Lots of free parking in the vicinity. Handy for a no frills stay.

17 Cheney way is very spacious modern Semi with 3 bedrooms, big lounge, dining room, kitchen snd family bath. There is a fully fenced and good sized garden with grass, patio and bedding for eating outside or for pets, off street parking and everything very clean and serviceable. It is just a short walk to the river Cam where Rowers and swans abound and nearby Tescos mini market, takeaways. The area is a bit mixed and traffic does back up along Water lane. That said, much of Cambridge is similar. The hosts were super responsive with detailed instructions and left hot drink fixings/biscuits. Lots of towels and loo roll. Wanted for nothing. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It had everything we needed, was very spacious, and in a perfect location. The beach is just a short walk away, and it's very easy to get into Brighton.

Absolutely lovely stay at this lovely property. Mark was always very quick to respond and very helpful. The house is feels homely so it’s easy to settle in quickly. Great location and lovely views. Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Karl's Bungalow. The house was clean. The beds and living area were comfortable. Great location - just 2 minutes walk to the beach! Lovely enclosed garden great for the dog. Would happily come and stay again.

We stayed for four nights with our two teenage city kids to give them a taste of countryside life!! They loved the spacious apartment, all of the nature, birds, badger, deer and of course the kites, the warm pool, and freedom to explore the extensive grounds! A fabulous Airbnb with very generous and kind hosts.

Fabulous week, swallows nest cottage was lovely and the swimming pool was great, we were the only ones in there each time. Chris even opened the pool early for us which was much appreciated. Used the steam room too and the fabulous hot tub - had fabulous walks with our two spaniels, along the coast to Firehills was our favourite. The Cove pub was amazing, very dog friendly, warm (log fire) and welcoming, food fantastic. All in all a really lovely week. Chris and Erik very ready to help but totally happy to leave you to enjoy their lovely gardens etc. We’ll be back! Thank you Chris and Erik

Fabulous home for family’s, especially great for younger children and babies. Couldn’t fault the home or garden, even the pool was warm enough for the kids.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay, we took day trips to Salisbury, Cheltenham and Bath. All were within easy reach. Such a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Homely & well-equipped. Note that to use the indoor pool you have to ring them or walk over at 10:30 in the morning to book a 1 hour slot for the next day. Would definitely recommend staying here. We are looking forward to coming back.

We had an amazing stay Such a beautiful property with everything you could ever need Anna was a fantastic host, had a lovely little chat with her when we arrived (and a little fuss of the wonderfully friendly Max) We couldn't have wished for a better stay Amazing swimming pool and hot tub and loved the BBQ area The property itself was spotlessly clean and smelt like everything was brand new My sister and family came over from London for a little swim in the pool. Caroline's cottage was so peaceful and beautiful, set in a gorgeous setting. Caroline provided groceries for a cooked breakfast as well as croissants, which was a great touch and saved us the issue of finding local shops etc. It was lovely waking up to bird song. We loved the way Caroline's ducks came to greet us as we set off each day. Thank you Caroline for responding to any enquiries so swiftly too. Your cottage was so cosy and comfortable.

Jason was the perfect host. Great communication and the house was just great with all the touches of making sure our stay was as perfect as possible. It’s such a great base for being able to enjoy the surroundings. Our kids had the best time being able to use the estates facilities all as part of our stay at the cottage. Would definitely recommend.

We came as a group of 4 and a dog. The house is beautiful and contains everything you need. The kitchen is great with all the items you need. The living/dinning room works very well and with the bifold doors just adds an extra touch during the summer time. The bedrooms are also great with very comfortable beds. The showers are good. The house was very clean without any problems to share. We would for sure book again if we decided to explore this part of the country. Thank you

It was our second stay here and certainly not our last. We were welcomed by Ami and loveable Jess, the dog. The cabin and gardens are beautiful. The bed is lovely and comfy and there is a wonderful, powerful shower! Pas was also extremely kind and washed the muck off of our car, after doing his own, after some very dusty rainfall, which was hugely appreciated. The cabin is wonderfully located for Goodwood and Denmans Gardens. We hope to see you again soon!

If you want a peaceful location that’s spotlessly clean then this is the place. Caroline was a fab host who was there if needed. Perfect location for both the Forest and the coast. We will definitely return.

Lovely chalet, lovely hosts! The place was very thoughtfully equipped, had everything we needed and more.

we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan and loved watching the view of the creek with the changing tide. Really lovely in the sun when tide was in. We were very lucky with the weather so only spent the evenings in the van but if we had been in more would have made use of the books,videos and games available. I have never seen so many varied books outside a library! The gas cooker was excellent and large fridge and freezer was useful. The welcome pack of biscuits and bread and eggs and butter milk and drinks in fridge was very nice. We felt very comfortable and the space in the bedroom was excellent with a comfy ( if a bit high for my short legs) bed. If we visit Hayling again we will hope its available. We eventually sussed the best way to get the car in and out the space when there was another large car parked so will know for next time.

Louise is a great, friendly, responsive host. Property is clean, lovely, and as described. Would recommend.

Thanks Sandy for allowing us to stay in your little house. Perfectly formed and had everything we needed for a couple of nights away. Very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. The kitchen is well equipped for everything you need. Thanks for the milk and biscuits, much appreciated. Easy to find down a small private road with parking right outside the house. A co-op and Sainsburys local within easy walking distance and 4 minute drive to Hayling Island beach.

The place is wonderful — peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed watching squirrels skipping around while we had our breakfasts. The hosts were amazing and hospitable. This was our best Airbnb experience so far.
