  • We had a great stay at the cottage. We were 2 families and a total of 7 people. Kids loved the lofts for playing and sleeping. Kitchen was well stocked and spacious for cooking and eating meals together. Super convenient to access Craftbury Outdoor Center for skiing!

  • Amy is an awesome host! The cottage is very cozy and well equipped. The beds, pillows, and couch were very comfortable. Amy’s communication was prompt and friendly. We arrived during a big snow storm and Amy let us check in early. Later in the evening, the power went out and Amy immediately came by to make sure we had what we needed. This is a sweet place and will likely rent from Amy again.

  • Our group of friends visited Craftsbury for three days of skiing at the touring center. Amy's house was perfect for our group: great location, spacious living area, well equipped kitchen for making meals, and comfortable beds! Check in was easy, and Amy stopped by to be sure we had everything we needed! With her help, we found where the Outing Center trails pass near the house. A great Craftsbury visit; we look forward to our return!

  • This house worked perfect for our ski team who was competing at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Lots of beds and open space to hang out. We had a great stay!

This Gypsy Wagon, located in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, is nestled in the woods, supremely private, off-grid and deeply serene. Besides the natural chorus of the woods, listen for the horses neighing and the loll of the nearby dairy cows. Everything you need is supplied except WiFi, your imagination, gypsy soul and groceries/ice. Though one dog is permitted, we appreciate your leaving the additional cleaning fee of $15 in the envelope supplied to offset the cost of deep cleaning.
You will be the only ones in the woods in this wagon. It is spooky and delicious at night. Though there is no shower at the wagon, there is a place for a cold water wash-up in the warmer months in the 'fancy' outdoor privy. Clean water is provided for cooking, washing and dousing fires. You'll have the choice between the intimate indoor kitchen or the open-air outdoor kitchen. We provide battery operated lights, oil lamps and candles. There is a potbelly stove for the cooler months and an outdoor fire ring. Firewood is provided by the hosts and the surrounding woods. Reminder: no running water or electricity. Cell coverage is patchy. Winter guests should be familiar with heating with wood and comfortable snow shoeing. There is no WIFI. The bed is comfy yet quite small, a bit smaller than a double. My husband and I enjoy the closeness but be prepared to cuddle. Sleeps 1 comfortably or 2 people who really like each other ;-). This is truly a tiny house, 7X14. There is a cot available for those who find the berth too cozy for 2. We have a rule, should you bring your dog, we ask you bring him/her with you should you travel out and not leave them behind.
You will be staying in a fabulous part of New England. Two of the finest General Stores around with organic, freshly prepared food. Many world renown cheese makers within minutes , craft brewers, and the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, home of year-round Olympic athletes and a place to get an amazing lunch (call for reservations) where there are also miles and miles of trails to ride, ski or walk, rent skis or a kayak to take on Hosmer Pond (don't be fooled, it is quite an extensive 'pond' and plenty of loons in residence). Also very near stunning Lake Caspian public beach and beloved Willey's Store. You are near the politically radical puppet theater, Bread and Puppet, The Museum of Everyday Life ("I make the museum to glorify the gleeful wish to be driving down the road and see some strange sign, and go in and find something wonderful" says curator/owner Clare Dolan), The Highland Center of the Arts, and Miller's Thumb Gallery. I imagine you will agree after a visit, there is no place like the Northeast Kingdom!!
  • So cute and cozy. A little taste of the wilderness while still staying comfy!

    Stephanie2019-10-28T00:00:00Z
  • A lovely corner of the world. The gypsy wagon is as detached from the grid as it is cozy. My gf and I have come here twice now and we have loved both our stays. The wagon, though small, has endless hidden treasures. It's a beautiful place to see the world from a different angle

    Nicholas2019-10-26T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, very clean and comfy. Cozy with the wood stove.

    Julie2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • The Gypsy Wagon is an unusual place. We enjoyed the tranquility and warm atmosphere of the car. It is well appointed and very well equipped. It was a very relaxing fall weekend in a beautiful area of Vermont.

  • This is a glorious place to visit. The description is exactly accurate, everything you need is provided. Gwen is incredibly responsive. Treat yourself to an immunity boost in the woods!

This simple home is the place to go to unwind, turn off your phone, and breathe. Very private, yet close to many amenities, it’s steps to the local cross-country ski and bike trail system. A 5m drive to the Craftsbury Outdoor Center and 45m to Stowe, this place is also close to many places to downhill ski, kayak, etc. Not your style? There’s a range of local artists, breweries, and restaurants nearby, including Hill Farmstead, Barr Hill Gin, and Lost Nation.
Built many years ago, this home has recently been renovated inside and out. With one wall of windows (it's a passive solar place!), the house is open-concept with a mudroom, kitchen, dining/living area, bedroom, and bathroom. There’s also a large deck outside, blueberry bushes to pick from, and acres to explore.
Craftsbury is well-known for many reasons. Besides Hill Farmstead and the Outdoor Center, we are close to Pete’s Greens, Jasper Hill, Sterling College, and the Highland Center for the Arts. Although the town population hovers around 1000, we are proud to support a thriving K-12 school. Located on a picturesque common area, the school is surrounded by a post office, library, and church. A two-minute drive from the common takes you down into the village, where there are two general stores, a town hall, and a garage. It is truly a small, idyllic New England town.
  • Beautiful location! Perfect choice for a quiet weekend getaway!

The bed was beyond comfortable. I loved being able to go right downstairs for an amazing meal and incredible cocktails. I will definitely stay here again.

  • Great place for a solo traveler to stay! Food right downstairs and close to Hill Farmstead. Enjoyed it!

    Charlotte2020-03-13T00:00:00Z
  • A great place!

    Trevor2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Great location, cozy space, good food at the bistro, and easy check-in/ clear directions. As expected from the description, there was noise from the bistro until around 11, but with the noise machine on it was pretty faint.

    Liza2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • We really enjoyed our stay above the bistro! Dinner downstairs was convenient and delicious!

    Lucretia2020-02-20T00:00:00Z
  • I had stayed at the farmhouse before it was converted to an inn and bistro, and was so excited to return. The pace exceeded my expectations. Jessie's hospitality was exceptional- the pipes froze in the shared bathroom we were expecting to use, so she opened up the option to use the wellness center bathtub for us which was amazing. When my car got stuck and we couldn't make it to Craftsbury Outdoor Center, she gave suggestions for snowshoeing locally. The bistro downstairs from the inn has a fantastic atmosphere, warm staff, and great food. I highly, highly recommend staying here!

