Modern 2-bedroom home in Rio Rancho. Everything was remodeled. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a fully non-smoking space. A small third bedroom I keep private as an owner's closet. Adjacent to Albuquerque, near Petroglyphs, Sandia Mountain Tramway, and about an hour+ to Santa Fe. Even though the entire home is "one level," there are two steps to a sunken living room. Free 50-amp EV charging outlet L2 (NEMA 14-50) so bring your own charging cable/adapter. (If you forget it, let me know.)

This historic neighborhood was named for the opulent mansion built by German immigrant and Albuquerque pioneer Franz Huning in the 1880’s. Cute neighborhood and with viewing of hot air balloons most days. Cozy up or have the space to come home to after exploring the area. Queen-size, comfortable bed, huge bathroom and closet, and front room with TV, coffee station, and dining table. Outside plenty of room, charcoal grill, patio, and hammock.
