This is the best gite we have stayed in in France. the gite was spacious and clean and the pool was perfect for entertaining two children. the troglodyte caves were brilliant, lots of table tennis played! communication with diane was very straightforward and she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area.

The stay went well, the accommodation is very well located with the beach within walking distance as well as the shopping street. It's easy to park and the neighborhood is quiet. Eating in the veranda is nice. We also appreciated the kindness of the host.

Quiet and relaxing setting, Very large parking, The property has en-suite bathrooms in each room that is a real comfort. All the equipment is present for the reception of young children (high chair, crib, sunbed, baby bathtubs...). Great rental for family and/or friends. We recommend it.

Laurence and her husband are great! They guided us on the points to visit and were good tips. We had problems with meals... and Laurence prepared a dish for us: great and also excellent! They are super accommodating and really nice. The place was very clean and close to the city center. The Pont de Noirmoutier is right next door for an afternoon stroll on the island! The address is to be recommended without so much as a second thought!

Lovely, private and quiet gîte. It was compact and well laid out. Very comfortable bed. Nice local village with a good shop/boulangerie and beautiful local places to see, especially Vendôme. Perfect for dogs with a quiet footpath right outside the door. Jean-Baptiste was extremely helpful and nice. We hope to come back again.

What a pleasant surprise, better than the photos and comments. Nothing is missing, even your 1st meal is in the fridge! You feel really good at the Grange aux livres, there are a lot of nice details that you will discover over the days. Sophie is very welcoming, human and caring. One of our most beautiful Airbnb experiences, a little heartache when leaving this beautiful and peaceful place. Don't hesitate if you're looking for calm, countryside and birdsong.

We had an absolutely perfect stay with the family! The accommodation with pool and sauna was as described, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Everything was thought for our comfort, we felt like home. The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Lovely quirky old farmhouse with a fabulous garden. Loved seeing the red squirrels and hare and pleased when Hannah identified the smoke alarm sound as Midwife toads. Plenty of space for our party of 7 adults to relax together but also spend time apart. Loads of interesting places to visit within an easy drive. Wonderful relaxing holiday with great weather. This is a lovely flat in a wonderful part of Fougères, right in the centre of everything. It’s only a very short walk to the beautiful castle and it’s scenic surroundings. Everything is within a very short walking distance, including shops and excellent restaurants. And Cherie is a very thoughtful hostess. Definitely a great place to recommend.

Michael is very responsive on the phone and available. The jacuzzi was already in heating mode and ready to use when we arrived, which is really appreciated. the accommodation is very clean, functional, very nice. I would recommend this place if you're not too far from the beach.

Claude's place is perfect for exploring the island of Yeu. Just a few minutes' walk to the port, you can get there quickly. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The little extra, the corner to store the bikes and the very nice terrace to enjoy the sun and eat outside. Recommended.