    Jacqueline2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • We had another wonderful stay at your farmhouse. We I’ll be back for sure. The Bistro was very tasty.

    Lisa2020-01-18T00:00:00Z
  • Craftsbury was adorable and so was this inn! The farmhouse has it all! Great food and inventive cocktails at the blackbird bistro (lee is great ❤) right downstairs, massages (thanks jenna!) and other spa services one door over from your room and really sweet owners. We had the chance to meet Jesse and Lindsey and they made us feel so welcome. We stayed during a particularly cold week but our room was always toasty and we put the hot tub to good use. I can't recommend this place enough. We are already wanting to plan or next trip to Vermont so we can come back! Thanks for making our stay so special!

The apartment is a lovely space right above the Craftsbury General Store. It is quite large with a full living room, dining room, kitchen, deck, and two bedrooms. The building is from the 1850's so it has beautiful floors and high ceilings along with some funny little quirks that give it personality. The store is open below from 7am to 8pm and has just about anything you might have forgot or be craving!!! Make yourself at home here!!
  • Emily's place is very stylish and spacious. It features a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal, including spices. The place it put together very thoughtfully and includes everything you could wish for during your stay. The view of the mountains is wonderful and the porch let's you enjoy it during the warmer weather. The rooms are beautiful, bright, and cozy. The beds are large and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place. It feels like a home away from home. We hope to visit again in the future. Vera Huffman

  • Loved this place so much! It was super duper clean, very spacious (they pics don't do it justice) and the decor couldn't have been more perfect. Add being above the general store that had awesome food n drinks, and then ski trail across the street - it doesn't get better!

    Annalise2020-03-15T00:00:00Z
  • Probably the best combination of location and value for those looking to have a fun getaway near the outdoor center. Having the general store downstairs is a big convenience and hanging out and listening to the locals yak it up about rural Vermont livin' is a hoot. Any sociologists or anthropologists will especially dig this rental. My only complaint is that when I tried to text Tiffany about the incredible culinary aroma wafting from her side of the building I didn't get immediate response. We were all drooling outside her door for a minute before realizing that might be a weird encounter if are host happened to open her door at moment. If you want to cross country ski for a weekend in craftsbury you should stay at this Airbnb.

    Addison2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Tiffany’s place is bright, spacious and cozy! What a treat to stay above the general store too. So convenient. I recommend staying here:)

  • Super place to stay in the North east kingdom of Vermont. Loved having the "Genny" Store so close.

    Cheryl2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Great place with everything you need. Very comfortable and spacious.

    Deborah2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Our second stay, this time for a week. We love it there; comfortable, convenient, relaxing. Gorgeous antique house, nicely furnished and updated. Good and well-equipped kitchen; we enjoyed cooking all week. Comfortable beds, and plenty of heat. I had zero cell service, but the wifi was great. Having the general store downstairs is fantastic; lots of great local products. This corner of VT is a mecca for cheese and craft beer, and Emily stocks a very nice selection. It is an old building, and you get to hear what's going on downstairs, starting from when the kitchen crew gets in at 7am. But they're largely a happy bunch, with excellent taste in music :) - we found it fairly pleasant. And they are such excellent bakers! If they make cinnamon rolls, you absolutely need to snag one. Very convenient to Craftsbury Outdoor Center, about an 8-10 min drive. The Village Trail comes within a hundred yards of the store, so can also ski right from the store.

  • We loved our time in Craftsbury. It’s a great location and a very cozy Airbnb. Clean, comfortable, and had a great kitchen for cooking. Plus the general store is right downstairs if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again!

Sorry, Vermont is asking folks not to make non-essential trips to our State. Hotels and Airbnb are not allowed to book guests. Visit our State website for updatea Stay safe. We are a working diversified farm at the end of an 8 mile dirt road in Northern Vermont. We have beautiful gardens, lots of farm animals, 2 dogs ( 1 big, 1 small), a cat and a pet rooster. If you don't like animals, don't come here. The cottage is rustic, yet elegant and private. It’s very quite here.
Our cottage is private and quiet. We strive for cozy, rustic elegance with a comfy queen bed and top quality bed and bath linens. We also have a foldout cot available for an extra guest (Like an older child or non- coupled pair ) for an additional charge. We have stocked the kitchen with everything you might need to cook a fine meal. You'll find all the common condiments and necessities and some extras like honey and real maple syrup, quality teas, whole bean Vermont roasted coffee (and grinder), our milk, cream and eggs in the fridge. In season, there are veggies from our garden. You can add to the larder by purchasing pork, beef, chicken or duck raised here on the farm. Want to eat out? Stowe, with its many fine restaurants, is half an hour down the road. Also there are several good restaurants in Morrisville. And, of course, there are more craft breweries within the area than you can shake a stick at. You can definitely eat and imbibe well here. There are plenty of opportunities for recreation. Hiking (or just walking), paddling, swimming snowshoeing and Alpine/Cross Country sking are close by. Or, if you prefer, just sit on the back porch swing and watch the horses graze. Visit with the many farm animals including ducks, chickens, geese, alpacas, cattle, horses and pigs. At night, you can sit around the fire pit in front of the cottage. If the weather is dreary, there is Roku with all the major channels (including the premium channels) on the bedroom TV. There is also a small but interesting library. Be busy or do nothing. It's up to you. Either way, we welcome you to a quiet, relaxing visit at our farm where the world won't bother you for a while.
There is no neighborhood. Just us.
  • This is an amazing gem of a place to stay!! So quiet at night. We sat at on the porch on a swing with a glass of wine every night. I’m going to miss this porch! We didn’t get to see the alpacas but next time. We’ll be back!

    Michele2020-03-12T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Jane & George's. We felt very welcome and loved soaking up a few days of life on the farm, visiting the animals a couple of times and going for a nice snowy walk in the quiet area where they live. We especially liked the nice touches like fresh eggs and milk in the fridge - we cooked every day of our stay and the kitchen was stocked with any basics you could need (George even refilled the butter because we ate so much!). If you're looking to unplug and relax I'd highly recommend staying here (though they do have good wifi and TV/netflix if that's your thing). We'd like to come back in the summer.

