Condo vacation rentals in Reno

This is our 2nd time staying in Alison's unit and it was just as great as I remember - so convenient and easy to park, unload, and the unit fits us perfectly with space to spare. The ski locker provided is easy in and out and we always take advantage of the hot tubs and locker rooms just a step around the corner. We will be back again!

We had an incredible stay at this condo and couldn’t have asked for a better ski-in/ski-out experience! A huge thank you to the host for being so accommodating with both an early check-in and late check-out—it made our trip so much smoother and more relaxing. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the essentials (and more!) for cooking meals, which was a big plus after long days on the slopes. We also loved the new carpet—it added a fresh, comfortable feel to the space. One of the highlights was the fantastic window view overlooking Condo Run and Village Express Chair Lift. Waking up to snowy slopes right outside was magical, and the convenience of stepping right onto the runs was unbeatable. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable ski vacation. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Great place!! My family had a great time!

This was a lovely stay and definitely a hard to beat location. You can walk out and immediately get on the gondola to go skiing. Brooke is a responsive and kind host. We really appreciated the flexibility on our checkout time. The studio is cozy and has the essentials for comfort and a spacious bathroom. We would stay again.

Excellent location and nice place. Everything is great for ski-in ski-out. Will stay again. Suri was responsive and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable.

We loved staying here! Right in the village and just a few steps from everything. The place was very clean with modern finishes. We highly recommend and would happily stay again.

Quiet and easy stay during shoulder season for me and my dog!

Gorgeously renovated place. Everything was pristine and beautiful, we had a great time. Patti & Michael were super responsive; when the fireplace had an issue, they had a handyman out in an hour to take a look and fix it. The home came with all the appliances and kitchenware we needed to cook, and was super close to the Northstar shuttle meaning we were able to get from the home to the lifts in about 10-15 minutes. There was also plenty of parking which made it easy to unload/load. Also, the towels. They had the fluffiest, softest towels I have ever used in my life. I've stayed at some insanely nice hotels, resorts, and been a guest at countless spas. I have never wanted to steal a towel until 2 nights ago when I desperately wanted to steal this home's towels. (I didn't, but I wanted to).

Beautiful apartment and great location - right next to kids ski school and lifts/ gondola. Spacious and clean apartment. We had a very comfortable stay.

Grant was a great host. He got back to us quickly whenever we had any questions or concerns. There were a few questions with the appliances and he resolved them quickly.

We had a lovely stay at this nice, cozy condo in Northstar. It was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The overall atmosphere was warm. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Nice little place in a good spot. Perfect for our family of 4. The walk to the lifts is a bit much for young kids carrying gear. We ended up using the shuttle or driving them up to the drop off. Walking back is downhill and more doable.

Great PH apartment . Close to downtown Reno without been in a questionable area. garage parking with private access. Great views of Reno. The apartment was clean, but carpets and toilets are stained. Beds were clean and comfy. All appliances were in great working order. TV was a hit or miss, but who cares? Our host was most gracious with no extra demands, except to remove garbage before departing. This will be my to go place for my next trip to Reno

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here for our annual family NorthStar ski vacation. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had *everything* we needed and more. I wish my shower and bathroom at home was as nice as the bathroom & shower at the condo! I also appreciated the modern interior design details. Communications with Evolve was excellent and I greatly appreciate how hospitable they were to accommodating our needs. I'm grateful for the space they created for our family and look forward to staying at this and/or other Evolve properties again soon.

It was everything I needed for the 2 nights in Reno with my friends. Decent neighborhood, and we ate at Beefys right down the street which was amazing.

Friendly responsive hosts, and a wonderful location, make this our favorite place to stay while visiting Reno!

We had a great stay! Apartment was well furnished and convenient. it's location was great! We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back! The unit is clean, updated and the space is great! We especially liked the open "great room" feel of the open living/dining/kitchen space. The bedrooms were both well laid out as well. The mattresses were a little harder than expected, but overall we slept well. Can't beat the walking distance to Northstar Village!

this Reno condo was perfect. the building is safe and in an excellent location. the host excelled at answering my questions and giving me help when I needed it. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The view from the unit cannot be beat…amazing! While I wish there had been onsite parking available, we had no problem finding parking just a block or two away, which could be viewed from the unit. Thanks for a memorable weekend!
