Independent renovated gîte by the Loire, comfort and calm, for professionals, tourists or people wishing to visit family. 40 m² with equipped fitted kitchen, double bed 160, small sofa, Italian shower, TV and wifi, stove, south-facing terrace overlooking nature. In the immediate vicinity: transport (bus, Loire ferry, train station), shops and services (restaurants, laundry, swimming pool, etc.). Ring road and Atlantis center 12 min, Nantes and airport 20 min, beaches and vineyards 40 min.

Entire 25 m2 studio with A/C - independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers.
