Halcyon, beautiful two bed apartment.

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The flat is very comfortable, well equipped, nicely decorated, clean and spacious. When we were there the weather was good and it was nice to open the french windows and sit on the patio. Leafy upmarket street, very easy to get a bus into Brighton, these are frequent and take 15 mins. On street parking available with daily parking tokens. The photos do not do the place justice. Exceeded expectations. Hope to visit again.

Daisy Lodge in Shakespeare's Stratford upon Avon

DebbieRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Pam was an exceptional host. Quick , responsive communication. The accommodation was perfect. Beautifully presented and decorated for Christmas. Comfortable sofas and beds. Well equipped with all the cooking utensils you will need. Towels, extra bedding, hand wash, hand cream and shower gel were all provided. There is ample parking for 2 cars directly outside the lodge. Pam left us a beautiful Christmas welcome package that we all appreciated, a lovely thoughtful touch. The location of the lodge is perfect, fabulous views out onto the river. We took a walk into Stratford, it was an easy pavement walk and took us about 35mins. We had 3 dogs with us and Pam had left a box with dog towels, water bowl and feeding mat. There is a large grass area outside the lodge, perfect for the dogs to do their business and there are even poo bins with poo bags dotted around the park. We had such a lovely stay and would highly recommend to all.
A spacious living area is observed, featuring a comfortable gray sofa with yellow accents and a cozy rug. A wooden dining table with white chairs is set in the corner. A fireplace with decorative elements adds character, while various framed artworks adorn the walls.

Two bedrooms, two floors apt, with patio in zone 1!

AndreaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
My friend and I really enjoyed our time at this apartment. The location was great with many restaurants and fun shops to see. Self check in was easy and the instructions provided by the host were easy to follow. The actual apartment was cute and had everything we needed. There was a 24 hour bagel shop right next to the apartment which was great for breakfast, but it is loud pretty much all night on the weekends. It didn't really bother my friend and I but if you are sensitive to noise, thats one thing to keep in mind. I would stay here again if I am in London.
The interior space features a sloped wooden ceiling, enhancing a cozy ambiance. A modern galley kitchen is visible, accompanied by sleek cabinetry and a stove. Zebra-patterned rugs adorn the floor, and a small dining area is positioned beside a window, allowing natural light to fill the room.

This is a lovely location in the countryside. It's working estate, but usually quiet and peaceful. An adapted holiday home alongside a beautiful mansion. Juliet welcomed us personally and showed us round, and answered all our questions. It is very comfortable and spacious. Lots of walks from the front door and pubs and restaurants within a few minutes' drive. The log burning stove was very welcome on cold evenings. High quality all round.

Jubilee House

BélindaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Kate and Alex's house is just the perfect place to be if you want to visit Chichester and the area. We loved the house, its location could not have been better. Everything that you need for a comfortable stay is provided, it is very tidy and clean, and lots of attention is given in the details that make you feel so very welcome. The hosts have compiled a file with all the information you need regarding the house but also best places for a meal out, things to do, etc...extremely useful :) Also, we loved the bookshelves! The house has all you need for younger children as well. They literally thought of everything! We had a lovely stay, thank you 🌸

Own Island: Direct Lake Access, Activities, Spa

TeresaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a really lovely few days celebrating a 50th birthday at Lamplight Island. The house was perfect for the 12 of us (ranging in age from 5 to mid 70). The downstairs area was brilliant, lots of space and plenty of room for us all to eat and sit together - the decking was really lovely too, it was so relaxing sitting and watching the wildlife! The bedrooms worked really well for all of us - the master bedroom was amazing!! There was lots to do at Lower Mill Estate - a fabulous house in a great location! Kate was also a really great host - very friendly and helpful. On arrival there were 2 bottles of wine waiting at the house with happy birthday messages and dog treats for our furry guest too. a really lovely touch. Kate provided lots of useful information on places to eat & visit etc during our stay - as well as contact details for cake makers and ballon suppliers if we wanted to use them to help with the birthday celebrations. We would definitely recommend this lovely house!

Sea Garden Victorian Holiday Home St. Leonards

TobyRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a lovely stay at the flat. With a beautiful view into the garden this feels like a secluded oasis despite being a short walk from the shops, restaurants etc of St Leonards. This is very much an artist's flat with very particular details in the decoration. It also has all the mod cons and everything you need for a pleasurable stay (including a free standing copper bath). Highly recommended!

