Cozy room with a single bed without air conditioning, interior without a window, in the middle of downtown Madrid!! 3 minutes from Tribunal Metro, 10 minutes walk to Gran Vía, next to Calle Fuencarral and Calle Hortaleza, 2 minutes from Chueca, 5 minutes from Malasaña, supermarkets! Nice and quiet room with a private bathroom inside, in a family apartment. Located on one of the main streets of the Salamanca neighborhood, a 3-minute walk from Calle Goya and 10 minutes from Retiro Park. All kinds of transportation and services in the vicinity. In accordance with the applicable regulations in Madrid, I do not rent for tourism but for short-term rentals (with a minimum of 3 nights), ideal for stays for studies, work, medical and family reasons
