We had a lovely stay. Beautiful Georgian and house with lots of character. Beautiful light and airy and and extremely cosy in the evenings. It was in a brilliant location, a 2 minute walk from town and the local harbour. Some great places to eat and lovely pubs. It is within driving distance of various lovely walks and there is a walk nearby by the Solent, with plenty of wildlife. We had a brilliant week and would definitely return. William was a fantastic host, always contactable for any questions.

This was a perfect place for us to stay for 10 days with our teenagers. Home from home and very comfortable and everything you could need, including a cat. Thanks so much

Excellent accommodation. All there and high quality. Clear instructions to reach the place. Not mentioned or photographed but property is VERY close to train line. Can hear and feel all trains going past and/or stopping at Brockenhurst station. Actually, you zone out of it very quickly, so it wasn't disturbing. And flip side is that location is amazing if coming by public transport - Brockenhurst station is 15 seconds walk away!!! Also best kitted out kitchen ever stayed in - all items worked and were good quality. Fabulous functional, light space downstairs especially. Shower room perfect. Heating worked too, no issues. Would highly recommend overall, but to be aware of train station proximity in case it bothers you.

This is a great place! The location is terrific with the center being about six minutes and a huge grocery about three. The shower room is new and the shower about the best we’ve had! Note bedrooms are upstairs, bathroom down. Great TV with access to Netflix. Large kitchen with eating area and lovely back garden. Would stay again.

The room is very clean and tidy. The kitchen has all we need. We enjoyed a lovely night in the house.

In Southhampton to visit my daughter who moved to live and work. She was walking distance away. Fabulous find. Place exceptionally clean. Quiet house. Unaware of other guests. Great amenities. Felt welcome. Would recommend staying here. Very happy.

Great stay, perfect location

Michiel’s place was great for me and my friends who were attending a wedding in Lymington. It was easy to walk to the high street nearby and very reasonably priced for the summer. Michiel was great to communicate with and kindly let us check in early. Would recommend!

Great accommodation for 7 adults and 6 month old baby. Good location as walkable to restaurants, pubs at Poole Quay and very short drive to lovely beaches at Sandbanks and Studland. Could have done with some fans at the property as first and second floors very hot especially at night but it was noisy with the windows open .

A nice cosy room in a homely house, and Claire was very friendly and approachable for any queries. Claire made us feel very welcome and able to use the kitchen and laundry facilities. The local area was lovely to explore too.

Chris’s was a lovely place to stay. A very homely feel, with use of all facilities including a well equipped kitchen. Chris is friendly and approachable with great local knowledge. The house is in a quiet area but less than ten minutes walk to the town and beach. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Chris and Jara.

Perfect place to stay for a shirt-term break. Ours was not normal season but all the same plenty to do. Property was very central and incredibly comfortable

The house was really big, everything we need was there, great storage space in the down stairs hall way, Bond holidays always answered the questions very quickly. The location was great and the house was great, all in all, a great holiday.

We had a wonderful weekend at Pollyanna's place. The house is beautiful, full of character and super cosy on a cold night! You'll have everything you need for a relaxing stay including very comfy beds! It's perfectly situated to explore town and the coast. Pollyanna was also great at getting back to us with questions prior to our stay. I'd highly recommend!

Sarah’s place was great, comfortable and with everything you need for a stay away from home, Sarah was very kind and helpful and I would definitely stay there again if I was ever in the area again ⭐️

This was our second visit and we hope there will be more. It was beautiful spring weather and we went to see the flowers at Kingston Lacy. The garden and wider estate are wonderful. It was a special weekend and we were taken to Shell Bay Restaurant on Studland. Big portions, very good food, a view across to Brownsea Island and lots of activity going on outside. The children's menu is for under 16's. Also generous portions. A taxi took us from Salterns Road past the ferry queue and dropped us by the foot passenger walkway to the ferry. It's exciting. You can play on the beach near the ferry while you wait to return. Also we went again to the beach below Canford Cliffs and walked down to spend Sunday playing on the beach. There was paddling and dipping. Bacon sandwiches too as we were in a beach hut (not ours). We also played card games in No 73 again. It's perfect as a family let. A comfortable house which is close to seaside fun and Dorset beauty. Madalene

A fantastic house for a large group. We stayed as three families of four & found it perfect for our needs as well as being good value. Great location & Lyndsey’s communication was excellent. Thank you, we had a great time.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location and we had a fantastic time, the only issue we had was the lack of parking at the front of the property as we weren't able to find a space for 3 out of the 4 nights that we stayed, although this wasn't a massive issue as we found alternative nearby options, however, just something to be aware of if you are driving to the property.

Our daughter had a great stay with Clodagh and Paul - the room is spacious and comfortable and the hosts friendly and welcoming. The house is ideally located near the town centre and walkable to the hospital, where our daughter was on placement.
