It is a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and beaches, it is also ideally located for the south west coastal path on the cliffs above Swanage. The property is located on a hill, as are most properties to the right(looking to sea) of the town centre. Westcliff Penthouse is a rare apartment for its location as not many places have such easy access to Bournemouth beach and pier. The views from the balcony and lounge and bedroom windows of the sea, old Harrys rocks and Bournemouth as well as Sandbanks beach is simply remarkable and unbeatable.
