Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. This large 26 m2 bedroom (on the ground floor) includes an infrared sauna, double bed, sofa bed, equipped kitchen, small bathroom and 2 m2 toilet. NO TV! Sheets and towels are provided. Free parking 50 m from the accommodation.

This studio is completely renovated, it is very pleasant, bright, comfortable (TV + Wifi via fiber) and quiet, facing south. It is ideally located because right next to the Super U and close to the train station and the city center, also close to public transport which will allow you to enjoy the many historical, tourist and attractive places. Kitchen, bathroom and trundle bed (160 x 200 cm) Free parking for 2 hours (Super U) and between 7 p.m. and 9 a.m.
