Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. A typical Anjou farmhouse, our house is an old hemp farm* built in the middle of the 19th century in wood, tuffeau and slate. Our independent cottage can accommodate up to 2 people (and 1 baby). In the castle's old stables. We wanted to preserve the maximum authenticity: kitchen in an old box, beams and part of the exposed framework... Spacious rooms. Living area: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 TOILETS Adjacent to a 53 m2 room with: toilet, washing machine, barbecue, ping-pong, tables and garden furniture, boots... large plot for you only and access to the 14 ha estate with park, swings, vegetable garden, orchard, woods, pond, chapel... IDYLLIC, QUIET SETTING!

Charming room in the countryside / Charming room

Hélène offers in her fully renovated 18th century house with views of the countryside garden surrounded by nature close to the forest, a bright south-facing bedroom with a shower room with private toilet, a second bedroom is possible under the same conditions, see listing for bedroom with panoramic view... This room is not suitable for small or large children. I'm sorry I can't accommodate our 4-legged friends anymore, non-compliance with some penalizes everyone.

In a charming 14 th century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to beaches, salt marshes and Brière, beautiful room with independent entrance, toilet, private toilet and shower.
