I loved staying at Mercedes' house. It is ideal for sightseeing in the center of Madrid and returning at night to rest. It is very well equipped and has a large and very nice garden and swimming pool. Well-equipped for children I hope to stay there again next year.

This place was perfect for our group trip! A beautiful outdoor area for grilling and playing games. The place is massive! It was super easy to communicate with the host all weekend too ☺️

Lucia’s house is amazing!! The staying was very nice, with perfect location, close to nature but also close to Madrid. You get all the privacy and peace you need without having to move too far from the city. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, within 5 min driving distance. The house itself was very clean and spacious, very homey, had absolutely everything we needed. Very lovely garden area and terrace to relax and enjoy the sun. Lucia was a great host herself, very attentive, always ready to come and help us out. She also helped us out with getting some wood for the chimney, which we deeply appreciated! Overall, just a very nice lady! The check-in and check-out were very easy and comfortable. There is also a lot of free parking around the house, which was very convenient for us since we had 2 cars. In conclusion, I would 100% recommend Lucia as a host and her lovely home for anyone! We will definitely come back! Lucia, thank you for everything one more time 🩵💛

It’s a beautiful place away from hustle bustle of city. The host are very warm, helpful, and welcoming. Felt at home and peaceful. A very nice place put together with a lot of attention and care. Superb view of the snow capped mountains.

Pablo and his team were very friendly and helpful. Our room and bath were nicely designed and spacious, but there were still many cosmetic things from previous tenants on the shelf. The bathing facility is out of date and showed rust stains in many places. The whirlpool was not functional. Shower was ok. The small balcony to our room could not be used because it was full of foliage. For this, we were usually able to use the garden for ourselves. The sun loungers were usually temporarily repaired. The pool was filled with water, but covered with a tarpaulin. Pool use was not foreseen until July according to the description. The property was not very well maintained, in many places there was high uncut and withered flower pots. In previous years, the house and property were certainly a great place for a large family. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The kitchen had everything, but not very well maintained.

Very nice family, they make you feel very comfortable. I only stayed one night but I got a great rest. Thank you very much for everything!

This is a truly marvelous stay! We will be back as soon as possible. It was so good we would honestly plan a Spain trip around available dates. Jorge was so kind, truly the breakfast was out of this world. Our room was serene and the mountain air so crisp and peaceful. The grounds are even prettier than the photos. It was a truly special experience! They thought of everything with this place from the decor to the services. We loved the Christmas decorations!!
