Maison de caractère au coeur d'un parc de 45ha

Located in the heart of the park, the stables of Hodebert is the ideal place to meet up with friends or family and visit the Loire châteaux and enjoy the surrounding nature. Wood burning fire place, 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, an access to the ecologic pool of the property… This almost abandoned building required a considerable amount of work to turn it into a comfortable and authentic guest house. Our philosophy: furnishing a house as if it was meant for our friends, our extended family

Charming room in the countryside / Charming room

Hélène offers in her fully renovated 18th century house with views of the countryside garden surrounded by nature close to the forest, a bright south-facing bedroom with a shower room with private toilet, a second bedroom is possible under the same conditions, see listing for bedroom with panoramic view... This room is not suitable for small or large children. I'm sorry I can't accommodate our 4-legged friends anymore, non-compliance with some penalizes everyone.

Located in a farmhouse currently undergoing renovation, “Villa Lily Spa” invites you to enjoy a true oasis of well-being and relaxation. Situated on the banks of the Rance, this charming guest room, with completely independent access, offers unlimited use of a private spa, with no time restrictions. The spa is located on a patio with an electric sunroof (can be opened in summer only). A hearty and gourmet breakfast will be served to get a great start to your day.

The priory washhouse

In the heart of the Sarthe Perche in Sceaux sur Huisne, a water town in Roman times, behind the church with its very special bell tower, is the washhouse of "the priory farm". This small building and its basin fed by a spring are part of a very preserved and green space. A hundred meters below are the remains of the Gallo-Roman baths. The room was installed in an old washhouse dating from the 15th century, so we offer you a night "on the waterfront".

The Dream Tower (air-conditioned)

You'll love this unique and romantic escape in this picturesque 19th century dovecote. This air-conditioned guest room (independent entrance, private accommodation) located in a historic setting will amaze you. Between the Loire and Loir Valleys, close to the country of Balzac and Ronsard, you can visit the wonderful castles lining the valleys and its renowned vineyards, not to mention its hiking trails and its famous Loire bike circuit.

In a charming 14th-century estate 2.5 km from Guérande, close to the beaches, salt marshes and La Brière, a beautiful room with independent entrance, private toilet, bathroom and shower. Large kitchen shared with the host. A courtesy tray is at your disposal (tea, coffee, herbal tea, chocolate plus a basket of gourmet cookies) I recommend the delicious Thai massages given by Plumanela on site and by reservation. Guest house near Puy du Fou

You have a fully private space with separate entrance, shower room, equipped kitchen and office upstairs. We provide you with everything you need for breakfast. A 5-minute walk from the train station. Puy du Fou is a 25-minute drive away. Maulévrier Oriental Park is a 15-minute drive away. Hellfest 30 minutes away. I will be happy to host you, but a lockbox is available for late check-ins.

Bed and breakfast located 5 minutes' walk from the center of Chinon, offering a magnificent view of the Fortress and the Vienne. Ideal location for discovering Chinon and its surroundings (castles and gardens, vineyards, bike rides...) Breakfast is included and includes hot drink, juice, bread and pastries, yogurt, cold meats and cheeses. Remote work is possible.

You will stay in a former wine castle, you will sleep in the "Studio" equipped with a 180 cm double bed. The Studio is equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, stove, barbecue. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool in season and the tennis court. A wooded park is also available for guests to relax.
