Vacation rentals with beach access in Riumar

A lovely apartment very close to beach and shops, apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Really liked the location.

Overall very happy with my stay. Cute little place I can easily recommend. I didn't stay in the apartment during the day, only slept there since I was following my sons football team during the days.

Apartamento muy bien situado. Los colchones y el sofá muy cómodos. En general todo el apartamento está muy bien. Ninguna pega.

Zona tranquila, cerca de la playa con camino reformado recientemente. Servicios básicos cerca del apartamento. Aparcamiento interior. Hemos estado muy cómodos.

Genial de principio a fin, como en casa. La descripción es exacta, las camas comodas y todo limpio y ordenado, un detalle las cápsulas de cafe para el primer dia. La comunicación fue eficaz y Elizaveta fue flexible con nosotros para la llegada y salida. Recomendable!

Es war rundum hervorragend! Wir waren zu zweit und hatten nach einer geeigneten Unterkunft zum Arbeiten und für einen schönen Ausgleich danach gesucht. Dafür war die Unterkunft perfekt - im März war in dem Gebäude noch wenig los, sodass man nur wenig von den Nachbarn mitbekommen hat. Das Internet war schnell und stabil. Die Wohnung war perfekt zum Arbeiten und zum Genießen des Feierabends. Ein Riesen-Plus war die Hängematte auf dem Balkon! Sie Küche ist top ausgestattet. Iñaki war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei jedem Anliegen freundlich geholfen. 5 Sterne!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Lage perfekt. Man geht ca. 40 Minuten in die Stadt. Supermärkte sind etwa 8min mit dem Auto entfernt. In 30 sekunden ist man am Strand. Maria war sehr zuvorkommend. Wir durften am ersten Tag sogar schon deutlich früher in der Wohnung. Danke - wir kommen wieder

La maison est magnifique et on s'y sent vraiment très bien. Elle est tout aussi pratique. La cuisine très fonctionnelle comme le reste. Un vrai petit coin de paradis. Elle nous a super bien accueillie et a été très gentille et on la remercie pour sa réactivité qui nous a solutionné. C'est rare que je retourne dans une maison ou que j'écrive un commentaire mais ce sera le cas pour celle ci de tout coeur.

Un super séjour dans un super logement! L'emplacement, au pied de la plage, est idéal et la terrasse super agréable! Conforme à la description, hôte très sympathique avec plein de bon conseil ! on recommande à 100%

Estuvimos en esta casa solo unos pocos días, pero fue nuestro lugar favorito de todo el recorrido por España. La casa está justo en la playa, y la playa estaba bastante tranquila durante el día. Es una zona muy tranquila, con fácil aparcamiento y buen acceso en coche o caminando al pueblo. La casa estaba limpia, luminosa, muy bien equipada y con unas vistas preciosas al mar (que se puede ver desde los dormitorios). Nuestra anfitriona, Emma, fue muy amable y servicial, y se comunicó claramente en todo momento (nos ofreció una salida más tarde) y respondió rápidamente a nuestras preguntas. Sin duda recomendaríamos este lugar y estaríamos encantados de volver a alojarnos aquí

Hem passat un cap de setmana genial. La Karina és molt atenta, amable i ràpida responent missatges. La casa és senzilla però té totes les coses bàsiques i és còmoda. La platja al costat és un 10 i la piscina un altre 10. Si li haig de treure alguna pega, és que no hi havia paella ni paeller per poder fer una paelleta a la brasa, però tot el demés ha estat perfecte. Hi tornarem de ben segur! Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans le logement de Juan. Il est situé à 2min à pied d'une petite plage familiale et autres criques accessibles à pied où nous avons pu nous adonner au snorkeling en famille. Nous avons également pu profité de l'agréable piscine de la maison entre deux baignades en mer. Calafat est une ville tranquille de la Costa Dorada essentiellement faite de maisons mais avec une petite épicerie et un restaurant tout de même, loin de l'agitation de la Costa Brava et ses grands immeubles, ce qui convenait totalement à ce que nous voulions. Nous avons tout de même passé une journée à visiter Barcelone (à 1h30) et bien sûr une journée à Port Aventura (30min). Les enfants étaient ravis. La maison a tout le confort nécessaire, y compris des ventilateurs dans les chambres au plafond, ce qui était bien appréciable la nuit.Juan était réactif et amical lors de nos communications et Ana, qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, très sympathique. Merci.

We had a lovely week. Lovely coves only 5 mins walk away and Miami Beach is only 15 mins away and has lots of restaurants and shade etc. The pool is enormous and there is a supermarket opposite the house so no need to use a car. The restaurant next door, Enriques was gorgeous and catered to gluten free, veggie and nut allergies! We loved the outdoor kitchen and did all of our cooking outside. The bedrooms are a bit hot in august, but there are fans and air con in two of the bedrooms. All in all a lovely stay.

