Great stay at Julie and Richard's. The accommodation is perfect: very well decorated and very well equipped, quiet and super well located (the ocean is a 3-min walk, the city center is a 15-min walk). We were able to walk around and discover Saint Brevin, Pornic, the salt marshes of Guérande, La Baule, Saint-Nazaire and the shipyards... in short, plenty of beautiful discoveries less than 20 minutes' drive each time... We recommend this accommodation without so much as a second thought!

The accommodation is very comfortable, super clean, a real little cocoon decorated with passion and care by Peggy. The garden area, which is on the banks of the Loire, is idyllic. I thank Peggy for her kindness, responsiveness and authenticity. It's very pleasant!!! BIG thank you!

We travelled as a family of 4 with our 2 children aged 3 and 6. They absolutely loved the swimming pool, tropical garden with the birds and spending time looking for frogs around the 2 lakes. Julien was very attentive, making sure we had everything to make our trip as comfortable as possible as well as fishing rods for our children to have a go on their lake. It was a bit tricky to have the kitchen in a separate building but understand this is under construction. The grounds are beautiful, very peaceful in a serene countryside setting, the property was clean with comfy beds. We spent time visiting neighbouring towns, Chateaubriant market, Nantes town followed by a relax in the pool and dinner outside by the lake. Would highly recommend.

Great base in Brittany. Approx 1 hour or so to the attractions we went too. (Escape to chateau location👌, st malo, mont st michel) 600m to super market, bakery, bar, cheese etc. 600m from metro to get into Rennes in 8 min on metro, they come every 4 mins. On street parking, free, always a spot out front. Fully equipped comfortable apartment. Great tv. Would come back. Quiet residential neighbourhood

We loved our stay at Michel's place. It was a beautiful place, had everything we needed, was clean, quiet and secure. The deco was thoughtful and full of character. There was loads of space for four of us. we enjoyed the views of the canal and the town. Thank you for having us.

We had a great time at this place, as part of our professional activities. The place is impeccable, spacious, bright and very well-equipped. We particularly appreciated the beautiful south-facing terrace and secure private parking. A big thank you to our host for his warm welcome and true sense of hospitality. Great communication from Noemie who was lovely, nice to hear about the history of the accommodation. It’s a cosy, good use of space and perfect for the one night stop over. The bed was super comfortable, making for a good nights sleep before travelling again.

The accommodation described is really accurate. It is thoughtfully well equipped, clean and conveniently located in relation to the waterfront. In addition, there is a very nice plant park just 50 meters away, making it a good base for walks. The city center is within walking distance as well as the eco museum of Saint Nazaire is visiting as well as the Atlantic stopover...for runners, a great departure point...

We stay there regularly and the good welcome is always at the rendezvous. I recommend it.

The Accommodation is very well-located and well-equipped in a beautiful setting. Johnevan is very responsive to dialogue and always available in case of request. A real delight! We spent a week out of time! The place is impeccable with an extraordinary view! The small restaurants at the foot of the building are very good! In short, we highly recommend it!!!
