An open-plan converted period apartment set on the top two floors of a Georgian house, "Woodbridge House" dating back to the 1760s. With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. HOME HIGHLIGHTS • Open-plan living • Fantastic location • High-Spec amenities • Spacious and bright ROOMS A huge living room with Gas fireplace and 55 inch LED TV and kitchen greets you as you enter the flat. Nice outlook over some of the period buildings within this historic conservation area including the church clock tower. THE KITCHEN Designer kitchen with all integrated appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, under-bench microwave, cooker, hob, wine fridge (with complimentary bottle of red or white, let me know your preference), instant boiling water tap. LIVING / DINING AREA A bespoke, reclaimed dining table seats 6 people. THE MAIN BATHROOM A contemporary bathroom off the main space with a bath/shower, WC and basin. All Towels Provided. Complimentary Toiletries provided. MASTER BEDROOM Located on the top floor,Huge Master bedroom with a Super-King size bed, built in wardrobes with safe. All Hangers provided. ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM Open plan designer shower room on the top floor SECOND BEDROOM Smaller second bedroom with a double bed and a small chest of drawers. Get cozy, light a fire and settle into this beautifully rustic space. Experience the wonderful contrast between being in an alternative, nature-filled, unique environment. Whilst being in central London, surrounded by vibrant city life. Described as "A gorgeous, candlelit, fairy land sanctuary", there is nothing quite like it. Living on a boat is can be like camping. Fortunately, mine is equipped with a fire, central heating, gas boiler, oven, gas hobs, fridge, hot shower and 2 double beds!
