Monthly Rentals in Rio Rancho

We had an enjoyable stay here and were immediately comfortable. It was very clean and well kept. There is ease of access and the location feels very private. They had a lovely coffee bar and provided a variety of snacks and water. We would stay here again!

This place has 10s across the board for location, amenities, and responsiveness of the hosts. The space is not small but not huge either, purfect for one person or a couple. The kitchenette has very little counterspace so if you plan to try and cook extravagant meals this may not be the right space BUT if you have experience cooking on a dorm room desk or in hotels this space is plenty of room. The Airbnb has AC that works well but when it is cold outside it's cold in the Cassita, so definitely check the weather and pack accordingly. The bathroom is super cozy and is stocked with the essentials. If you forget something or run, they got you covered. The bed is comfortable with nice linens. The TV has a super cool swivel stand so you can use it while sitting at the dinner table or while laying in bed but I'm not sure you'll be using it too much because there is so much to do in the area. This Airbnb is located close to many attractions and great restaurants. Over all, a great spot!!!

Janet's place was lovely and exactly what I needed. Serene, close to everything, exactly how it was listed, and felt very welcome upon arrival. I would suggest it to anyone!!

Marc's place was great! Very clean and had all we needed. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comforatble. Kitchen was big and had all we needed, living room was big with plenty of room for the 6 of us and it had a big coffe table that was great for us to play our board games on. Backyard was big, clean, and our pups really enjoyed it. The area was nice and quiet, location was convenient to Albuquerque and Santa Fe. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a soacious, clean, and comfortable home.