    Stacey2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • We had a wonderful long holiday weekend at Gopher Broke Farm! Our hosts were responsive and attentive, it was very easy to get in touch with them leading up to and during our stay. Unique touches like a refrigerator stocked with farm eggs, milk, and butter added to our enjoyment, and we also were able to buy some poussin from the farm to cook—it was all delicious! The cabin is equipped with everything you need to cook—we cooked all our meals there during our stay. We were always warm and cozy, great heating control and hot water. An easy drive every morning to downhill skiing at Stowe, and our hosts had great suggestions for other activities. We ended up cross-country skiing at Craftsbury, and that was amazingly fun too. Highly recommend Gopher Broke Farm to any visitors to the area!

    Ali2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful countryside on the backroads of Vermont. the cabin is clean and has everything you could possibly need. Jane and George were the kindest hosts and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a weekend in the mountains.

    Danielle2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • This is a great space for couples. Jane and George are very responsive and helpful. The stocked kitchen (eggs, milk for tea, etc) was a bonus. I love the quiet location at the end of a dirt road, yet still being close to town and Craftsbury Outdoor Center.

    Chris2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • We were looking for a nice secluded spot to experience some winter weather and were very happy with our stay. Our prior experience with rural airbnb's is many lack certain modern comforts and get a bit cold and drafty in the winter, but Jane and George's place is very well-built and was very warm even in subzero temps. Although we were on a farm in the woods, they still had everything we needed.

    Thomas2020-01-19T00:00:00Z
  • Wow! Relaxing in Northern Vermont! I highly recommend Jane and George’s guest house. My wife and I found it to be a great place to relax and enjoy some winter weather. Neither of us are skiers, but there were still plenty of things for us to enjoy. Walking around the farm and watching the animals was very enjoyable. I am not certain how chickens lay rainbow colored eggs, but they do. We found the eggs provided to us by Jane and George to be some of the best we have eaten. The local town was fun to visit. Visits to Stowe, which is about a 20 minute drive from the farm, we’re fun. Ben and Jerry’s factory tour is a highlight. Yes, there was plenty to do and see. However, the quite serenity of the farm will always rate high on my list.

    Walt2020-01-14T00:00:00Z
  • Short and sweet stay at Gopher Broke Farm. We enjoyed having the company of Fergus, Maggie, and Junie. Super friendly and sweet pets. The cabin is cozy and perfect for a couple. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

A spacious light-filled log home in the heart of the Northeast Kingdom, with open kitchen, living room, sun room, wraparound deck, & basement ping-pong. Dazzling views of the Green Mountains and huge lawn for relaxation & play. Minutes from the 4-season Craftsbury Outdoor Center, Craftsbury General Store, Caspian Lake swimming, & the Hill Farmstead & Brewery. 50-minute drive to skiing & water park at Jay Peak, an hour to Stowe Mountain. Wood stove in the living room and free wifi.
An comfortable house, perfect for relaxing after a ski, swim, or hike in the area. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower. The main floor has two private bedrooms, one with queen and one with twin beds, with a shared full bath.
The house is not close to neighbors, so it is terrifically quiet and private. Close to summer swimming at Caspian Lake in Greensboro or Shadow Lake in Glover. Close to restaurants and shopping in Hardwick, Newport, and 30 minutes from the Quebec border town of Stanstead. Also close to the Bread and Puppet Museum & the Museum of Everyday Life in Glover, and the wonderful Parker Pie in West Glover, a local pub with a variety of craft beers, live music, and truly the best pizza in Vermont.
  • Fantastic experience! We came for a week and stayed for a month. The cabin is based in the middle of farmland with a private dirt road leading in. We could send our kids (7,8) outside to roam and play with no worries about traffic but at the same time no fences and a broad lawn. When it was still snowing we even managed some decent sledding. The cabin is fantastic, wood burning fire in the middle of the main living area, open plan kitchen, two bedrooms downstairs and a master bedroom upstairs. The sun room is ridiculously warm in the middle of winter and a great place to play "spot the turkeys". The portable barbeque does a job and we frequently sat out in front, watched the sun set over the hills, cracked a beer and grilled some steaks. The local town, Craftsbury, has a fine store within 5 minutes drive which also has a nice line in food, beverages and takeaway pizza and is a good way to support the area. Larger grocery shopping is about 40 minutes away. Worth noting - it isn't fancy. If you are looking for large tv's and super-modern bathrooms then this isn't it. If you are after beautiful surroundings with space, sunshine and serenity then you have found your destination! Mark is a superb host - responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

    Andrew2020-05-01T00:00:00Z
  • An amazing, large open space. We saw deer and turkeys and a spectacular view. The house has everything and more you could need to be comfortable. The fireplace is spectacular. It was the perfect retreat.

    Chloe2020-03-16T00:00:00Z
  • Mark’s home has absolutely amazing views and beautiful natural light. The house is the most comfortable one we have ever stayed in during the winter. The location is superb . . . with our morning coffee we could watch herds of deer leaping across the snow covered fields. Later in the day, flocks of wild turkeys and cedar waxwings would entertain us. We are x-country skiers and the location was fantastic for quickly accessing all the trails between the Outdoor Center and Greensboro. I don’t know how Mark did it but he made it snow everyday. A very joyful place.

    Gayle2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • Incredible view of the precious Northeast Kingdom; priceless actually. It is a very comfortable living space, with privacy, quiet and the night sky is amazing! The home has lots of room for our two teenage girls and us. The design is exactly what an active family of four needs!

    Kirsten2020-02-22T00:00:00Z
  • This is our second year staying here. This is such a great place to stay. From the upstairs bedroom you can lay in bed and see the beautiful night sky. You can go out and ski or snowshoe in the fields surrounding the house. The basement is great for changing out of wet gear. My granddaughter had fun sledding down the snow banks in front of the house. Couldn't ask for a better place.....it was cold this year...…-12 on Friday night and 5 during the day...but we bundled up and went out and lit the woodstove when we came back in.

