Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. A cosy place with 2 toilets. In pristine condition. While it may be a little away from the city centre, the assigned cark park mean you can rent a car and have the flexibility to do a lot more than just walking around the city conveniently. We enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay at Pablo’s place. Lots of space for the family to relax and recharge for sightseeing! Pablo was a fantastic host.

Andrew and Ane have been excellent hosts! The house was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and felt very homely. Andrew and Ane responded very quickly to any questions and were super helpful. We ordered an amazing Indian takeaway from the local restaurant which was exceptional value and tasted great and also visited the local pub ‘The Bird In The Hand’ which was very friendly and lively and within a couple of minutes walk from the house. Whilst there we visited Bicester Shopping Village, cycled on the Phoenix Trail to Thame as we were able to borrow Andrew and Ane’s bikes and also visited Handmade in Oxford at Waterperry Gardens where our son and his partner were having their first show. I would certainly recommend this to everyone! Great house and great hosts!! Thanks again!!

Perfect location for Reading town center but in a quite area away from the noise. Short walk to Reading station. Would wholly recommend and would stay there again. Only 3 of us stayed there but comfortably sleeps six

we had the most wonderful time staying at Sally's lovely home! we were at group of five ladies, all related on a girls trip! the house was spotless and the garden so peaceful and lovely. great location and just around the corner were lots of shops and restaurants! fairly easy to get to central London with the bus and tube, although we mostly ubered! Sally was always quick to answer any questions we had! i highly recommend her place!!

We had a fantastic stay at King-Fisher lodge. Melanie was a super friendly host who was quick to respond to any questions we asked. The lodge is located in an excellent location and was extremely well equipped for cooking etc. The standard of everything was excellent, very comfy, spotlessly clean and welcoming. We wouldn’t hesitate to book with Melanie again in the future!

Homely abode with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Cristiana was also very flexible with the checkout timing. Location was a little outside the main centre of London, but well served by transport options that most places of interest was about 30-40mins away. Walkable to Greenwich and there is a large Tesco's nearby.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing Airbnb home, and it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location was perfect—situated in friendly neighbourhood. The house itself was beautifully maintained, clean, and spacious. The décor was modern yet cozy, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. My husband and kids were absolutely thrilled with the space; there was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals, and the living areas were perfect for family movie nights. An excellent house just off Cheyne Walk in the heart of Chelsea. Rare to find somewhere right in the middle of the most popular locations in London yet totally silent at night. Special thanks to Al who helped me surprise my wife by decorating the house for a very special birthday- she and all of us were delighted. Highly recommended for something authentic and special in Chelsea.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The place was exceptionally clean, and it was clear that the hosts take great pride in maintaining their property. The location is fantastic—perfectly situated near wonderful restaurants, local shops, and attractions. I loved being able to explore the area easily and still have a cozy retreat to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. The interior of the home is warm and inviting, with lovely decor that made the space feel both stylish and comfortable. All the amenities I needed were available, making my stay even more enjoyable. Beautiful place to stay, lots of very thoughtful touches, loved the selection of books, art and lighting. Comfortable and stylish. Great neighbourhood just down the road from portobello road

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. Splendid house in excellent condition. The best we visited during our 10 day trip around the UK. Quiet neighbourhood, and only the faintest noise despite the short walk to the underground. Garden table and chairs a very welcome plus for a sunny outdoor breakfast. Will definitely try to stay here again if we return to London as a family.

A wonderful house set right in the centre of Woodstock. The property is presented to a high standard with all the little touches that you'd expect. It really is home from home. Laura was excellent at responding to any questions I had and made some great recommendations. Thank you for a fabulous few days!

Stunning home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enclosed back garden was perfect for young kids.

St Michael’s Hall was a characterful property beautifully presented. Scrupulously clean and tastefully furnished and equipped with all you could need. Sheila is a very responsive and thoughtful host. We wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful property.

We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent Rebecca’s place again in a heartbeat. It is a lovely little semidetached house in a great location, just at the end of the main pedestrian road that leads to the Castle. We had enough space for our family of 5 and our boys (ages 7-12) appreciated the board games and puzzles. The kitchen had everything we needed and was clean and without clutter. Rebecca was a great communicator, proactively asking us for parking needs, organizing the parking permit and quickly responding to messages. There’s no parking right in front of the house but we had no trouble finding plenty of available street parking right around the corner.

This is a very cute garden flat in an excellent location with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops very close by. There is also an Underground stop five minutes away. As shown in the photos, both the master bedroom and second bedroom face out onto a garden courtyard - the second bedroom has a bunkbed in it. There is a set of steps to go down to enter and leave the garden apartment. Guest should be aware that the tube (Underground) does travel under the flat, so one can hear and sometimes feel the subway movement. The Underground transportation does stop later at night, so it is not an issue for sleeping.

German was a great host. Very responsive. The house is lovely - well appointed and very comfortable. The small bathtub in the master was a sweet treat to soak in after many tiring days of travel on the first leg of our trip.   We had small issues with air con on first night - the heated floors were still on so radiant heat everywhere. Not normally an issue, but temps in 80s made for a hot first night. German was very helpful in resolving the issue and remaining nights were comfortable. The house is just so beautifully decorated and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again.  Great place for morning coffee & croissants: One block up. The Little Bread Peddler has changed names to Peko Peko Peddler, lovely.  We also enjoyed tapas at La Goya - we ate there twice. I would recommend making a reservation, but we walked up and did fine to get in. 

Great location. Good size property, nice to have small outside space too.
