Andre's place was about a 20 minute walk to most of the popular places to see and if needed, the bus and Metro were just up the street a few blocks. It is in the heart of the Sunday El Rastro Market. There is a grocery just around the corner and, as everywhere in Spain, restaurants galore along the way. We were given thorough instructions at check-in including the washing machine, which was an easy one to use. There was plenty of space of all six of us.

A spacious living area features two white sofas, accented by blue cushions. Natural light floods in through large open doors leading to the terrace. A decorative rug lies under two gold tables, complemented by wall art in vibrant colors and an ornate golden mirror.

We are a family of 5 and this was our first stay in Madrid. The apartment was fantastic and had everything we needed. Check in was easy and the Pablo was very pro-active in explaining everything that we needed to do. In fact, we responded immediately to every query we had. The apartment was spotless and had all the appliances needed for short break away - the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is perfect - great for shopping, restaurants, bars and everything was in walking distance! I would definitely recommend!

Everything was great, Dionisio responded quickly and was willing to help. The only catch was that the cleaning team didn't leave enough blankets for everyone, and even so, the HostKey team handled the situation right away.

An inviting loft bedroom features a spacious bed with neutral bedding set against a wooden headboard. The room is illuminated by soft lighting, and exposed wooden beams add character to the ceiling. A warm area rug complements the wooden floor, creating a cozy atmosphere.

A cute apartment, which very comfortably accommodated 2 adults and 2 kids. It has literally everything one might need for a stay. The location is perfect, a walking distance from Tirso de Molina and La Latina metro stations. The check-in instructions were very clear. Even though the check-out is set for 11 am, it was possible to keep our luggage in the apartment until later hour. The communication with the owner was very pleasant. When we had minor issues which had to be resolved, the owner was always available and was super helpful with anything we needed.

Toni was very friendly and very friendly. The accommodation offered is very clean and well located 2 minutes from a bus stop to the city center or 8 minutes walk from the metro. The photos are completely accurate to the apartment.

Second time I’ve stayed at Laura’s place, perfect location to go visit my customers, very spacious and super clean apartment, can park for free on the street outside (important if you hire a car) and the neighbourhood is peaceful, with the park a few minutes away for a run.

Our stay at Álvaro's apartment was most rewarding. Everything's good and clean. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and functional. In addition, it is easy to get there, as there is a metro line just 4 minutes away. She was always attentive to our communications. We would definitely stay again.

I had an extremely nice and pleasant stay. Johan is super friendly and helpful, the room is large and inviting, and the location of the property is also very central, you can get to the city center very quickly and easily by bus and metro and also on foot you can reach a lot. In the street of the accommodation there are also numerous supermarkets, cafes and restaurants/snacks within a walking distance of about 10 minutes. Would definitely book this place again.

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. Oscar was super flexible and diligent helping us modify the dates and with the time of departure. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much!

An unforgettable experience, we had everything nearby, bars, restaurants, all the shops for shopping, metro stop. Finally, we had a pleasant stay, Rodrigo very attentive and Carla made us feel right at home. We'll be back soon.

Comfortable accommodation and attentive staff. Practically premiere. It's great to have a gym and a central garden where to hang out. It is located in a business area but a 15 minute walk to the center of Alcobendas. Although during working hours it can be difficult to find parking (although we always find it) they have their own parking. We'll be back for sure on our visits to Madrid.

The two bedrooms offered by Cibise are very convenient and have a single bed, a small wardrobe and one of them has a desk. The accommodation is very well located, large and well decorated. We came with friends for 3 days in Madrid and we appreciated the proximity to restaurants, the Retiro Park, as well as the bus and metro stops. The street is very quiet and the building quiet. Cibise is a responsive, kind and smiling host, thank you so much for hosting us! I totally recommend if you want to spend a few days in the Spanish capital.

Unique value for money in Madrid, convenient public transport as almost throughout the city but above all the area full of clubs without having to move around. Lyza, Luis and daughter Desiree were always very helpful, friendly and discreet during my stay. Angelino (the dog) is also very sweet and quiet. Recommended!