  • Imagine a like new, spacious and sumptuous chalet set in a field with 270 degree views of absolute rural countryside beauty and distant mountains. And walking distance to 100 km of groomed cross country ski trials that are the best in the East! And gravel biking for miles on rural untraveled dirt roads. And being able to fix a meal of go dine gourmet at nearby Highland Lodge or Blackbird Bistro... couldn’t be better!

    Peter2020-01-26T00:00:00Z
  • We found everything very nice and cozy. The space was great and nice to have the wood stove to come home to after skiing.

    John2020-01-06T00:00:00Z
  • It was incredibly, very comfortable. Everything looks much better in real life than in the photo. Everything in the house is thought out! Everything you need, such as shampoo, soap, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices, oil and more. Very comfortable beds, especially in the master bedroom! Very nice view from the window. It is very comfortable and cozy to spend time by the fireplace looking at the beautiful snow-covered landscapes outside the window! My friends and I spent an unforgettable time. Thank you so much Mark!

  • Great stay!

  • Sweet space, tucked away, and amazingly close to ski trails and ponds. Very accommodating hosts. Rustic space, but everything that we needed was provided.

  • We really enjoy our stay in the middle of the winter in this cute cabin with beautiful wood fireplace. Cabin is on the lake on Cabin trail, very close to Craftsbury Outdoor Center ( 10-15 minutes on skis across lake). Cabin has excellent location for xc skiing. Clean and cozy cabin. Thank you Kathy for your hospitality!

    Olga2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying in this cabin. The hosts met us when we arrived and were very hospitable and kind. The cabin itself is decorated beautifully and very cozy. Our favorite feature was the wood stove, which we used as a fireplace and relaxed in front of every night. We stayed in early February and got 2 feet of snow during our stay so we were snowed in, but we planned for the weather and brought plenty of food to cook. It’s a great place to be snowed in. The cabin was warm with the central heat and even warmer with the addition of the stove. Totally comfortable, even when temps reached -12 degrees. The craftmanship of the cabin is incredible, and I enjoyed just observing all the details and hard work that went into building it. We drive a Prius and had no issues getting to the cabin. Exploring the trails and frozen pond was fun, and if you like skiing this is a perfect spot. Can’t wait to visit again in warmer months.

    Jake2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • What a pleasure it is to make it all the way up to Craftsbury and never to have to step in a car during the the whole visit. This place is right on a lake that is on the COC trail system. So, walk by the wood shed, pass a few pines, and you're on your skis. It's less than a kilometer of skiing to the center itself. The cabin might double as a movie set from 1978 ... it's authentic! Still, it's plenty cozy and just what you need for a nice supper, a chat by the wood stove, a board game, and a long winter's sleep.

    Tim2020-02-02T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy's cabin is a great find. It is cozy, quiet, and has a wood stove that kept the cabin warm. It is less than a mile to the Craftsbury Outdoors Center and convenient to the town of Craftsbury. Kathy is a great host, and I recommend this place with great enthusiasm.

    James2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • Kathy and Ted’s place is an excellent location and the perfect Vermont Cabin in the woods. It’s proximity to Craftsbury Outdoor Center was the initial appeal but there is so much more for the lakeside escape from my everyday reality

  • Awesome stay!! The location is beautiful, the schoolhouse is beautiful, and learning about the history was so cool. We had a really good long weekend playing in the snow and exploring Vermont. Would totally recommend!!

  • This is a magical, wonderfully cozy spot. Awesome if you are a history lover and want to immerse yourself in Vermont lore! I walked in and said “wow.” The setting was idyllic. Our host Mandy was gracious, helpful, and supremely flexible as we had to shift our trip around due to a huge, beautiful snow storm. We loved reading the school report someone wrote about the building’s past use, settling in for a home cooked meal, and thumbing through the stacks of local magazines, staring out into the hills. Highly recommend Craftsbury Outdoor Center for cross country skiing. Overall a weekend we will remember forever. Thank you so much!

Your double room has a private 1/2 bath attached to your room and a 3/4 bathroom with a shower down the hallway. Enjoy a 52" TV with Netflix in your bedroom.
Within walking distance (all under a 20 minute walk) are the town's two county stores, the public library, a school playground, and the cross-country trails of the Craftsbury Outdoor Center where many Olympic athletes train. Within a 5 to 20 minute drive there are multiple lakes to choose from that are glorious for swimming, kayaking, sculling, walking around and picnicking. In winter ice skating, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are fantastic. Our house is nestled in next to the incredible environmental stewardship school of Sterling College (Only 120 very quiet and awesome students!) Greensboro Vermont is a 15 minute drive from Craftsbury and is home to the world award winning brewery Hill Farmstead, world award winning Cellars at Jasper Hill (cheese) and a brilliant performing arts center.
Horses, sheep, or oxen often stroll, right outside your front door. (No kidding!) In the backyard of our home there are often gigantic draft horses, goats, oxen, sheep and a couple very friendly kitties. Although they are not our animals we enjoy having them as part or our view!
  • Great place to stay for skiing at the cross country area 6 mins up the road.

  • The WiFi is bad, 1Mb/s down and up but it’s usable for basic browsing. The kitchen and living room area were nice but be warned that there is no TV here! This does have the upside of making everyone staying help cook, clean, and truly enjoy each other’s company while being mostly unplugged. The value of this place is also fantastic. The downside is it’s far from many areas you may want to go in Vermont with the upside being it’s very quiet and scenic.

Birdhous in the heart of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. Right off of Route 16 and less than a mile from interstate 91 for easy access to area attractions or rest along your route. This season, we're offering our guests room by room rentals, hoping to connect more with our guests and to bring better energy into our hous than has been offered when renting the whole place as a private space.
This home functions as a residential agricultural incubator in the warm months and is available as a cozy nest for travelers during the cold ones. Our hous is a budget, no-frills, basic amenities kind of place, but we'll be happy to rise to the occasion if you let us know what you need! The toilet is separate from the bath to allow for long uninterrupted periods in the tub.
  • Budget-Friendly. As advertised. Easy access. Need-to-know communication. Water is extremely sulfur-laden. I hope you don't have a phobia of Chickens

  • We loved staying at this beautiful cabin. The interior is cozy downstairs and light and airy upstairs, and the deck, lawn, and pond were wonderful for enjoying the outdoors. The location right off a main road was very convenient, while still feeling secluded. We would love to stay here again!

