Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Reno

It's a good location, with easy Uber rides to the casinos, and a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you could ask for and more. If you have a dog, this is the place to stay. They will be in heaven in a fully-fenced in backyard. There are bowls and even a crate with a bed inside. My pup had a better time than we did, and our stay was fabulous. Kudos to Becky for the perfect Airbnb.

John's place was exactly as described. Super spacious, clean, quiet. The home was close to the heart of town, and only 8-10 minutes from the airport. The kitchen had everything you would need for cooking, plus the added touch of oils, spices, tea and coffee. It was a great stay, we would definitely book this again if ever in Reno.

Very convenient location... close to shopping (for groceries or the items we inevitably forget) plus easy access to the highway and downtown, but in a quiet neighborhood for peaceful nights "at home". Michael was very responsive and the check in/Check out processes were super easy. Bonus points for personalized door code!

Great Airbnb in Reno! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely stay here again!

Jeff, was a great host and everything was as advertised in the AirBnB listing. We were a party of 9 in town for a wedding (3 couples, 3 solo, 1 child, 1 dog). This was one of the few spaces in Reno that have us all the private space for each guest, was pet friendly and multiple living room arrangements. We lucked into finding Jeff's space as it really gave us everything we needed from our stay. The location was convenient, the place was super clean, the furniture was all comfortable, and the setup was spacious. We only had one minor issue with the keypad being glitchy when we first arrived (these things happen), but Jeff was on it and had the situation remedied within minutes. He was super responsive. 5/5 stars. Overall, I would definitely recommend for a large group that needs room and flexible room arrangements.

This Airbnb was by far one of our favorites! The location was great and the price was right. Its just an adorable space with city and mountian views. Host was great! As long as it stays current with the casino/hotel pricing we shall return :)

Where do I begin? The welcoming I felt from the time I walked up the steps to the main door made me feel comfortable. I opened the door to a very clean living area with candles lit, a beautiful cheese and fruit plate, a bottle of sparkling cider, and a welcome message from our hosts. I checked out the rest of the place to find all the amenities and then some. The bed was super comfortable, linens top notch. The bathroom was spotless and I loved the little night light that illuminated the sink. The bathrobes were such a nice touch. Really everything inside was perfect for my husband and I. The hot tub outside on the deck was a needed respite for me. My most favorite thing though, was standing at the kitchen sink, drinking my morning coffee and watching the finches, quail, doves, and squirrel eating at the feeder. Very relaxing place! Also loved seeing Violet relaxing in the sun. Thank you and we will definitely be back when we need to stay in Reno!

Pet-friendly cozy place to stay in midtown Reno. Loved how well they maximized the space! Kitchen was stocked, good closet space and the bed was tall enough that you could stow things under the bed if need be. Lots of resources for a guide around town. Ample and clear instructions after booking and great reminders that the host is always available to help. A great spot in town that’s safe and near to all the yummy restaurants and bars in midtown. Also close to a grocery store if you want to cook in the kitchen at the bnb. ***Might be a little tight if you’re a couple with a bigger dog.

Scott was an amazing host. Very friendly and informative. He knew all of the great restaurants and activities in the area. His place was within walking distance to everything restaurants, bars, grocery stores etc. The home is very quiet, peaceful and safe. I will definitely be back.

Great condo overlooking the river. Just the best! And the pool is amazing. We were there every day of our stay.

I booked this Airbnb for my parents and aunts, and they absolutely loved their stay! The location was perfect-close to everything they needed. The amenities were fabulous and made their stay really comfortable and enjoyable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which gave me peace of mind knowing they were well taken care of. I’m so glad I chose this place and would definitely book again highly recommend.

Katrina is the most amazing host I've ever had the pleasure of working with! She is so responsive, helpful, proactive, understanding, reasonable, and thoughtful! Even when things went wrong, she was there to get everything back on track. For example, the TV blew up on the second or third day we were there and she got it replaced quickly! (And provided us with a generous discount for the inconvenience.) The apartment is just as the listing described. The king bed is comfy, the water is hot and the water pressure is good. We loved the recliners in the couch. The washer/dryer combo unit isn't my favorite but it was nice to have the option available. The location is pretty great! The neighbors are super friendly and it's close to shopping and downtown. There are a couple cats that hang out in the area and they're super cute and friendly. All in all we had a good stay and we would absolutely stay with Katrina again!

This is a great place in Incline. We visited with our family of 2 adults and 3 kids under 10. Maureen was proactive and communicative and helpful in getting us in the house and making sure we had what we needed. We had a big snow while we were there and Maureen communicated about the plow coming for the driveway. Her place is filled with of everything one could need, and doesn’t skimp on amenities. The location is great, super close to Diamond Peak (with a shuttle stop at the end of the block 100 feet away), and to Incline Village restaurants and shops and the Lake!

Michelle’s condo was clean, roomy, and well styled. We really appreciated having 2 full bathrooms, the large kitchen, and comfortable sitting area. Michelle kept in touch throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This townhome was perfect for our stay in Sparks. Close to everything. Beds were comfortable (and we are picky about mattresses). Bathrooms were great. Kitchen had all we needed. Neighbor was a little noisy on the weekend during the day, but Scott and Leslie took care of the issue right away. They were very responsive and checked up on us frequently. We would definitely stay here again!
