Perfect place to stay and perfect size for 2. Great location to interstate and local stores and food. Would recommend for anyone to stay here.

I loved this spot. It was a one bedroom apartment and have a lot of space. There was a kitchen so we could store our breakfast items. The bathroom was stocked with soaps and hair care products. A nice bedroom with a walk in closet to get luggage out of the way. My favorite part was the central courtyard. It was an ideal place to have multiple couples friends rent and travel together. Also easy parking

The home was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly—clean, comfortable, and in an ideal location. Kelly's communication was outstanding; incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond.

The home was a good place for us to stay in while Albuquerque to work on my mother-in-laws house. We felt comfortable there which was nice after a few days of hard work.

Everything was perfect for me. Cozy, clean, comfortable, smooth check-in, good communication. The only thing that I can imagine that might disturb someone is that there is light entering the apartment in the early morning, but I knew about it in advance (if you read the host descriptions and the reviews), and also I had to wake up early anyway so it didn't bother me. blindfold are provided if needed. Besides that I can't imagine any complaints on the place.

Great townhouse in downtown Albuquerque. Very clean and comfortable. Near all kinds of shops and restaurants and easy access to UNM and other points in the city, but peaceful and quiet. Jeanne is an excellent host.

Had a great stay at Douglas’s. Walkable to many restaurants and grocery stores and close to the university. We had everything we needed and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. Douglas was an excellent host.

The home was a good place for us to stay in while Albuquerque to work on my mother-in-laws house. We felt comfortable there which was nice after a few days of hard work.

We attended a conference in the convention centre, great location for that and good value. Jay was very helpful, offered to receive a delivery at his office as that is not working at the apartment. What is not quite clear from description is that the apartment is part of a parking garage, the elevator and stairwell are publicly accessible. And some homeless people sleep in the stairwell. They didn't bother me, but may be worth for visitors to know that this could happen. Can confirm other reviewers mentioning the light switches and warm water issue. I would stay there again to attend a conference.

Very easy check-in, easy to find. Great location to old town, interstate, local cafes, airport. House was clean and comfortable. Good value compared to other listings in the area. Host was very responsive, would def stay again, thanks!

Perfect place. I would've love to have stayed longer. I felt at home as soon as I walked in.

I recommend this place especially if you like a place off the beaten path. While it is not walkable to bars and such, there are places near by to hang out at. I loved the complementary beers and the place was styled wonderfully. I also loved the back patio. Host was responsive and diligent.
