Todos nuestros apartamentos cuentan con procesos de limpieza especiales, con productos específicos y más potentes, que aumentan la ya exhaustiva higiene y desinfección de los mismos, para que nuestros huespedes disfruten de nuestros apartamentos con total tranquilidad. Facilitamos kit de cortesía de un día con gel hidroalcohólico y mascarillas. Este apartamento de lujo representa la fusión perfecta entre comodidad y elegancia a través de su estilosa decoración, su mobiliario y su amplitud. Vivienda nueva a estrenar de 135 metros cuadrados, decorada con el máximo mimo y detalle. Con todos los lujos de un hotel de 5 estrellas pero con la comodidad de sentirte como en casa. Completamente insonorizada del ruido, consta de un amplio salón exterior con televisión de 65" y cocina integrada con electrodomésticos de alta gama, vinoteca y samovar. Desde el salón, muy soleado, se accede a un amplio balcón al que puede salir y disfrutar de sus vistas a la Puerta de Sol y de toda la plenitud de la Calle Preciados. Consta de tres habitaciones, dos de ellas suites con sus respectivos baños, los dos de gran tamaño y uno de ellos de más de 10 m2. Una de las suites con vistas a la Puerta del Sol y la otra con despacho. Otra habitación con dos camas individuales y un baño exterior. Todas las estancias tienen televisores de alta gama y sistema de sonido Sonos independiente, incluidos los baños, para que pueda disfrutar de un baño o ducha relajante escuchando su música preferida. Todas las estancias tienen sistema de aspiración independiente centralizado. A los huéspedes, para que nada más llegar se sientan como en su casa, se les da un servicio de cortesía de bienvenida, que consta de: varias cápsulas de café, diferentes tipos de infusiones y tés, azucarillos, sacarina, chocolate (Nesquik), galletas, leche y agua. También le ofrecemos en este servicio de cortesía, una botella de vino tinto español Rioja de la bodega CUNE, de 500 ml . En cuanto a los avances de los que consta la vivienda, entre otros son: persianas eléctricas, luces led en todas las estancias regulables en intensidad mediante panel táctil para adecuar la luminosidad de cada estancia a su gusto, puertos usb en todas las estancias, para que no se tenga que preocupar de enchufes o adaptadores, sistema de sonido Sonos en todas las estancias controlado por tablets (una tablet en cada estancia). Televisiones de última generación de 65", 55", 50" y 40" y sistema de aspiración centralizado. La cocina cuenta con una vinoteca para que usted pueda disfrutar de los vinos que pueda adquirir en la capital a la temperatura óptima. También cuenta con un samovar (icono Ruso de la cultura del té), especial para que usted pueda hacer los mejores tés e infusiones. Ubicado en la concurrida y comercial calle Preciados, a 50 metros de la Puerta del Sol, ofrece unas vistas privilegiadas con las que da gusto levantarse cada mañana. Se encuentra en una zona inmejorable para visitar museos, restaurantes y tiendas. A pocos metros de la puerta del Sol, tan sólo a 50 metros, por lo que puede acceder en metro o cercanías desde cualquier punto de Madrid, bien desde el aeropuerto o desde las estaciones de tren. También tiene a menos de 80 metros la plaza de Callao, con otra estación de metro y autobuses que vienen desde todas las zonas de Madrid. A huge window along the length of the whole apartment overlooks a beautiful private garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a living area with a single pull-out sofa, kitchen and bathroom. It has WiFi and is fully equipped, including a washing machine, TV, air conditioning, and Nespresso coffee maker - all just ready for your comfort and enjoyment! The apartment is a studio open space apartment - and it's all yours to enjoy! There are no areas in the apartment that you cannot use or access! We love hosting, but also respect our guests' privacy! We are here for you as much as you would like! Located just off Gran Via in lively buzzing Malasana neighborhood with its great range of authentic cafes, tapas & bars. Huge Zara Primark & Mango are minutes away. Best Madrid sites like Royal Palace, Puerta del Sol & Museums are in walking distance The Central Metro Station Gran Via is a 2 minute walk from the apartment. From there you can take the metro to anywhere you want in Madrid and also to all the train stations that will take you out of Madrid to the rest of Spain. If you come by car, a big parking lot is located at Barco 1, Madrid, just a minute from the apartment. There is also a bicycle-rental station close by. A hosting kit of water, soda, milk, coffee, tea and sweetners will be waiting to welcome you :-)

The apartment is located on a small pedestrian street leading to Plaza Mayor. Cobblestone streets and beautiful gardens are nearby, as are the Royal Palace and Almudena Cathedral, the area's main attractions. The apartment is perfect for groups of up to 4 adults or kids over 12 y.o. or non-walking babies. The apartment is very conveniently located in the middle of the main attractions in town. The famous Mercado de San Miguel is also there (Madrid's most renowned gastronomic market).

We rented this apartment that was our home for a long time until the tribe grew up, we have always taken care of it with care, it is an oasis in the heart of the city, overlooking the Botanical Garden of Madrid, the sunsets are a gift. A few steps from the retreat, authentic lung of the city, the Atocha station (AVE, Cercanías Metro)and the best museums :Prado, Reina Sofía ,Thyssen... The apartment has: large dining room with sofa bed, semi-integrated kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