  • A great little gem in the NEK. I rented the house for its proximity to Hill Farmstead and it’s secluded surroundings. The pond was great to swim in and the outside was nice and relaxing. Only thing i would suggest for anyone staying during the summer is to bring some bug spray if you sit outside in the evening. Will be back again

  • Little Patmos is a wonderful spot to spend time relaxing and enjoying time away from the rest of the world. There are enough beds to comfortably have a small group, and plenty of space on the lawn to play Frisbee. Keep in mind that you will likely have little or no access to the internet/phone service while staying here, so plan ahead, but also enjoy the break from connectivity. We enjoyed discovering all the little gems of the property as well, like the walking trails.

  • This is a wonderful place. Roomy but cozy and close to wonderful cross-country skiing in Craftsbury. Working fireplace was a huge plus and our group of 9 adults had a fabulous time. We hope to return next year. Highly recommend.

  • What a gem! From the experience with Manon to the house itself, it allowed for a wonderful getaway, of which we could truly get off the grid and relax. The house reflects a true Vermont experience, both by surrounding yourself within nature as well as the cozy (yet modern) house interior. Everything was as expected and the ease of which everything was set-up (from the rental process to the check-in to the check-out) allowed us to truly enjoy the experience from the moment we pulled into the driveway to the moment we left. We are certain that we will be revisiting this place again!

  • We housed our collegiate ski team at this house and it worked perfectly for our large group. Its a beautiful house with a lot of bedrooms and we had a great stay.

  • This lovely old country house is an ideal place for a group. The kitchen is very well-equipped and comfortable to cook in. We brought plenty of firewood so had the fireplace blazing most of the frigid weekend-- a lovely touch. Beds were comfortable, space was plenty. We xc skied out the doors, on local trails, and even went to a moving performance of story telling by Vermont immigrants and refuges at the nearby Highland Center for the Performing Arts.

  • You can't beat the location, price, and comfort. The house is beautiful, the beds are cozy, and the hosts are very nice. I definitely would recommend! Be sure to check out the nearby Blackbird Bistro and try one of their cocktails. Its a wonderful find in a quiet part of Vermont.

  • Quick response, sparkling clean bedroom and bathroom, a short drive to Stowe Mountain Resort and what a great price! Heather greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a last minute decision to stay over one more night and there was not a single room in Stowe on President’s Day weekend. Heather saved the day (or night) and we enjoyed another day of skiing, well rested.

  • This was the perfect place to stay to get away for a few nights! The house was just as charming as it is in the pictures and E.V. was such an accommodating host.

    Mia2020-03-19T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely cottage on a beautiful property - great for cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Very comfortable space and decorated with thought and care. Pictures depict the cottage and property accurately. EV and Travis and great hosts and easy to communicate with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

    Lois2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • E.V.'s home is the perfect Stowe escape. Close enough to town and the mountain, but away from the hustle and bustle. As a family with 3 boys we just loved our stay - there was everything we could have needed but the atmosphere, the stylish space and the outstanding hospitality of E.V made the stay truly a fantastic one. We will be back!

  • E.V. is AMAZING!!! Her place is a spotless cozy cottage that I fell in LOVE with when I stayed! This was my first experience with Airbnb and E.V. has set the bar VERY high. She left instructions that were simple and straight forward, she was ALWAYS reachable with any questions or concerns, and her cottage is so warm and welcoming that you feel right at home! She also provides a list of great places you can check out while in town. Don't hesitate on this booking - it is sooo worth it!

    Erin2020-02-03T00:00:00Z
  • We had a great stay at the cabin. Everything was in top shape. Lots of hot water for showers and very clean. The wood stove kept the whole cabin including the upstairs nice and warm considering the temp was -4F the first night there. Strongly recommended for cross country skiing enthusiasts or just getting away from it all.

Bright, airy, private one bedroom apartment in our 1840's farmhouse. Surrounded by craft breweries, farm to table food, cross country & downhill skiing, lakes & mountains, miles of dirt roads, beautiful views -- and only 5 minutes from I-91 and a 5 minute walk to Parker Pie.
Relax into the comfort and convenience of your own private apartment. You'll have a large, airy, light-filled great room with living, dining, and kitchen areas, a cozy bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a spacious bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (and a French press if you prefer to bring your own special grind), dishes, pots & pans, utensils, a microwave, and toaster. There is a small fridge and a 4-burner gas stove. We supply a selection of K-cups, cream and sugar, a few basic spices and other non-perishables. Please help yourself to anything you find in the cupboards. The lodge is spacious for a couple, and will comfortably accommodate four people. There are three queen-size sleeping options -- in addition to the bedroom, there is a pull out sofa in the great room and an air bed if needed, so up to six people is possible. Our house is a typical Vermont farm house (1840's) and has a stable attached to the house. We have 35 acres which includes horse pastures and lower woods and wetlands that are fun for aimless, meditative walks. We also have a dog and two cats. Although the opportunities to explore the rich cultural and recreational offerings of our area are almost endless, many of our guest seem to enjoy simply being in the lodge. It is a very pleasant space, no matter the season or weather, to escape, relax, and rejuvenate.
The Northeast Kingdom of Vermont has become a destination for people interested in world class craft beers, ciders, and spirits, artisan cheeses, and a vibrant local food scene. We are within half an hour of Hill Farmstead Brewery, Jasper Hill Cheese, Craftsbury Outdoor Center and numerous lakes and hiking and biking trails. Bread & Puppet is just down the road in Glover. Burke and Jay Peak ski areas are an easy 45 minute drive. From our house you can walk or bike to Parker Pie for great Pizza and beer. Lake Parker is a five minute drive and has a public boat access. Bring your bicycles, and you could spend a weekend exploring the miles of beautiful dirt roads that connect West Glover, Irasburg, Albany, Craftsbury, and Greensboro.
  • We did not meet the owners but we did not need it since the entry procedure is very easy. A lovely charming apartment in the mountains of Vermont!

    Mike2020-03-02T00:00:00Z
  • This was our 4th visit to The Lodge and it did not disappoint. Anne & Brian's space is well-appointed with all you need to be comfortable for a night or several. The space is spotless and full of sunlight, yet so quiet that you'll rest peacefully. You're a short walk away from Parker Pie—the best pizza in Vermont)—and there is snowshoeing available right outside the door. This is an excellent spot anytime of year. We're excited to come back.

