Loft vacation rentals in Madrid

We chose this place due to a convention at IFEMA. Distance walkable and metro reachable with bus connection. Not much of entertainment or restaurants around, but we looked for a specific bear IFEMA location. Lovely modern appartment, very quiet. Slept very well! I highly recommend to stay there

This was a great place for our one night stay in Madrid! A small space, but enough for the two of us for one night. Everything was clean and well kept. We wanted to stay close to the train station for convenience, and this location was perfect. Very close to many of the sites, under a 30 minute walk to just about everything and convenient to the metro.

it is a quiet place well located close to the atocha station, and the images correspond to the description and we find it clean and tidy, it has everything you need.

The location is ideal, close to everything: metro, bus, taxi, in the city center. No need for transportation to reach Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor or the Prado Museum, everything is within walking distance! The accommodation is very clean, tidy, and perfectly equipped — you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. Carmen was very responsive and available to answer any questions we had. I will come back without hesitation. Thanks again!

My stay was great! The host was incredibly responsive and available whenever I needed anything, making the experience smooth and stress-free. The apartment is in an excellent location, with easy access to the airport and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and bars right on the street. It’s also within close proximity to museums and all the great attractions Madrid has to offer, making it a fantastic base for exploring the city. However, while the area is lively and convenient, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for solo female travelers at night, as it didn’t always feel the most comfortable. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Just a note for those who prefer a firmer bed—the mattress is quite soft. It’s a matter of personal preference, but something to keep in mind. Overall, it was a great stay, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well-located and well-managed place with a super responsive host!

A very nice place, well located in the great area of La Latina, close to everything in downtown Madrid and within walking distance! Fifi was very easy to communicate with.

This is a fantastic spot - you can tell they’ve put a lot of thought into the design. If you book, know that this is a 4th floor apartment without an elevator, so won’t be ideal if you have heavy checked luggage. Otherwise, everything was great

Everything is fine. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing and the check-in instructions were clear and precise.

Our stay was perfect. The house is walking distance to everywhere in the city but is off the street so is very quiet. It was very cold and rainy when we were there. We really appreciated the dual climate control units. We also came with a suitcase full of dirty clothes and really appreciated all of the hangars and the drying rack that enabled us to do 3 loads of laundry the first night. Most Airbnbs have only a few hangars.

We had a great stay at this place. Super clean and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay here. Bathrooms are ultra clean, Karena communicates quickly and she just wanted us to enjoy our time in Madrid. The location is private and i could find parking spots around in 2 minutes. it is near city center and airport both !!!!

We stayed at this property for a few days. The place was as advertised, clean and well-maintained. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was clear and timely. It's about 10/15 minutes from the center of Madrid. Overall, a good base for visiting the city.

The studio was clean and cozy. Easy and quick check-in. The location is great because it's close to the subway and therefore easy to get around Madrid and get to the airport. A quiet neighborhood and the market near the property is very useful. If you have children, you will appreciate the parking lot in front of the property. We'll be happy to come back if we go back to Madrid. Host available, responsive, and helpful tips.

Absolutely Stunning Stay in San Sebastián de los Reyes! We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in San Sebastián de los Reyes. From the moment we walked in, I was struck by how immaculate and stylishly decorated it was. The space is modern yet cozy, with every detail thoughtfully curated to make guests feel at home. The apartment is very spacious, filled with natural light, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need—from a fully-stocked kitchen to a wonderfully comfortable bed that made sleeping a dream. The couch in the living room was a personal favourite, offering a serene spot to enjoy morning coffee while taking in the charming views of the neighbourhood. The location is fantastic! Situated in a peaceful yet convenient part of San Sebastián de los Reyes, everything from restaurants to shops and public transport is within easy reach. Exploring the area and even venturing into central Madrid was easy. THANK YOU for this amazing place!!

Al was a fantastic host and was there to greet us with lots of information about the area. This is a great find in a great neighbourhood. The studio apartment is very quiet and peaceful and the bed is large and comfortable so a good night's sleep after a long day sightseeing is assured. The area is bustling with lots of local cafes and restaurants to sample. Everything is within walking distance. I'd recommend Al's place in a heartbeat. Superduper hosting. Thanks Al.
