“Russell and Liz were great hosts. Quick to reply to messages and friendly when we arrived. The space was warming and rustic. The fireplace and the exposed wooden beams gave it a great cosy vibe. The countryside offered an awesome walk to stretch our legs and get out! Unfortunately we couldn't visit the local amenities due to the COVID-19 outbreak but we were happy isolating indoors.”

“The Cabin is a lovely place to stop - perfect for a pair or solo traveller looking for an indoor place to rest. Situated at the end of a garden, it is a secluded spot that is a restful way to spend an evening. Humphrey was very accommodating - made sure I could get in, had turned the heating on, set the heated blanket (!) up to come on in the evening, provided tea, coffee, breakfast and fruit. Bed was very comfy, shower was decent, and enough space to feel cosy while still having enough space to move around. Kitchen was well equipped. The local pub was just down the road and served up good food. Highly recommend if passing through Seatown.”

“We had a lovely stay here, it looks exactly as it does in the pictures! The location is perfect with so much to do just 20 minutes away in any direction! The hot tub was lovely after a day of exploring and the bed was super comfy. The extra bits (breakfast, orange juice and a bottle of wine) are super thoughtful. The Royal Oak does lovely food and everyone should 100% visit. We had a great time here, our only niggle was that it took ages for our towels and swimwear to dry, but apart from that we would stay again.”
