Faultless stay. Beautiful setting in the heart of the Cotswolds. Within 20 minutes of all the typical tourist attractions. The grounds themselves are beautifully done with great dedicated areas for dogs to roam in an enclosed field as well as smaller gardens attached to each cottage for them. The Padel courts were brilliant quality and the tennis courts were great also. Friendly staff on site and we hope to come back with a bigger group of friends in the future!

Spacious home, ideal for both holidays and remote work. The kitchen is fully equipped and perfect for cooking. Excellent location — just a short walk from restaurants, metro stations, and shops. The neighborhood is very safe and pleasant to explore. Highly recommended!

A beautiful cosy place! My dad and wife spend few lovely days here. The locations is perfect to wake up and go for a walk in Bexley Woods and after that a 5 min walk to the station and train to London. Perfect. Thank you so much.

What a wonderful weekend! The place is absolutely lovely and surrounded by beautiful nature. We loved walking through the fields and exploring the local pubs—it was such a memorable experience. Juliet and her husband were fantastic hosts, giving us all the information we needed and making us feel very welcome. The house and garden are just as stunning as in the photos—truly charming and peaceful. Everything was comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to enjoy. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast enough for work and streaming, which was a nice bonus. We’re already looking forward to coming back—hopefully for a longer stay next time!

Laura’s place is a fantastic, peaceful getaway. So many options for food, visits, activities near by. Provided with takeaway options, taxi services - as we were not from the area and were unsure of what was available. The place was SPOTLESS. Easy to get to, felt like a home. Provided with all the essentials. An information book with all you need for WiFi, emergency contact and of course tea / coffee! We are thirsty buggers from the south, and loved the Yorkshire tea 👀 Our host Laura is friendly and responsive. We were offered a round of golf but skipped it this time to save embarrassment- but maybe next time! Beautiful surroundings and no disturbances. A 100% recommendation for pricing and an amazing stay. We had an amazing stay here for a girls weekend away, only downside was that we didn't book for longer! The common area was absolutely perfect for a bigger group with some beautiful views as well, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were great and very spacious too. We made use of the spa, gym and tennis courts (free) but didn't have enough time to enjoy any of the water activities around. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essentials. The space was warm and comfortable, making it easy to relax from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was excellent—frequent updates and super clear instructions made everything seamless. Both kids and parents left happy and recharged. We would absolutely recommend this cabin and the host to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed getaway.

We have stayed at Gail’s Annex a number of times and it’s always been just what we’ve needed, like a home from home. We had a wonderful long stay while searching for and buying our next home. Gail is a super host and we are so grateful she could help us smooth the path ahead. It’s cosy while spacious, it’s clean, it’s comfortable and with everything you need and with parking. The village is lovely and we enjoyed watching the cricket and exploring the wonderful walks nearby. Everybody is very friendly too. There are not enough stars on here to rate - it’s a 10! from us both. And the dogs are gorgeous too. We really loved our stay. Thank you!

Had a lovely two month stay at this great little apartment, perfectly located for city for work and locally for the array of bars/restaurants and right on the common for walks and greenery … great combo of city life without feeling it! Massimo was amazingly responsive and helpful before and during. Highly recommend

We were seeking a restful break in a natural setting, in comfortable accommodation and our holiday at Suzie's residence fitted with our desires perfectly. 21 The Brambles is in a good position, based on the Sandyballs site, with easy access to all amenities yet never noisy. The other residents nearby all seemed to respect the environment and were universally friendly. The residence itself is light, airy, very well equipped for all modern family needs (cooking, washing, TVs in every room, good internet/wifi access) and with a lot of attention to detail. Suzie herself was an excellent host, giving plenty of advice up front and addressing any of our questions. Can thoroughly recommend, thanks Suzie!

I've just returned from a weekend away with my family of 11 to celebrate my brothers 40th, Kate place is fantastic from start to finish. Kate was great with any questions I had, the location was beautiful, highly recommend. Thank you for such a lovely weekend , great memories were made.

I spent a week at the Coach House on two separate occasions in April, while visiting family in the area. I had a wonderful stay on both occasions. The place is extremely comfortable and well appointed, with high-quality amenities. Nicki was great to deal with, providing thoughtful touches and a welcome pack of bread, milk, muesli and other goodies. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I'm very much looking forward to the next time I come to Odiham, so I can stay here again.

We had a lovely visit in Hurst Green. Coral was very friendly and responded to messages quickly. The flat itself was great, the key box made arriving and leaving very easy, it was very clean and the perfect size for two people. We appreciated that she had left some milk for us in the fridge and that there were teabags and coffee available.

The loft is the most amazing, tranquil and relaxing space. The surroundings are to die for and Dany was an amazing host with great help and support from Amal too. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and I will definitely stay here again. I just wish it was mine!

The place was so homely - I instantly felt relaxed there and the garden area was lovely. It was the perfect location as a temporary home, very close to both the underground and overground stations. Ghanim was also very responsive when I thought I had an issue with the lock and came right over to fix it. I would recommend to anyone.

We absolutely loved the located. The place is full or nature and greenery! sorry peaceful and private. It was such a bonus to have a washer and a dryer during 18 days of travel. The host was great and very responsive. No complaints here!!

We stayed for four days recently and absolutely loved it and would really recommend it to others thinking of going! It was perfect for the dogs, really safe and with lots of lovely walks around. It felt really peaceful and private. The amenities were brilliant, we had everything we needed! Local pubs were lovely and we had a BBQ one day which was great. Becky was an amazing host, really responsive and accommodating with check in to help us surprise my sister who we had booked it for. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again, we had such a lovely time here and couldn’t fault it! Thank you so much
