You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

There are plenty of towels and extra linens available. Stackable washer and dryer. Down a few blocks is the Plaza Shopping Center. Home to J&B Coffee, a neighborhood coffee shop since 1979, Capital Pizza, 360 Medical Spa, and Food King grocery store. I have a camera on the front door monitoring the driveway.
