We offer a quiet room in an apartment located just 150 meters from the La Elipa metro station. The room is well equipped. You will also have access to a shared bathroom, which is always clean and well maintained. La Elipa is a residential neighborhood. In 25 minutes, you can reach Puerta del Sol. In 10 minutes you will be in Wizink, 30 minutes from Metropolitano Stadium. Guests will have access to the kitchen. The house has heating and the fan in summer. It has a lock.

Ana and Jairo were excellent hosts. After a bad experience with another booking, I needed a last-minute place in Madrid. Ana was highly responsive and had the room clean and ready for my 11pm arrival on a Sunday night. The accommodation matches the images perfectly. The apartment is newly refurbished, with air conditioning in the room and a great view of the city skyline, football field, and park across the street. Despite not being in the center of the city, the metro (Plaza Eliptica) is only a 5 minute walk. Plus there are lots of buses. Despite being near a highway, the windows provide excellent soundproofing, and the community is very quiet. Each room has designated refrigerator storage and ample dry storage and the kitchen is fully equipped. There’s also a washing machine and common areas are cleaned weekly, and Jairo visits regularly to ensure everything runs smoothly. Overall, my 2 weeks stay here was a good one and I'd recommend for both long and short stays in Madrid.

For us it was a great stay, the directions were very clear and precise, the hosts were always attentive asking us if everything was okay and always answering us when we needed, it's great for those who need a place just for rest and bathing. The space is small (like a hotel suite), has air conditioning, hot water, excellent location, some cutlery, glasses, bowls, plates, minibar, Nespresso machine, an outdoor area and a microwave for quick meals.

Staying at this rental in Madrid was an unforgettable experience! The apartment was not only centrally located, with multiple subway stations just steps away but also within easy reach of all the major attractions, restaurants, and cultural spots the city has to offer. The highlight for me was the breathtaking view from the balcony—it was the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of the city. The host went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, offering excellent service and helpful local recommendations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