We had a lovely visit in Hurst Green. Coral was very friendly and responded to messages quickly. The flat itself was great, the key box made arriving and leaving very easy, it was very clean and the perfect size for two people. We appreciated that she had left some milk for us in the fridge and that there were teabags and coffee available.

Luxury large 3 bedroom lodge at Sandy Balls

KevinRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We were seeking a restful break in a natural setting, in comfortable accommodation and our holiday at Suzie's residence fitted with our desires perfectly. 21 The Brambles is in a good position, based on the Sandyballs site, with easy access to all amenities yet never noisy. The other residents nearby all seemed to respect the environment and were universally friendly. The residence itself is light, airy, very well equipped for all modern family needs (cooking, washing, TVs in every room, good internet/wifi access) and with a lot of attention to detail. Suzie herself was an excellent host, giving plenty of advice up front and addressing any of our questions. Can thoroughly recommend, thanks Suzie!

2-Bedroom Lodge in the heart of the New Forest

ChelseaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
The lodge and site were exactly as described and had everything we needed. Sam was amazing at answering questions I had before I booked and organising the site passes for us. The lodge was plenty big enough for the 4 of us and clean. On site we went swimming, to the arcades, to the kids entertainment, booked onto activity classes and ate in the restaurant. Nearby we visited a snow activity centre and there are lots of places close off site to eat. Really lovely few days, genuinely wish we could have stayed longer!

Modern Home with Parking. Business and Leisure

CatrionaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Lots of private space for everyone with big bedrooms. Perfect for our family get together and the cemetery nearby was in full spring bloom which made for lovely walks. There are lots of stairs which my nephew, having run the marathon, didn’t really appreciate after the second day! The living space is smaller and my teenage son was sleeping on the sofa bed so there wasn’t much space to sit and chat - only 7 chairs at the table (as shown in pictures) but there were 8 of us. Which meant a bit of shuffling round with stools/bench from outside etc when eating. As it was a sunny weekend and we were watching the marathon we were out most of the time so the dining situation didn’t matter much to us but might to others. Hosts were friendly and helpful when we raised a lack of forks! Lots of other cutlery and crockery etc for cooking/eating in as well as dishwasher and washing machine. All in all a great place to stay - would be perfect for watching the races as nearby.

Stunning Lakehouse in Lower Mill Estate, Cotswolds

KarinaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We had an amazing stay here for a girls weekend away, only downside was that we didn't book for longer! The common area was absolutely perfect for a bigger group with some beautiful views as well, and the bedrooms/bathrooms were great and very spacious too. We made use of the spa, gym and tennis courts (free) but didn't have enough time to enjoy any of the water activities around. Would highly recommend!

I stayed at Janice’s a couple of times as I was working in the local area. It was perfect and felt very homely thanks to the little touches she left (milk, snacks, cooking basics). She has provided all the basics to cook a meal. The place is very clean and peaceful. Location is good and there are nice walks nearby. Janice was very friendly and flexible when I needed to change the dates on some bookings. Would 100% recommend.

Holly Lodge and Little Orchard are incredible places to stay. After a very difficult year, time here has allowed us space to begin to heal in beautiful, peaceful, comfortable surroundings. The lodge's design is stunning and everything you could need is thought of and catered for. The property is so clean and beautifully maintained. Faye goes above and beyond to help you and is always quick to respond to any query, we can not thank her enough. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not regret it. What a fabulous Airbnb! Everything we needed, and easy reach of Hove station, and bus routes. The only potential issue for some guests might be the access up a spiral staircase. Not a problem for us though. We certainly hope it is available next time we return to the area.

Cosy flat in the heart of Lyndhurst

SammyRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had a very enjoyable stay in Lyndhurst with our 2 young children. Naomi was very friendly giving lots of information and local suggestions before our stay. The location was very central and easy to find, parking a little more scarce than we had expected but always managed to find a spot down the end of the road. The accommodation was airy, clean and quieter than you'd expect considering the bedrooms are up against the main high street. We had a buggy and a 2 and 5 yr old and managed however the apartment is a little tucked away and up some steel steps so not suitable for all especially large luggage or mobility issues. We mainly walked and hired bikes so getting around and finding things to do was not a problem but if you are planning on driving in and out of Lyndhurst regularly the roads were much busier than we expected. However lots of lovely shops, restaurants, kids play park, pubs and coffee shops nearby and other main hotshots a short drive away. Overall great place!!!
