El apartamento ocupa la tercera planta de una típica casa mediterránea, (no ascensor), por lo que es ideal para gente activa. El pequeño apartamento, de 30 m2, con capacidad máxima para 2 huéspedes, cuenta con los siguientes espacios: - dormitorio con cama doble grande Queen (150 x 200), para garantizar un buen descanso, luces LED, con vistas al mar y salida a la terraza exterior. El espacio cuenta con 2 lámparas de lectura y armario con espejo. -La pequeña terraza exterior, de 5 m2, cuenta con vistas al mar, al puerto de pesca y al Parque Natural de la Serra d´Irta. Dispone de mesa y sillas para disfrutar de una copa de vino, un desayuno o comida al exterior, disfrutando del agradable atardecer sobre el Mediterráneo. - Cocina equipada (placa de inducción, microondas, cafetera, batidora, nevera, tostadora...) y sus utensilios de cocina. Dispone de los condimentos básicos para cocinar, así como té, mermeladas de cortesía e infusiones. También hay papel de cocina, bayeta, detergente y estropajo para lavar los platos, evitando así los inconvenientes y el costo de realizar esta compra básica. - Comedor con su mesa comedor, sillas cómodas, TV pantalla plana y salida al balcón exterior que da a la Calle Mayor, una zona muy pintoresca. - Cuarto de baño con plato de ducha y mampara. Se proporcionan artículos de tocador, como el gel de ducha, champú, acondicionador, jabón de manos y secador de cabello. Contamos con WiFi alta velocidad de fibra óptica (1000 Mbps), lo que permitirá permanecer conectado o trabajar de forma remota sin problemas. El apartamento dispone de un sistema de A/C de calidad por conductos (4000 frigorías) y calefacción, garantizando una excelente estancia tanto en invierno como en verano. Se comparte hasta con un máximo de 2 apartamentos. También hay plancha y tabla de planchar en el apartamento. El código de acceso para obtener las llaves (buzón de llaves en la puerta) se comunicará cuando el formulario de registro esté completado y el alojamiento esté ya en perfectas condiciones para la entrada de los nuevos huéspedes, es decir, siempre el mismo día de la llegada. "Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool.