    Leandre2020-03-01T00:00:00Z
  • Super clean and wonderful stay in West Glover. Amazing restaurant down the street!

    David2020-02-27T00:00:00Z
  • Anne & Brian’s place is always great to stay at. The space is large, clean and within walking distance to Parker Pie. I’d recommend their place to anyone looking to stay in Glover.

    Brian2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Anne and Brian's apartment was perfect for our short 2-night stay. Very spacious, surround sound tv, and an extremely comfortable bed. The best part though was it's right up the street from Parker Pie Co. Great food and beer! We will definitely be back next time we find ourselves visiting the area and Hill Farmstead Brewery.

    Shaun2020-02-22T00:00:00Z

You will feel the stresses of life wash away as you sway in the trees and listen to the sounds of the beautiful stream just feet from the treehouse deck. You'll never want to leave! Enjoy a bit of solitude or some special alone time with a loved one. It's hard to beat Stone City Treehouse to make your time away special!
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT: Dear Guest, currently all Vermont lodging operators including Stone City Treehouse are NOT ALLOWED TO ACCEPT NEW RESERVATIONS until June 15th, due to the Governor's Executive Order. These are exceptional times, and we wish you and your loved ones to make it through this COVID-19 pandemic unscathed. We are really looking forward to welcome guests back to Stone City Treehouse! Stay happy and healthy! All the best, Heather After your day of hiking, skiing, or touring local breweries and distilleries, come home to this beautiful, private tiny house in the trees! Or, just spend the day lazily relaxing by the fire and reading, while the sound of the stream soothes you. Walk through the woods, up the stairs, and enter into another dimension - one that you won't want to leave! Much thought was put into the design and local, natural, and recycled materials were a priority in its construction. Enjoy the curated interior design while you relax in the living room space and gaze out the large, recycled windows (from an old, local schoolhouse). Enjoy the deck that overlooks the year-round stream (that may be frozen over in the winter) and let the sound of the water wash through you. You may even see some critters if you're still enough! There is a sweet sitting area, hammock, and campfire space just below the treehouse right on the stream, with a dramatic view of the treehouse. You can cook simple meals on the propane campstove (with a griddle option) or use the small charcoal grill in the space under the treehouse. There is a mini-fridge with a separate freezer to keep your fresh produce from the farmers' market and your yummy local beer nice and cool. There's a very primitive (and limited) water system you can use for washing dishes. There is a basic composting toilet in the treehouse for your convenience, but you also have access to a full, modern bathroom at the house, with a brand new, beautiful shower. When it's time for bed, climb up the loft ladder to "the nest" and sink into the brand new, comfy bed. Open up the windows to hear the nighttime sounds of the forest. We prioritize our earth and take environmental considerations into every decision: we have solar; we compost and recycle; we use environmentally friendly cleaning products; we avoid disposable items as much as possible; and we used much local and recycled materials in the construction of the treehouse. The interior structure is 10'x16' with a loft and the deck is 16'x4'.
Hardwick village is three miles away, and it's a lovely, small village with everything you'd need. The treehouse is located in the woods, by a year-round stream. It is three miles from Hardwick Village, located on 20 acres of woods, primarily maple trees and has a lovely year-round stream that flows by the house. Nearby there is plenty to do! Restaurants include: - Village Restaurant - great food, lots of local stuff, try the Jasper Hill Cheese Eggs Benedict! - Positive Pie - great pizza and beer selection. My kids love the garlic knots! Say hi to Butch, the bartender - he's an old friend! - Buffalo Mountain Co-op Cafe - lots of great options for breakfast and lunch! Focusing on local foods, and the store downstairs has everything you need. Lots of great people to meet here, too :) - The Scale House - an amazing new restaurant in town, focusing on fresh seafood from Mass, but also lots of local goodness! - House of Pizza - great pizza at a great price! This is where I always get my takeout pizza, but they do have more than just pizza. - A great new coffee shop called Front Seat Coffee! There's also the local Chinese restaurant, Yummy Wok, and Connie's Kitchen, a local bakery. Other food and beverage- related options abound in the area! - Caledonia Spirits / Barr Hill - I'm a bit bias toward this crew - I've worked for them part-time for years. But, hands-down, the best gin in the world! They had been based in Hardwick but now have a new, amazing distillery in Montpelier. If you like gin, or if you don't like gin, check it out! There's also a lovely vodka made from honey, and a unique barrel-aged gin, called Tom Cat. They've also been working hard on a whiskey that I know will be a big hit! - Hill Farmstead Brewery - voted the best beer in the world for multiple years, this is a Mecca for beer-lovers! Only 20 minutes away, it is definitely worth the trip! - Pete's Greens Farmstand - open seasonally, this is the site of the farm of one of, if not the, biggest vegetable farm in Vermont! Found in Craftsbury, also worth the 20 or so minute drive. - Hardwick Farmers' Market - also a seasonal gem, it's located at Atkins Field at 100 Granite St. in Hardwick lots of great local goodies, from veggies and cheese to plants and crafts, and everything in between! Runs Fridays from 3-6pm, June through September. - Jasper Hill Cheese - they don't have a visitors area and you can't visit the site, but you drive by them on your way to Hill Farmstead and can see the beautiful, painted barn. Amazing, internationally acclaimed cheeses - you can find at Willey's Store in Greensboro or the Buffalo Mountain Co-op in Hardwick. - Willey's Store - Located in Greensboro, you will find literally anything you need here! They have local food and beverages, regular groceries, hardware, housewares, clothing and shoes. This is a sight in itself! - Maple Syrup - Cabot Cheese - Vermont Food Venture Center Outdoor Activities (See Guidebook for more) - Local hiking - Nichols Ledge, Barr Hill, Hardwick Trails... - Local swimming - Nichols Pond, Caspian Lake - Canoeing and Kayaking - Nichols Pond, Caspian Lake, Hardwick Lake - Downhill Skiing - Stowe, Smuggler's Notch, Jay Peak, Burke Mountain are the closest, all about an hour away. - Cross Country Skiing - Highland Lodge, Craftsbury Outdoor Center - Mountain Biking - Kingdom Trails in Burke are world-renowned. You can also rent bikes, including fat tire bikes for snow, at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Entertainment - Highland Center for the Arts - Bread and Puppet - Vermont Vaudeville - Craftsbury Chamber Players - Museum of Everyday Life

  • This little treehouse is so charming and cozy. It’s so nice and warm, and everything you could need is right in the treehouse. Also the porch and lights add such a nice touch. It was so very clean and no bugs even though it’s in the woods. The little creek is also so nice to hear when you wake up in the morning

    Kylie2020-03-06T00:00:00Z
  • Heather was a great host! Her communication was perfect! All her instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. The tree house is such a cool space! She had the lights on and fireplace going when we arrived so it was cozy and warm when we arrived. We didn’t get to enjoy the porch too Much as it was rainy but we could hear the brook flowing from inside. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and everything is green! We had an awesome little getaway.

