By car you're less than 5 minutes from the freeway in one direction, and from the downtown area, Convention Center, Zoo, Aquarium and botanical gardens in another. A parking space is provided in the driveway. No pets, and we make no exceptions.

Home is 100 years old, built with adobe, brick floors, viga ceilings, kiva fireplaces & private patios. Resident manager in main house #1 oversees three rentals: casita #2 & #3 (each 1 bedroom 1 bath with open kitchen living area) and a 2 bedroom/2 bath house #57. All three have kiva fireplaces and private patios. Private hot tub on property and Off street parking.

This beautiful loft is located at the very heart of Albuquerque's historic Old Town Plaza in Plaza Don Luis. The apartment itself is equipped with a full bath, washer/dryer, queen bed and fold out floor mattress for a third person, wifi, and a kitchenette including a minifridge, microwave, french press, and water boiler.
