new and fully equipped kitchen. We will do our best to accommodate you. Set up / turn down for the bonus bedroom/sitting room (90cm x 200 bed) is upon 24 hour ADVANCE request provided that you have paid for the additional guest. We will only do this if you request, otherwise, the additional bedding, towels, etc will be placed in the room for you to set up when you require. Baby chair (1 provided FREE of charge). Bottle warmer, baby monitor available free of charge upon request. As much as we like a good party, parties are not allowed. There is a security system in place for the house with two cameras (one in living room, one in entrance hall). These cameras are only activated when alarm is armed. There is a privacy shield which you can utilize to cover the camera for your comfort. We will do this prior to check in.

It is modern designed, themed to its name, Autumn, and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa and a working table, kitchen with a dining table and bathroom. We took special care of all the little details, to make it the best stay for you! It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! The apartment is just off of Gran Vía, the most central street in Madrid, in a colorful neighborhood called Chueca. The area is famous for being a fun, bohemian area. In the street there are authentic cafes, tapas, restaurants, and a supermarket. The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Plaza de Pedro Zerolo, Madrid, just a 2 minute walk from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station minutes away. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

This apartment is facing a beautiful and peaceful courtyard. You will love the apartment and our location! The apartment has a king size bed, and also a queen size sofa bed. I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.

Spacious brand-new apartment of 3 beds, 3.5 bathrooms of 200m2 in the 1st floor. Fully equipped apartment that it will make you feel at home. Offers a spacious and bright open layout, tall ceilings, large windows and hardwood floors. Since I own the entire 1st floor, we have two apartments and if desired, they can be communicated by unlocking a door. They are perfect if you are a very big group. If we connect both apartments it hots 12 guests. The apartment is on floor 1.5, this means that guests can take elevator to floor 2 and walk down 10 stairs or take the elevator to floor 1 and climb 10 stairs.
