Cabin vacation rentals in River Thames

Really lovely location. We were blessed with a heatwave so it was really nice to sit outside and enjoy the surroundings, and in the cooler air of evening the hot-tub was fantastic! The cabin is very thoughtfully done and our hosts really wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. They were really friendly and even came up with a birthday banner for my partner! Nice treats were there to welcome us too - Prosecco, chocolate and amazing homemade strawberry jam! We recommend! (The cabin, and the jam too!)

i Booked for a night away with my partner, was everything you could of imagined! The Hot tub was obviously the highlight of the night away with the colour changing lights and bluetooth speakers. Carly was a wonderful host, answered any questions i could of had ( i messaged and asked for more towels, which was kindly brought down to me) i couldn’t of asked for a more private, peaceful and uninterrupted night away! The bed was extremely comfortable! The garden was just so beautiful, I could very much tell it was a well taken care of space as soon as you entered. With greeting signs and instructions on how to work the blinds and AC, Netflix was provided also on the tv which was a huge plus for watching a film in the evening. Finding the house was also very easy if you obviously read the instructions Carly has provided you with when you book. Couldn’t wait to come back within 10 minutes of getting there and that thought still hasn’t changed! 100/10 experience!!

Just WoW! We were looking for something special, quiet, peaceful and a disconnect from the world for a long weekend, and this place was all of that and more! Stunning surroundings, we talked in the hot tub into the small hours, watching the bats feed and listening to the ducks and occasional owl. With a short walk to the local pub for local drinks and very nice food, and finishing the evening cooking on the BBQ. This place was everything we were looking for and so much more. Thank You Vicky for sharing your beautiful place with us for the weekend.

We had a lovely stay from the moment we arrived till the minute we reluctantly left. The family at the farm were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We loved seeing the animals and learning all about the farm. It’s very peaceful and set in a beautiful surrounding and the accomodation was great. Beds were comfortable, the shower was fab and the hot tub very nice for an early morning and evening dip! We will definitely return ….

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful lodge for a relaxing hen do weekend! 💕 The setting is peaceful and quiet, with lovely views over the golf club, perfect for enjoying the hot tub and soaking in the scenery. The lodge was spotless and really well kept, with plenty of towels and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living space was cosy, and we genuinely didn’t need to bring a thing. The gym, pool, and other facilities nearby were a real bonus, such a great touch for a bit of wellness and fun during the weekend. Karen was incredibly helpful with the arrangements and full of great information about the local area, which made planning our stay so much easier. The neighbours were absolutely lovely too, which added to the warm, welcoming atmosphere. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more. we’ll definitely be booking again!

A wonderful place to stay, just 15 mins from Peppa Pig World and why we chose this woodland retreat. A beautiful setting, views to the lake, great to have breakfast outside and watch the Wildlife, Heron, Moorhens, Swallows, Swifts, Deer, Squirrels etc. A real wooden lodge with all the comforts of home. Anna is a great host, always on hand with lots of local knowledge to share. The Harold Hillier gardens are fabulous, Beaulieu and Buckler’s Hard made for great days out, highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at The Old Stables. It was perfect for us and our dog with the fenced garden. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. There were clear and easy instructions to check in and out. Fay had left croissants and other bits for breakfast which were greatly received! Thank you very much!

We had such a lovely stay at The Drey! Anna and Phil (and their gorgeous dog Cooper) were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home from the start. They even left a lovely welcome pack with some food, milk, and drinks, which was such a thoughtful touch. We were in the area visiting family and the drey was perfect — cosy and in a great location, especially for our toddler who had lots of space to explore and play. Anna and Phil were super hospitable and friendly, and it really made a difference to our trip. We'd definitely stay again next time we're visiting family. Thanks again for everything!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough.....for the beautiful tranquil space and setting and for the super-kind and welcoming hosts. This is a little paradise that provides all the comforts of home and with some beautiful walks on the doorstep. Janie and Paul are incredibly hospitable and I cannot thank them enough for making my stay such a relaxed, comfortable and peaceful one as I was in transition during a house move.

Thanks for a lovely stay at the Salt Cabin. We were blessed with very warm weather and it could’ve made the cabin hot, but there was an a/c unit which had been left on so that it was nice and cool on arrival. The cabin was very clean and comfortable with a lovely view. We had a very peaceful break, and enjoyed pizza night and breakfast in the Salt Cafe, but it was also wonderful to sit on our own deck with fish and chips from the recommended takeaway the second night. The setting is private but not isolated and we were able to enjoy dog walks straight from the door. We’d definitely recommend a stay in the cabin.

We have had such a good experience staying here with our two dogs. Holly went above and beyond for us, taking on a last minute booking and letting us check in at Midnight also. The place was spotless, smelt lovely and was so homely. We loved the decor and our girls 🐾 loved the garden and the surrounding walks and the neighbours 🐄. Also holly checking in to make sure we’re all okay and settled in was lovely and can’t thank her enough for the best stay! Would definitely recommend⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful time at Liz's barn. The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. Liz had provided anything you might need and more (we loved the chocolates and the cookies!). A big bonus for us were the tennis court and the huge collection of toys, our 4 yo had a great time. The house is close to many castles, villages and the coast and we loved that we could just walk to the 'Crow & Gate'. In short, we had a great stay, many thanks Liz!

We absolutely loved our stay at Field End Barn - An amazing space in beautiful surroundings. Pam and John made us all feel very welcome (especially our 18 month old toddler) and were always on hand if we needed anything during our stay. I had three fabulous nights in this exceptional serene lodge while my home was in chaos with decoration going on. Everything in the Lodge is perfect. Fantastic location, fridge filled with fresh produce, comfy bed, immaculate furnishings and a super shower. I really didnt want to leave. I will be returning!

Very good stay at Amanda's place! The location was very good, walking distance to the city center took us about 10-15 minutes to walk. Amanda is a lovely host and I would definitely recommend going to stay at her cabin!🤎

Christine's place is our solid go to. What a retreat! Our daughter lives in the craziness of Los Angeles and always finds the peace and beauty of this hideaway so restorative. It is perfect. Thank you so much for making her feel so welcome everytime she comes.

Great spot for a short getaway, not far from London or Guildford, yet feels incredibly secluded and like you are far further afield than you are. The site was comfortable and the features like the sauna and outdoor were a real treat. Frank was always keen to help, assisting with our bags and catering for extra demands like a late check-out. Look forward to returning in the future.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Mirror Houses in Oxford. From the moment we arrived, everything felt peaceful, welcoming, and beautifully thought-out. The cabin itself is stunning — immaculately clean, stylish, and so cosy, with everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a real highlight, especially in the evenings when we could unwind and take in the surroundings. Lucy was an exceptional host — warm, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful throughout. Travelling with our 9-week-old baby, we were a little nervous, but Lucy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her kindness and attention to detail genuinely made our stay feel special and memorable. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already talking about when we might come back. A perfect little retreat — we couldn’t recommend it more

Alyson went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and is a really thoughtful host. Her animals are all very calm, and full of affection. The Den is a great place to relax after a day of exploring the local countryside.

Sam's cabin is a beautifully furnished, well equipped place with a little private outside seating area. Easy on street parking, excellent wifi, great shower & peaceful location. Highly recommended and look forward to staying again. Thank you Sam
