We had a nice stay in Madrid. The location is on a street filled with great restaurants. Everything in the apartment was clean and well maintained. It worked out well for our 2 families. Our stay was cut short to one night because of a flight issue, but they worked with us with check in and check out times which we appreciated. It’s worth noting it’s listed as 4 bedrooms, however it’s a little misleading as two of the bedrooms are only separated by a curtain. You must pass through one bedroom to get to the other, which can lead to some privacy issues. Overall it was a good stay

Apartamento céntrico y bien situado, vas andando a todos partes, cerca de todo lo que tienes que ver en Madrid, bien decorado, y sobre todo muy limpio. El anfitrión es muy profesional, dispuesto en todo momento a ayudar y dar todo tipo de facilidades, la comunicación ha sido impecable, muchas recomendaciones de cosas para hacer. Sin ningún tipo de duda volveremos!!!

This place is both convenient and comfortable. Beds, pillows and towels are wonderful. There is a bit of street and neighbor noise that is easily drowned out with white noise when we went to sleep. We would stay again! Lovely!

We had a great stay in Madrid in this beautiful apartment ! Neighbourhood is not quiet at night but the design and water pressure compensated for it

Maria was very friendly and made us feel right at home. In the day leading to our stay, she made sure to answer to our questions. The location is GREAT, host is awesome and the place has everything we needed. Thanks so much Maria!

This lovely apartment was a perfect stay for a couple, easy walkable distance to most attractions, fabulous restaurants and qauint alleyways to explore. Enrique was incredibly welcoming and even provided some great recommendations for the next part of our stay in Spain. Highly recommend both the apartment and the area to immerse yourself in the beautiful city of Madrid.

I stayed a few nights and found the house just as described and accurate pictures. Nice and clean. You couldn’t ask for better hosts than Marta and Joaquin very quick to respond. The house is conveniently located close to all attractions that you can walk to such as Plaza Mayor, the cathedral and the palace. Wonderful restaurants and cafes are everywhere. I would recommend and stay there again.

Die Lage war super und die Räumlichkeiten waren groß und ausreichend. Die Küche war für das Frühstück zubereiten gut. Die Wohnung ist eine klassische Altbauwohnung und ist einfach sehr schön.

Four of us stayed happily at this house. The house itself and the location were perfect. We would happily return.

Todo genial en el apartamento de Maribel. Aunque no está en una zona súper céntrica, había una estación de metro muy cerca, con lo que ha sido fácil desplazarse por Madrid. En el barrio hemos encontrado todo lo necesario. Hemos está muy a gusto!!!

El lugar está súper ubicado tiene metro y tren a unos pasos. El departamento está muy bien administrado. Tres habitaciones con su calefactor cada una. Dos baños completos lo hace muy cómodo. La cocina es pequeña pero funcional. Tener lavadora ayuda mucho si vas en modo viajero que necesita reutilizar. Tuvo el detalle en dejarnos cápsulas de café y galletitas. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y volvería.

Top wohnung in zentraler lage. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very nice place right next to the Palace yet super quiet. Perfectly situated to all the busy areas and restaurants. We were there during the Easter weekend and witnessed the procession parade, once in a lifetime experience. Highly recommend.

Combinación perfecta de ambiente y tranquilidad, en plena Malasaña, a un paseo del centro pero apartamento tranquilo. El apartamento cuenta con lo necesario y el recibimiento y atención de Daniel genial, con unas recomendaciones excelentes. Muy recomendable.

O espaço é extraordinário! Glória é extremamente solícita e esteve sempre disposta a ajudar. Quartos amplos , arejados , que deu bastante conforto a toda a minha família ! Espero poder voltar muitas outras vezes !

Apartment is remodeled, modern Style with blend of exposed brick and highlights the support beams. Very good taste in design and flow. Would definitely stay here again

Fantastic place for a family of 6 with a 3 month old baby. We knew about the steps and to be honest they were fine with our travel buggy. The amenities were great and location ideal!

We loved our stay at their place. Best location in Madrid and great apartment, we would love to go back in the future.
