Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Riumar

It's been a very positive experience. We went for a soccer tournament, 11 adults stayed. Great rooms and spacious common areas. Everything was very clean and just as advertised. Worth repeating

A clear recommendation! The apartment is very clean and beautifully and modernly furnished. It has comfortable beds and offers everything you need. There's nothing lacking in amenities. Even toys for the children were available. In summer, the air conditioning in all rooms is certainly very valuable, for us it was pleasant at the beginning of April that there was underfloor heating. There is a secure parking space in the underground parking lot with a suitable height for our car, which has a roof box attached (2 meters high). The harbor is a few minutes walk away and you can also walk to the old town. Helena is very friendly and responded extremely quickly to requests. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation and would be happy to come back if we visit the area again.

Silvia's apartment was clean and tidy, we spent two days and we were very comfortable, it has everything, a quiet area, close to the beach, good for parking, above all Silvia's attention stood out, she immediately answers and was very kind for the thought she left us, water, coffee, oil, an excellent host, a 10, we will return!!!!!!

Our stay at the villa was amazing, we couldn’t find fault with anything. Suitable for all ages in are group from a baby right through to 60+ age group. We had a great stay at the villa with our family

Villa Rosa could not come more highly recommended. We stayed here for a week and almost instantly found peace. We worked for the week and had comfortable lodgings, peaceful surroundings, access to great ammenities and also - great internet. Tatiana was a pro host - we would gladly return

The apartment and location was just perfect. Beautiful long beach very close by with plenty of great restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is very modern and immaculate, it has everything that you could possibly need. There is a large roof terrace with sunbeds and a pagoda and even a roof shower. The balcony and terrace has lovely views of the area, with a partial sea view.

We had a wonderful stay at Raphael’s place in Peñíscola. The view is even better than shown in the photos. The apartment is very well furnished with comfortable seating both inside and on the patio. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. Bed was comfortable also. The building is relatively quiet. The hosts were very responsive as well. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great week. The apartment is very good, with everything you need to spend a few days on vacation, everything was clean and tidy. The views are spectacular, it was a luxury for us to see the sea from the terrace. Communication with Aurea was very good and we thank her for her flexibility both at check-in and check-out. A very quiet and beautiful area. With parking at the same door, very comfortable. I was with a dog and the residential area is perfect because it has a well-kept garden for walking and playing. The apartment was cozy and everything was very clean. We were surprised by the variety of utensils in the kitchen, well equipped. The only thing is that there were no napkins and water paper were short for the people and the days we were.

We stayed two nights in Roman's apartment with 3 boys ages 15, 13 and 10. While it was ok for two nights this apparent is more suited for a family of 4. Roman was very proactive providing a lot of information about the local area and always responded to questions in a timely manner. The apartment has everything you need for a enjoyable stay, the kitchen is well stocked and the kids loved the indoor pool. it was also very quiet so we all slept really well.

Good value. Violetta is responsive and flexible. A car is required for travel. Thanks for your attention.
