Friendly little cottage in particular the veranda which makes it particularly bright and pleasant. Well equipped for the kitchen. Huge garden with swings very appreciated by my son. Quiet, close to a pretty village on the banks of the Loire. Very friendly host, flexible arrival time.

Jacqueline is very friendly, considerate and attentive, the accommodation very well equipped, very clean and well kept. The garden is very nice as is the countryside around. Bedding and the bathroom are comfortable. The Wi-Fi is not very good but the fiber is being routed in the surroundings. We had a pleasant and relaxing stay and will be back with pleasure!

Two days at Sandrine's very nice. She is welcoming and available for any questions. The space was perfect. We had a good night after visiting the Zoo de la Flèche.

We had a pleasant stay at Sabrina's place, although we did not stay long, as we were there for a special event. We really enjoyed the place, especially the shower which is really great. Our only small regret is that we didn't find a piece of furniture to hang suits or clothes. We took full advantage of our evening and thank you again for the reliable and accurate instructions. I would recommend this place and will not hesitate to book again the next time I visit.

Everything was perfect. We spent four days. The apartment is great with all the necessary equipment for a good stay. The plus: have your coffee facing the pine forest at the end of the garden, listening to the birds. Secure and quiet environment. Shops within a 10-minute drive, very nice market in Seiches sur Loir. The owner was welcoming, attentive and available, both during the booking phase and on arrival and during the stay. We recommend it!

Accommodation adjoining his house but completely independent, arranged in a "cottage surfer" style that smells like holidays! Easy to find in the small village of Les Conches, as described and very clean. On site, outside, small private and secure parking, large garden available. Inside, cozy living room and small kitchen. Beautiful bathroom, beautiful wooden furniture in the bedroom and really excellent bedding, great comfort! All in a peaceful environment, on the edge of pine forest and dunes. In short, a very good place near the coast, at a good value for money.
