On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Guests can park in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Namely: our exteriors (garden) are still under construction. 5 min from Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes by car. No baths please, only showers.