Our farmhouse has been in the family for 4 generations and we're happy to share this experience. This is our primary residence for all but a few months in the winter when our campground business is closed. We're located right on Lake Eden and only a ~30 minute drive from Stowe, Smugglers Notch, or Jay Peak; 1 hour from Burlington, 2 hours from Montreal, and 10 minutes from the nearest Long Trail access point. Our property contains access to the lake, walking trails, and small hills for sledding.
We do have two neighbors close by but the property itself has a lot of privacy.
  • The house was great! Deb was very easy to communicate with!

    Michael2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • This was a great place! We appreciated the large kitchen, excellent heating, and homey decor. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. Additionally, we had an easy drive to Jay Peak where we were skiing. Overall, would recommend!

    Anya2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • Such a cozy home, perfect distance from Jay Peak and Smuggs. Deb's place was complete with a nice bathroom provided with conditioner, shampoo, body wash, and lotion - she had a whole cupboard full of other bathroom needs in case you forget something. She also provided coffee and other snacks! Bonus was the old record player, and DVDs (Harry Potter is a big favorite). Definitely will book again.

    Becca2020-01-05T00:00:00Z

    Nick2019-03-03T00:00:00Z
  • An old school but very clean house and convenient location. Only 30 minutes to Jay Peak/Stowe along with nearby food/drink makes this a sweet spot for a ski trip! Big thank you to Deb for the fresh bacon, eggs, milk and OJ in the fridge when we arrived. Would definitely stay again

    Noah2019-02-24T00:00:00Z
  • A true treasure trove of fun, this place is the yeast for a great boys trip. If you love books this is a great spot to gobble up endless knowledge. "The Stuga" a quaint cottage with expansive views of Vermont's mountains and fields. A ten minute walk to Caspian Lake and the famous Willey's General Store. Enjoy hiking the Nature Conservancy's Barr Hill Preserve across the street and visiting Hill Farmstead's Award winning Brewery around the corner. Cross country ski both Highland Lodge and Craftsbury Outdoor Center. Other local destinations include Sterling College, Highland Center for the Arts, Circus Smirkus and Greensboro Country Club.
Enjoy the claw foot tub, queen bed, sofa bed, Smart TV, free wifi, books, games and a well equipped kitchen with dining area.
The Stuga is located in the Greensboro Village District in close proximity to Caspian Lake Beach, Willey's General Store, the Greensboro Free Library and the Nature Conservancy's Barr Hill preserve.
  • This was our 5th time staying at the Stuga and it’s become like a second home. The coziness of the property, the gorgeous views of the Northern Kingdom, and the comfort and tranquility of Greensboro keep us coming back. Nancy and Bob are the ideal hosts and we look forward to getting back to The Stuga this summer (and again this fall).

    Jayson2020-03-18T00:00:00Z
  • The Stuga was just what we needed for a cozy winter weekend getaway! We loved having a space that felt peaceful and immersed in nature, while still being only a very short drive from restraunts and activities. The views were as wonderful as all of the reviews say and we really enjoyed watching the birds and wild turkeys right from the kitchen table! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

    Mary2020-03-08T00:00:00Z
  • Perfect location for winter activities - 20 minutes from Craftsbury Outdoor Center, and just minutes from the Highland Lodge trails. The view from the house is fantastic and it will likely be the most quiet and calm you've experienced in such a long while that you'll feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. That said, you're so close to a lot things: Greensboro, Highland Lodge, Hardwick, Craftsbury, Hill Farmstead Brewery, just to name a few. The Stuga also has lots of entertainment: a smart TV, loads of games and books, and in the mornings a rafter of turkeys (we had to look that up) somewhere just outside - usually in the sunshine. The kitchen is well equipped and some great places to grab grocery items are Willey's in Greensboro, Buffalo Mountain Co-op in Hardwick, and the Craftsbury General Store. The latter two also have prepared food as well. Nancy and Bob have a handy binder of menus and other things to get you going. I'm not sure what else to add except that we really enjoyed our time here and are looking forward to next year.

    Jeremy2020-02-23T00:00:00Z
  • Beautiful locale, so quiet and serene. The hosts were attentive and checkin/checkout couldn’t be easier. Very clean and cozy!

    Micheale2020-02-17T00:00:00Z
  • We went there on a snow storm. Nancy and Bob, were very responsive and even recommended to reschedule our stay. They plowed the driveway promptly upon our arrival. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Nancy and Bob’s. They are wonderful host.

    Sumanth2020-02-09T00:00:00Z
  • We loved our winter stay at the Stuga, a toasty cabin with a beautiful view of meadows and mountains and wildlife. The hosts responded very quickly and helpfully to questions and had anticipated all of our needs in this well-appointed space. Wifi if you need it, comfy bed, well stocked kitchen for cooking. Close to Craftsbury (20 mins) where we enjoyed two wonderful days of skiing, but could have connected on the Greensboro trails that began right down the road. A quick drive to World's Best Brewery: Hill Farmstead. Don't be afraid to show up 15 mins before closing like we did. Crowds are low and the taps still flowing. Willey's down the street has a great selection of food, wine, beer and anything else you need. We are looking forward to another visit, maybe in summer. Many thanks!

    Bonnie2020-01-20T00:00:00Z
  • The Stuga is a little piece of heaven. Perfect for a couple’s getaway with fresh air, sweeping views, and incredible beer at Hillstead just down the road. The cottage has all of the quaintness you’d hope for with any basic modern amenity you could need (including streaming services and great wifi). Nancy and Bob were great hosts- very responsive and friendly. There was a fantastic binder left for us with everything we could need to know about the area. Heads up- no taxis, ubers, or lyfts nearby so plan accordingly. It was a wonderful cozy retreat!

