Very clean apartment, fully equipped, cozy, it feels like home. Small downside on access to the underground parking which is unclear for parking. We had a great stay!

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation is super clean and tidy. The movie theater is a real plus. The sauna and jacuzzi are impeccable. All instructions are clear, with cards in each room.

Excellent cottage, very quiet and clean, relaxing place with a pleasant and active manager. I would recommend it.

Could not say enough about how wonderful this place is if I had 10,000 characters available. Exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail was charming, thoughtful, and well maintained. The garden is stunning and natural, not cluttered with decorations but rather elegantly designed with plants and vines. The pool is beautiful. Sophie greeted us upon arrival and was so kind and welcoming. They have just the right amount of amenities to keep you entertained but allow you to sit back and relax. Incredible value here - we will be back!

Very good family stay in Nantes , the apartment is in line with what is advertised with all the amenities. It is very well located on the island of Nantes for visiting the city on foot , strolling on the docks. Very convenient because in addition to the parking space there is free parking (for now) not far away. Theotime was very responsive to the slightest questions , I highly recommend this listing!

I had a pleasant week in this apartment, quiet residence and very well located in Le Pouliguen facing the sea. Pool and park with children's games. The area is very beautiful. Jean Guy, Isabelle and Maria are friendly hosts. I hope to come back…

We had a lovely stay at Adrien's for our 1 year wedding. The place is like a little cocoon in which you feel very nice. Thanks for allowing us to have a relaxing time. Big plus of the accommodation: immediate accessibility to the city center of Angers and its many restaurants, close to the castle and the cathedral, right in front of Maine. The setting is nice 😱

Very good stay in Bruno's studio. The beach is a few steps away, the decor is true to the photos, the bedding is comfortable and the studio is well-equipped. I will definitely be back next summer!

Extraordinary family weekend. The house is large and very comfortable, the garden and terrace extremely pleasant, the sauna and pool excellent! Emmanuelle and her husband are very friendly and attentive hosts! We'll keep the address to renew this moment which completely satisfied us.

A perfect stay:) Antoine is welcoming, kind and friendly. He is also very available and responds very quickly to messages. Antoine is also very attentive to ensuring that we have a good stay, he had touches that we enjoyed very much and we thank him for that. The house is very nice, spacious, very clean, convenient, well-located and quiet. There's nothing missing. The garden and terrace are a plus and the swing was very appreciated by our daughters as well as the books in the room. We recommend the accommodation without a second thought.

Amazing property and an even more amazing host! The house was spacious, matched the photos, and had stunning valley views from the heated pool. Every bedroom had a shower, and the wellness area with hot tub and sauna was a huge highlight for the family. Great location for walks, bike rides, and shops (less than 10 mins drive or 20-30 mins walk), with Angers just a 25 min drive away. The house was well equipped for families and groups of all ages. Afton, the host, was by far the best we’ve ever had—attentive, responsive, and incredibly helpful. We unfortunately picked up a flat tyre and struggled to find a replacement due to the language barrier and having a particularly rare tyre. She went above and beyond, calling garages, and helping us sort it all out. She negotiated a better outcome for us than our breakdown service! She spent most of a day or longer doing all this for us. She was truly amazing, and helped more than I ever would have expected. Highly recommend both property & host!

We had a great stay in April, very comfortable and spacious. We took full advantage of the sauna and spa. Iris is a very pleasant, smiling and attentive host. We highly recommend Stephan and Sylvie.
