UNM Students/Parents at Discounted Prices.

PatriciaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Holbrook's home is a wonderful place to stay in the Nob Hill neighborhood of Albuquerque. It is clean and bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Holbrook responds quickly to questions and/or concerns. The refrigerator was even stocked with breakfast items and beverages. We very much enjoyed our stay there and would happily book again.
The exterior of the home features a low fence and a covered porch with a sitting area. Surrounding greenery includes several trees and shrubs, with a mixed garden pathway leading to the entrance. The yard shows signs of seasonal changes, with some foliage scattered on the ground.

I highly recommend staying with Penny and her husband! They are truly great people that are so welcoming and kind. They have a beautiful house in a nice location that feels very safe. They are respectful of your space and privacy. I really enjoyed chatting with them for the night I could. I hope to come back and stay with them again

NEW Spacious Retreat: Hot Tub/Fire Pit, Family Fun

SarahRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great house in Albuquerque! Looks just like the listing describes. We came with 5 adults and had more than enough room! Having 3 bathrooms was a major bonus. The house was well kept and beautiful. Easy drive to anything you may want to do in Albuquerque and only 1 hour to Santa Fe. This is definitely one of the nicest air bnbs I've stayed in. The hosts also provided great local recommendations.

Adobe Dream House! Solar Powered!

LeighRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Suzanne's lovely restored adobe is one of the nicest Airbnbs I've ever experienced. I'd give the stay more than 5 stars if I could. The interior was pristine, beautifully decorated with New Mexico art and furniture, and filled with many thoughtful amenities. As a host, Suzanne is tops! She was super responsive, generous, and thoughtful. My sister and I were in town for several weeks for a family emergency, and the adobe was a wonderful and comfortable respite from long, challenging days. Interesting up and coming neighborhood, close to Old Town and downtown attractions. Thank you, Suzanne!

Emily was very friendly and had great suggestions for where to eat and what to do. Her place is located very well for walks and nature lovers and for the balloon fiesta. She made us a great breakfast as well. I would definitely come back here. Thanks.

The English Garden Room

MiriamRating, 5 stars3 months ago
For single travelers or quiet couples, this is a solid spot. Dr Suzanne has lived in the area for a while and knows fun stuff to do around the area, and was knowledgeable and kind. It is staying in someone’s home, but Dr Suzanne did make us feel very comfortable. I arrived the day of my birthday after having travelled all week and she got me a birthday present while she was out of the home. We got to use the hot tub and it was a very nice day to do so. While she doesn’t allow smoking right on her property, there is a terrace to watch the sunset and have one if you’d like, which is more than I have seen with any other airbnb host. I recommend it, as long as you can be respectful of her home. It’s decorated beautifully.

Hacienda de Soto/Denise Room sleeps 3

SonyaRating, 5 stars18 months ago
Al and Ruriko were personable, caring, and attentive toward my mom, and welcoming to both of us. Although my mom and I had our person space, we felt at home in their living space. Ruriko was extremely kind. She made us hot tea in the afternoon which accompanied a special sweet treat (my mom loves sweets so this was perfect after a long morning at the balloon festival). The room was perfect for my mom and I. The room was clean with plenty of space to move around. The outdoor patio has a gorgeous and breathtaking view of Albuquerque and the Sandia mountains with a view of the Rio Grande as well. This is my second time staying here. We plan to stay next year. Thank you both for your friendship.
An outdoor communal space is highlighted by a stone fire pit, flames flickering warmly at its center. Surrounding seating includes cushioned couches and metal dining tables, all beneath a sheltering gazebo. The backdrop features well-kept buildings with red roofs, enhancing the inviting atmosphere.

Super special place full of New Mexican charm and cozy, lovely vibes. Wonderful place for those looking for a retreat in the quiet, agricultural part of town under stars and enjoying the sauna, hot tub, and community spaces. The hosts are kind, responsive, genuine, and down-to-earth. Highly recommend! Great for groups looking to spend time together. Would return and glowingly recommend to friends and family.

HaciendadeSoto/Anna Room sleeps 2

LindsayRating, 5 stars6 months ago
My friend and I stayed in the Anna room for this year's balloon fiesta. Al and Ruriko were very friendly and helpful with our travel plans and the house was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the city and mountains was an added bonus. The best surprise that wasn't included in the listing is that the Anna room has its own full bathroom and a mini fridge, allowing my friend and I to have lots of privacy. The Anna room is also at the end of a hallway with a door to the outside so we rarely ran into any of the other guests. I will definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Albuquerque.

My stay at Amanda's place was fantastic! I felt very comfortable. Her house is always well maintained, clean, and organized (thanks to the amazing cleaning lady who often passes by to keep everything organized.) Amanda's place has lightning fast internet, which was perfect for me to get work done. Also, If you are into trail running, the location of the house is perfect to hit challenging trails from the Copper Trailhead. I highly recommend staying at her place!
