The Nest Sobo

EmmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Maddie was a wonderful host! The Nest Sobo was absolutely amazing—luxurious, beautifully designed, and so thoughtfully put together. It was a hot weekend during our stay, and Maddie even reached out to arrange a fan for us (though we had brought our own), which was really appreciated. The hot tub was a lovely addition, and it was all set up and ready for us when we arrived—such a nice welcome. The location is fantastic too, just a short walk to great restaurants, bars, and the beach. A really thoughtful touch was the birthday card Maddie left for my husband—it meant a lot and made the stay even more special. Thank you again for having us—we had a brilliant time and can’t wait to come back!

The beach house. Parking, 2 min walk to the beach!

DawnRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had a wonderful weekend with family celebrating a 70th birthday. The spa pool and climbing frame were great for the children and the proximity to the beach is great. The house is a wonderful space for a family gathering in a lovely area where you don’t really need to drive as there is everything you need within walking distance.

Cozy Getaway, Parking, Quick Drive to Beach & Town

GemmaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We had a lovely stay at the annexe. It was lovely fresh, new and clean. The hot drink tray and squash was a nice touch for arrival. Plenty of accessible plug sockets was appreciated as I always travel with extension lead for just in case. My toddler and baby enjoyed the toys and children’s books 😊 Location was perfect, at the end of a cul-de-sac, next to a little woodland area, through to a play park and walkable distance to a shopping centre and restaurants. It was only a 10-15minute drive to the beach. Kateryna was great at responding to queries prior to arrival and assured us there would be a fan for heat wave. Great value for money!

The View - No Booking Fees

StephenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed for 3 nights at “The View”. The property was ideally located for exploring the Mudeford area. On the waterfront it had views that you would never tire of. It is set in a peaceful and quiet location and is perfect for a chilling break. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you choose to stay in. All in all we would recommend to others and will hopefully return to stay in the not too distant future 👍.

Sea-View Balcony, Close to Pier

EmilyRating, 5 stars2 days ago
The apartment was excellent, with a fantastic location and cleanliness that met all our needs. The hosts reached out to check on us as well. I would say it’s more suitable for two people rather than three, but it worked perfectly for us, and we would certainly stay again.

Stunning Beachside Apartment- Balcony & Parking

StephRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment . Beautiful views of the sea . Close to sobo beach . Main Southbourne high street is walkable 25 mins or by bus . Nearby co op for supplies . Apartment was clean and comfy except maybe a change of sofa is needed as it’s a sofa bed and not very comfy for sitting on . As I use a stick at the moment a rail for the top set of stairs would be helpful . Thank you anyway