5 minutes walking from the pebbles beach. 5-7 minutes driving from the sand beach and small centre. supermarket next door. very nice, but at 5am the truck comes every day. the house has everything you need as a family. one bedroom did not have an airconditioning. very helpful hosts

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt, alle Beteiligten waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Zu jeder Zeit wurde einem bei Problemen geholfen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Perfecto. Llevo años visitando el piso de Ramón, me gusta la tranquilidad del sitio, es limpio, las dos habitaciones tienen lo necesario, el sector donde está ubicada la vivienda, la amabilidad de Ramón como anfitrión, la cala que tiene cerca: solo bajando las escaleras, me siento como en casa y Salou me gusta en esta época del año; Súper Recomendado!

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft! Wie Raul schreibt auch eher minimalistisch eingerichtet, was ich aber zu schätzen weiß. Es war alles sehr sauber. Den Check In hat Raul selbst erledigt. Er ist ein sehr netter Kerl, war flexiblel bei der Check-In-Zeit am ersten Weihnachtstag und hat super Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Die Aussicht ist wirklich hervorragend. Ende Dezember / Anfang Januar kann man die Sonne herrlich über dem Meer aufgehen sehen. In der Küche war soweit alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Das Bett war bequem und die Decke zum Wärmen im Dezember auch ausreichend dick (habe ich schon anders erlebt). WLan war ausreichend schnell. Peníscola selbst hat eine schöne Altstadt mit sehenswertem Kastell. Ende Dezember war auch noch ein weihnachtlicher Mittelaltermarkt dort zu finden. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca 10 - 15 Minuten bis in die Altstadt. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, insbesondere zurück geht es steil bergauf. Der Naturpark Sierra d'Irta zum Wandern ist direkt nebenan. Top!

Liebe Aurora, wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bedanken, dass wir in Deiner wunderschönen Wohnung bleiben durften. Wir haben uns sofort so wohl und wie zu Hause gefühlt. Hier werden alle Wünsche erfüllt! Sehr gemütlich, am besten Platz in La Pineda, sehr sauber und modern, beste Bettwäsche, tolle Matratzen, eine Waschmaschine und ein besonderes schöner, großer Balkon mit traumhafter Meersicht…Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet, was das Leben braucht: Gewürze, Öl, Kaffee, Gebäck, Wasser, Waschmittel, WC Papier, Strandstühle, Kühltasche, Sonnenschirm…alles da 2 Minuten zum Strand und zur langen Promenade, Supermärkte und Tapas Bars in wenigen Fuß-Minuten zu erreichen und nachts mit dem Rauschen des Meeres geschlafen :) Wir kommen sicher wieder! Übrigens fährt der Bus Plana 100m entfernt, fast stündlich in einer Stunde zum Flughafen Barcelona…nur zu empfehlen

dit appartement ligt op een mooie locatie aan het strand overdekte privé parkeerplaats voor 2 auto,s het appartement is ruim met alle voorzieningen die je nodig hebt tijdens je vakantie. winkels en restaurants op loop afstand Peniscola is levendig met veel restaurants en veel leuke winkeltjes een bezoek aan het kasteel is zeker de moeite waard leuke plaatsen in de buurt zijn Benicarlo en Vinaros wij kunnen dit iedereen aan raden

Luis and his wife were very hospitable, kind people and nothing was too much trouble. The location is perfect for enjoying all the beaches, restaurants, shops etc of Salou and the bus to/ from Barcelona. The street itself is a pedestrian street so not too noisy, and the park opposite is perfect. We’d not hesitate to come back. Thanks Luis.

We stayed at Eva's place last week (easter 2025) and had a wonderful time. The place 100% matched the description and my family had a great time. Beautiful outdoor space (that we wished we utilised more!), lovely furnishings and a really warm, cosy feeling. It was really nice after a long day of playing at the beach or on the rides at Port Aventura, it was always nice to come back and relax at the apartment. With it being easter, the parking outside was busy but we always found a space. The beach is 2 mins walk away and the supermarket at the bottom of the street had all the things we needed - and we are 3 coeliacs out of 4 so not super straightforward! As for Eva, she was there to welcome us, frequently checked in to make sur we were ok and responded within mins to any messages from us - thank you for making our trip a wonderful memory!

¡Estancia perfecta! El apartamento de José María está muy bien ubicado, a pocos pasos de la playa y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unos días de relax. Muy limpio, cómodo y tal como aparece en las fotos. José María fue un anfitrión atento y amable en todo momento. ¡Volveríamos sin dudar! ☀️🏖️

Hemos disfrutado y descansado en el apartamento de Angel. La comunicación fue rápida ante las dudas que nos surgían. La zona es muy tranquila y el acceso a la playa una gozada!