    Megan2020-01-02T00:00:00Z
  • The Stuga is the perfect retreat! Close to everything that makes Greensboro special, but isolated enough to feel as if you're the only people on Earth. Nancy and Bob are fabulous hosts who created an environment where you want for nothing. I can't recommend a better place for a sweet (small) family gathering, a few friends getaway, or a single traveler experience.

Come escape from the daily grind at our idyllic lakeside glamping cabin. A charming oasis in the heart of the Green Mountains, this cabin offers comfort and convenience in an off-the-grid setting. Perfect for a quiet weekend getaway, writer's retreat, meditation escape, or just a chance to unwind , take a swim or go for a paddle.
Our comfortable cabin sits on a terraced hillside overlooking beautiful Greenwood Lake and the Woodbury Mountains. It has a ceiling fan and heater to keep you comfy along with a microwave, toaster, coffeemaker. However, there is no WiFi and cell service is sketchy which makes it a great spot for digital detox. We can provide you with a TV with DVD player if you wish. The spotless outhouse sports a state of the art incinerating toilet, a heater, a wash up sink with a drain, and a reading light. On the manicured grounds you'll find the upper patio with treetop views and a firepit. Next to the cabin is a picnic patio area with tables, chairs, and a park grill. Walk down the shaded path to our dock and kayak launch to take a swim or just relax, enjoy the view and look for loons. Bring your own paddle craft or rent a kayak for a small fee. Sorry, no motor craft permitted. While it does have many comforts and conveniences, be aware that this is still a glamping venue and there is no running water. We do supply water for drinking, washing, and even provide a solar shower.
In addition to enjoying peaceful Greenwood Lake, you are just a short drive from local attractions, such as Highland Center for The Arts, Jasper Hill Cheese Cellars, the charming capital city of Montpelier, Ben & Jerry's, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, Stowe, Jay Peak, and Craftsbury Outdoor Center and local rail trails to name a few. The town of Hardwick, 4 miles away, boasts popular restaurants featuring locally grown fare.
  • Love the cabin! Great spot right above the lake. Nice to have a fire and enjoy the serene setting. Thanks Gary

    Arthur2019-10-20T00:00:00Z
  • Space is pretty small great for a couple or two friends to stay the lake is a two second walk down the hill which is amazing and the fire pit is up a couple stairs. The charcoal grill and patio table is perfect for relaxing, cracking some brews, and just taking in the amazing scenery.

  • Very tidy and lovely little house equipped with everything you need. A good bed and nice toilet located outside. It is an incinerating toilet and it works great. No running water but lots of jugs of water to drink, make dishes etc. Lucinda and Gary are great hosts, very nice and want to share about the area. The cabin is located by a wonderful lake. We had a great stay!

  • Very cozy cabin on a pretty little lake in the NEK. Great local spots a short away!

    Talinn2019-10-27T00:00:00Z
  • Very cute, cozy cabin by the lake. We didn't get the most out of the location because of bad weather but would recommend it.

    Paul2019-10-18T00:00:00Z
  • The pictures DEFINITELY don’t do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning and the perfect time of year to see Shadow Lake. The fall-color reflection on the water was a beauty to behold. I stayed in the loft and my aunt downstairs. I stayed up a bit later to take some long-exposure pictures of the lake at night, which was a lot of fun. The next morning, we went to breakfast at the Busy Bee, which was a perfect start to our day in Vermont. I’d stay here again :)

    Kyle2019-10-08T00:00:00Z
  • Stayed for a night in early October; it was a perfect spot for an evening in the NEK. We took a nap the moment we arrived, then drove up to Parker Pie for an amazing dinner. Then back to the cabin with a couple cans of beer, put Safe House into the DVD player, and cozied up on the couch. In the morning we made coffee and walked along the shore of the lake. We’ll be back for sure!!

    Jedediah2019-10-03T00:00:00Z
  • Lovely and quaint little spot with water views and small private beach. Great option of kayaking which we would have utilized had the weather been warmer. Everything we needed for a lovely evening and morning. A true NEK gem :) great that it was dog friendly as well!

Relax in the beautiful surroundings of the Vermont countryside on the property of Stonybrook Farm. This tiny home is newly built and has everything you'll need for a perfect getaway. We even have wifi if you have to work while you're here. Lay in bed and listen to the brook bubbling past or look thru the telescope and check out the deer and fox that wander by. A true country setting and only 3 miles from town.
If you ever wondered what it would be like living in a tiny house here's your chance to try it . Everything you need in a small space along with all the fun of being on the farm without doing the work although we've always had lots of helpers, big and little that wanted to collect eggs , pet the goats and feed the horses treats. Come and enjoy the country.
We have a great neighborhood. There are farms on both sides of us and 2 dairy farms at the end of our road. All well kept and great neighbors . We also have single family homes mixed in.
  • What can I say?! Carole and Tom were amazing hosts. They were both so nice and welcoming. The bunkhouse was super clean, cute, and a perfect little space. The scenery was gorgeous and the animals just topped it off. The nighttime sky #mindblown. Close to so much but felt like the middle of nowhere.

    Nicholas2019-10-21T00:00:00Z
  • Came in in the dark. Awoke to horses and goats frolicking on the field outside. It was gorgeous. Even though it was a pull-out sofa bed, it was by far the best night of sleep I've gotten in weeks. *Note, make sure you put in the address with Hyde Park. We ended up on a different Brook St. Luckily, it was only 16 miles away.

  • Carole’s Tiny House is a welcomed getaway from the everyday. Cozy and quiet with an amazing view of the surrounding hillsides and mountains. The house is clean and well-equipped for its size and Carole and Tom are so very kind! Would love to come back in the future!

  • Sweet little house! Tom and Carole are welcoming, communicative and super nice :) The house is neat and clean, there’s a sink, microwave, and coffee maker, some dishes and silverware. Animal pen is right next door so you can have some really cute friends when youre chilling out front. Gorgeous gorgeous view of the countryside from the front door and from the kitchen table. I loved this place and if I’m ever in the area, I’ll be back!!
